So l ordered something from Alibaba which after entering India, got handled to Ekart and the package has been in my nearby area from last 4 days yet they are not delivering. tried to call so I can get the address of the hub at least and pick up myself but no customer care number works nor email. Can anyone help me what do further? Hi everyone, I ordered a watch from Desertcart.in, which ships international products to India. The package reached Mumbai and was assigned to Shadowfax for delivery. According to the tracking details, the parcel arrived at the Alathur hub on March 31st, but I haven’t received it yet. I raised a ticket via email, but it hasn’t been helpful. Does anyone know if Shadowfax has a office in Alathur or Palakkad? I personally visited Ekart, Bluedart, and Professional Couriers in Alathur to check, but none of them had any information about Shadowfax operating in the area. TL;DR : DTDC shipping is slow and pull shenanigans not to deliver your package. I generally order many things online and have thing derived by Dehlivery, Bluedart, Ekart, Amazon without any hassle. Then I ordered some stuff from an website in MP and they sent them through DTDC. They didn't put it out for delivery on the day they have received the packed and I was okay and waited for next day. Then they put it out for delivery and guy called me told I have a package, I said I know and he asked where is the address (although I leave barely 500m form there) , then again around afternoon I get a call form the same number and asking the same this time he wanted to know what is inside the ...

Hey guys, im outside India since 4 months, and im getting messages and calls from Ekart about some korean cream or something. I blocked his number but im still getting texts from Ekart and Flipkart, even when there are no new orders in Flipkart, and the name the delivery is on is neither mine nor anyone i know, and i answered his call once before blocking the number, he said he needs an otp to cancel the order, and i refused to give it to him, to be on the safe side.
