Hey everyone, I applied for a national long-stay visa for Italy on 09/09/25 via VFS Manchester. Since my passport was received at the Italian consulate in London, I haven’t had any updates from VFS. However, today I received a message from DX Delivery saying my document should be delivered to my home tomorrow. Is it normal to get no updates from VFS but receive one directly from DX instead? Also, does anyone know what time of day DX usually delivers? Thank you!

does DX deliver on saturday for BLS spain london visa? I just (Friday) received a text from BLS that passport has been dispatched

Has anyone experienced delays in getting their passport back? I applied schengen from Bls Spain London and got a notification on 22nd August that my passport is handed to DX delivery to be delivered the next working day. No one showed up on 26th August and then on 27th and then on 28th. When I track it on the website it says there has been a delay and it will be delivered soon. Upon checking tracking history it is still awaiting to come to delivery depot since Tuesday. What can I do? Aren’t they supposed to deliver this the next day as they charge £30 quid for one person and we are expecting 3 passports all stuck at same stage.

I’m hoping to get some clarity and guidance on how to proceed please with the following matter: A DX delivery van knocked over our awning last week. They were not even delivering to our address but our CCTV got the footage of the driver scraping the awning. One of our staff members came outside to get his details but drove off rudely. In April I had to buy a couple of drills as my old ones had given up. My plan was to buy into an ecosystem and grow out the collection. I landed on Bosch as I had been impressed with what I had seen and I am happy with the actual drill which have performed very well. DX deliveries have been driving in and around my area all morning (i am waiting for a package from them) and were quite literally up the road from my house, so why would they rather give themselves more time and effort to drive all the way back out somewhere else to then come all the way back to my area instead of just delivering my package, while they are in the area where the package is set to be delivered to?

I know this is strictly for Evri, but have anyone one of you here used DX delivery and can you tell me your experiences with them if you have used them before. It’s that I’m waiting on a delivery and it’s taking quite sometime it’s a rather large item it’s a 10ft trampoline.

Hello, I am trying to renew my American passport and did everything and got the email notifications that it was printed and sent on 13 February. The problem is I am going to the sates 26 February and it is now 18 February and I have not sign of my passport. My DX delivery tracking isn't showing up with anything. 1) How long after receiving the confirmation that your passport was sent did you receive? 2) When does the DX tacking show up? Getting a delivery tomorrow from a bunch of degenerates.

I wasn’t really sure where to ask for advice on this, but living in Ipswich I thought this community could help. I need to return a parcel that is massive - a bicycle. It came in a box 190x130x30cm and weighs 14kg. It arrived via DX delivery however I cannot see anyway of sending parcels via them as they seem to be business delivery service only. I used all the usual parcel couriers to check quotes (parcel force WW, dhl, ups, DPD, apc, evri) and none of them have managed to give me a quote online. Hey guys, Today I received a message from BLS Spain that my passport is dispatched. I’ve opted for the courier service. Their delivery partner is DX Delivery. I wanted to know if I should be available during the delivery hours to collect the passport in person. There’s a few delivery partners that would only deliver the passports in person. Weirdly, got 5 emails from VFS on 24/09/24 about 1:30pm with different stages of my application. I submitted my passport to VFS to get a Schengen visa I was given a dx tracking number I’ve had a notification from Vfs saying your passport has been couriered via secure mail yesterday but my tracking number isn’t recognised and I’ve had no notification from dx. Has anyone else encountered this? Is there a contact number for dx where I can speak to a human?

So, I’m stressed. I’m waiting for my final prescription from Broadway pharmacy (from ADHD360 - going into shared care from next month). They have ALWAYS sent my meds via Royal Mail.
