Online DPD Tracking

Hi everyone, I dropped off the parcel on 7th April at 16:49 (see receipt), but there haven’t been any updates since. The Vinted app and the DPD app are also showing different drop-off times, which is odd. On 8th April, there was an update with the consignment number, but the DPD app still says they haven’t received the parcel (we received your order details but haven't yet received the parcel), which is really confusing. Not sure what I can do now, could it be stuck in the post office still?

good afternoon, all been waiting on my second pen for a while now, and despite staying in, dpd keep saying nobody is about to sign for it - despite them never even knocking on my door they're useless, i can't actually contact anyone about it i'm so upset by this i might just give up entirely am i supposed to pay another 200 quid through no fault of my own? it's not like the pen will still be in a usable state, it's been like this for a while now, i don't know what to do

Hi everyone, Which one of the pharmacies mentioned in the screenshot does DPD deliver ? I am abroad and need a specific day when my partner will be home to receive the parcel.

I couldn’t collect my parcel from a DPD YEEP locker, and it was returned. DPD couldn’t reissue a QR code. The parcel wasn’t collected in time and is now being returned again, but I don’t know to whom or if it’s considered lost. The seller couldn’t collect it (they’re in the US), and the parcel is currently with DPD. I’m also unsure if redelivery is still possible, especially since the locker may have been removed from the system as DPD told me. I understand I’ll receive a refund via Vinted, but I wanted to clarify the situation.

DPD hat es gestern mal wieder nicht geschafft „mich anzutreffen“ obwohl ich zuhause war - und sogar die Zeitaufzeichnung vom Homeoffice hab. Als alternative lassen sie mich jetzt mein 4-5kg schweres Packet 20 min zu fuß vom Augarten abholen. Und wenn das überhaupt ginge dauert das min 1,5 Wochen… Ich sehe nicht ein, dass ich für Lieferkosten zahle und das Packet allerdings dann trotzdem selber holen muss. Worauf die Dame im Kundendienst meinte ich Zahl dafür dass das Packet vom Händler...

Hi guys, This is my second time ordering my mounjaro. The first time it was just a link to confirm with dpd. This time I received an email from my parcels looking for an additional 8.49 for delivery. Is this normal? The receipt with the pharmacy has listed 4.99 for shipping?

Where is my parcel it’s been a week since my parcel has cleared customs, it’s should be on its way to DPD but no way that takes 7 days right? Please help me out.

So Psychiatry UK continued my care after the NHS failed to respond in time to shared care and on the 31st I got a Note on my Psychiatry UK account saying my meds have been dispatched and I will be notified by DPD of my delivery date as I have to give a pin to accept the parcel but nothing radio silence. I was told by my prescriber to contact PPG through the phone to which I was on hold for 20 minutes yesterday till I gave up and now 45 minutes today till the automation shut the call off due to excessive demand. I'm 2 days off meds due to running out and I'm feeling it especially at work and in my home life.

Has anyone been able to order to a parcel locker with mybmi, or how much it is to collect from pharmacy in Dublin? I’ve gotten it delivered to my new place and it’s not possible for dpd to leave it outside and it was a bit of ordeal last time missing the delivery time and no way to manage my delivery, so wanted to see if any alternative? Thanks :)

Hi there, I’ve recently sold a niche perfume on eBay to the UK, the buyer paid very quickly so there’s no issue there. I’m struggling to get it across to them. All packed, secure and ready to go but A Post International won’t take it, DPD has liquids on their prohibited list & I’m having a similar issue with UPS parcel link on eBay. Totally understand that perfumes are considered flammable & couriers don’t want to take the risk. It’s over €250 as well so I don’t want to take a chance & have it confiscated by customs. I was considering spinning up to Newry to send it but that seems a bit mad. Has anyone had a similar scenario & if so,...

Hey, I see this community is brand new, so I apologise for a "not-so-positive" post. Still, I would appreciate someone's advice. I shipped a parcel to EU at the end of February. It was stopped a few days later, due to unclear issues. Or better, DPD's version changed several times: 1. First, the export forms were not duly signed, when they were. 2. Then, once they agreed the forms were not the issue, they argued one of the export codes I used was incorrect.
