So I want to order from a specific retailer in the UK. They use the Royal Mail for international shipping, no issues with that. My concern is for once the stuff lands here in South Africa how will it go from there to my house or workplace? If they're using like Courier Guy or DSV or something to do the local delivery I've got no issues but if it has to fall under the remit of our postal service is the purchase going to get to me or will it be lost to the void? If it helps I'm not ordering anything really big. Too big for an envelope but small enough to fit in like a tiny box, might be packaged in a blisterpack.

I ordered my HM on October 30, and HM emailed me that I'd receive the chair in appr. 5 days according to my location. Received an email from DSV on November 4 that expected collection would be November 6, and latest delivery November 20. Their Track&Trace hasn't updated since booking and requested delivery is now November 20.

Received a great question today on whether or not UX is a part of ITIL 4. The answer is Yes, UX is definitely a major concept in ITIL4...just not in the Foundation course! Customer Journey/UX, etc. is a major focus in the Drive Stakeholder Value (DSV) course. To take that class, you need to pass the Foundation level and then you are off and running. To a point, UX is an indirect focus in the CDS course (Create, Deliver, Support) if only dealing with design/delivery of services (especially when things go wrong and getting the voice of the user into the design). I believe they haven't signed many contracts because the sfocs take a long time to acquire. They were just approved for bvlos at night about a week or 10 days ago. And in early November they will be approved for more bvlos in Canada. They simply cannot scale without these regulations in place. On the delivery side, their only customers are businesses that want to move the industry forward: Edmonton airport, maybe DSV if they're still around, and the Canadian healthcare system.
