So l ordered something from Alibaba which after entering India, got handled to Ekart and the package has been in my nearby area from last 4 days yet they are not delivering. tried to call so I can get the address of the hub at least and pick up myself but no customer care number works nor email. Can anyone help me what do further? I have tried to find all the possible way I know to contact them somehow but none works, all there contact are just closed from the customer side, I dont understand how they are able to operate a company where the customer can't even contact them anyhow.
