I've exporter to 50+ countries in the past 6 years and I can confidently say that in my experience, Indians are the worst customers to deal with. Be it if I'm providing services or goods, they're seriously the worst I've experienced. Returning different or fake parts and getting a refund is one of the most dishonest things I've seen people in India do. One went so far as to exchange the stickers on a brand new memory stick and send back a old defective one and claimed a refund. Indian customers have no heed of work times as well. People will call after work hours, weekends and sometimes close to midnight asking for things like updates and changes or revisions to the...
