Online ECMS Tracking

i bought a penlight off of buyee, and now that it arrived in the warehouse i'm trying to decide shipping (these are the only two shipping options showing up for me). i don't care about time, i care about whether or not the actual product arrives. i've heard bad things about ecms, as well as buyee air (specifically if shipped by UPS) and now i'm scared on which one to choose. which one is more trustworthy and reliable? i don't mind paying and additional 6,500 yen as long as my package actually arrives. so which do i pick?

Quick question: I recently used the Tenso forwarding service on a limited item. After it arrived at the Tenso warehouse, I accidentally entered my work ZIP code instead of my home ZIP code. It was shipped to the US via ECMS, then USPS was used for last mile delivery. Once delivery was attempted, USPS marked it as no such number and shipped it out as return to sender same day. No rep I contacted said they could stop a return once initiated. Now USPS has delivered it back to the ECMS warehouse in California and marked it as delivery completed. Hello, everyone! So I ordered an item with Amiami and the package was sent via ECMS method. It was then passed over to UniUni and the item was out for delivery for like 3 days and then it was shown as delivered. However, i did not receive my package (I also checked the video cameras and no one came to drop it off). The proof of delivery photos were just screenshots of the delivery person’s phone with my address on it. None of them were actual photos of my package! I was soo frustrated and upset so I ended up calling UniUni multiple times and they sent me an email with the confirmation of lost package. They told me to forward the email to the vendor (in this case Amiami) for a refund. ...

I recently had a bad experience with UniUni but I also got a solution so I wanted to share a bit as reddit was part of why I got it resolved. I ordered items from Zenmarket, a proxy from Japan. Send it to US via ECMS and got the last mile delivery by lovely UniUni. I send two boxes, both had different issues. Box 1: Got to US, got to the warehouse in Michigan and went out for delivery and a few minutes later they claimed wrong address. Finance amount looks very close to what it should be clean = Driveaway $61,299.10 Documentation fee $605.00, GST saved $5,390.91 **=**$56513.19 Effective interest rate looks to be 8.78% - To me this looks very competitive by Smart, and I can't see that they are hiding any extras as it even beats the BYO finance quotes I have.
