Online DPD Tracking

Hi guys, Long story short I bought a watch (90 euro's) and DPD managed to deliver it to a parcel shop 120 kilometers from where I live. I contacted seller & vinted support. Vinted support told me I have to wait for the item to ship back to the seller before I can get a refund. Last day the order could be picked up was 15 march, and there is no status update on the tracking page of DPD since then. Is this even legal from DPD to refuse to refund me until item is shipped back. What if DPD/DPD shop loses the package or something goes wrong in the process. How long should I wait before contacting vinted legal to try to get my money back

I’ve had a pretty frustrating experience with DPD and wanted to see if anyone else has had the same. I’ve started to notice how fast delivery drivers are driving around our estate, the likes of DPD, Amazon, UPS and my milkman specifically it’s crazy every time I see them I wonder how there hasn’t been an accident with a child and worry about the kids out playing. The other day one pulled in so fast into our cul de sac he knocked over a wheelie bin on the road ? I know the drivers are under huge pressure to get deliveries out so I’m not blaming the driver and feel sorry but it’s definitely an issue, like surely we’d all rather get our ****** Amazon parcels a day later if it means the drivers can drive safe speeds around housing estates.

Hey I need some advice on what to do as this situation is pmo I sent a parcel to a YEEP! Locker as the buyer chose DPD (I swear I had this turned off as my courier options) I scanned the barcode and the locker popped open and instructed me to put the parcel in there with no label which confused me. Hi has anyone had it where a seller drops off the parcel in a dpd locker and after 6 days, the parcel is still at the original locker? I’m not being impatient before anyone attacks me I’ve had deliveries take a while sometimes (which is fine, if I needed the item desperately I’d have paid NDD on an official website) I’m just concerned that it’s not even left the locker yet

After leaving the marine industry and finding it hard to get work I stumbled on DPD connect just to get by until i can find something better and here is what I wish I knew before starting: 1. you are treated like an 'owner driver'- You have to give 1 week in advance to take time off. It's nothing like amazon flex where you can just book in for a shift. It is essentially a full time job just under the self employed title. Which I'm assuming mitigates risk for the DPD group. 2. Today I have received a parcel from a seller with DPD in a Yeep station locker. Tried the QR code first, didn’t work and asked me for a PIN and it didn’t work either. Problem is I have to pick it up before or on Monday 23rd. This is a weekend, DPD is not working, no web-chat or 24/7 is working. Do you know any possible solutions that could work?

I sold an item on eBay (UK) that was due to be sent to the Authenticator first. This item was dropped off at local DPD shop, and after around a week and a half, the buyer claimed that the parcel never arrived - issuing both the buyer and me a refund of the full cost. The item is now being shipped back to me, but the funds have already been sent back to my eBay balance and withdrawn. What happens next? Do I owe eBay the money? As I now have the item and the money? Hello, I ordered a few perfume samples online the other day and the delivery was due yesterday. I redirected it to a parcel locker but when I went to pick it up, the drawer that opened was empty. I filmed it and even tried again but to no avail. I contacted the retailer but they said that since I redirected the parcel to a locker, I have become the one responsible for it? I have never heard of this phenomenon before, they quoted their terms of service, which I didn't even bother looking at once informed as these terms do not supersede the law. It used to say under each option whether a printer is required but now it doesn't? Just had to cancel someone's order as impost required a printer to be able to ship an item. I knew some did need a printer but I haven't a clue which ones do and which ones don't now!

Sold an electronic bundle to someone with no reviews which is already a red flag. They had selected dpd as delivery option, 2 minutes after purchase I receive a email from Vinted/dpd saying they’ll get in touch when my parcels is ready to be collected from my local post office and they’ll give me a pick up pass. I don’t understand why I’ve been sent that when Im the one that’s sold the item so obviously won’t be the one picking it up. Any ideas what this is about I’ve never used dpd.
