Online DX Tracking

I applied on 20th Feb and since then it is processing at mission. I still have 18 days till my travel but this is my first Schengen Visa so just a bit nervous. Has anybody heard back who applied on 20th Feb at BLS Manchester? Update: just received text from DX delivery that I will receive it tomorrow (10th march)

Hey everyone, I applied for Swiss Schengen visa on the 16 Feb, yesterday (25 Feb), I got an update that it has been dispatched to courrier dx delivery. But on the system, it kept saying that the tracking is not recognised. Is anyone in the same boat? And usually how long does it take to get the passport to be delivered? Also, would I need to be in to sign and collect them? Or could the reception take it and leave it in the safe place? Thanks so much everyone

Hi, I got an email my passport was sent to DX yesterday but the tracking information online doesn’t work. I have a flight on Saturday, when I called VFS they told me I’d have to wait until the tracking information is live to do anything. Is it possible to ask for the passport to be delivered back to VFS so I can pick it up physically?

Hey everyone, I applied for a national long-stay visa for Italy on 09/09/25 via VFS Manchester. Since my passport was received at the Italian consulate in London, I haven’t had any updates from VFS. However, today I received a message from DX Delivery saying my document should be delivered to my home tomorrow. Is it normal to get no updates from VFS but receive one directly from DX instead? Also, does anyone know what time of day DX usually delivers? Thank you!

Has anyone experienced delays in getting their passport back? I applied schengen from Bls Spain London and got a notification on 22nd August that my passport is handed to DX delivery to be delivered the next working day. No one showed up on 26th August and then on 27th and then on 28th. When I track it on the website it says there has been a delay and it will be delivered soon. Upon checking tracking history it is still awaiting to come to delivery depot since Tuesday. What can I do? Aren’t they supposed to deliver this the next day as they charge £30 quid for one person and we are expecting 3 passports all stuck at same stage.

I’m hoping to get some clarity and guidance on how to proceed please with the following matter: A DX delivery van knocked over our awning last week. They were not even delivering to our address but our CCTV got the footage of the driver scraping the awning. One of our staff members came outside to get his details but drove off rudely. DX deliveries have been driving in and around my area all morning (i am waiting for a package from them) and were quite literally up the road from my house, so why would they rather give themselves more time and effort to drive all the way back out somewhere else to then come all the way back to my area instead of just delivering my package, while they are in the area where the package is set to be delivered to?

Hello, I am trying to renew my American passport and did everything and got the email notifications that it was printed and sent on 13 February. The problem is I am going to the sates 26 February and it is now 18 February and I have not sign of my passport. I wasn’t really sure where to ask for advice on this, but living in Ipswich I thought this community could help. I need to return a parcel that is massive - a bicycle. It came in a box 190x130x30cm and weighs 14kg. It arrived via DX delivery however I cannot see anyway of sending parcels via them as they seem to be business delivery service only. I used all the usual parcel couriers to check quotes (parcel force WW, dhl, ups, DPD, apc, evri) and none of them have managed to give me a quote online.
