Online DPD Tracking

Hi! I made a free map for parcel lockers in the Baltics: [https://www.pakiautomaadid.net](https://www.pakiautomaadid.net/) It brings different providers into one view, such as Omniva, DPD, SmartPosti, Venipak, Unisend and uDrop. I’m not connected to any delivery company - it’s just a side project to make finding parcel lockers easier. It would be great if people from Estonia could check whether the Estonian data looks correct. Missing lockers, wrong locations, weird translations? Mods, if this counts as self-promo, feel free to remove it. Aitäh!

Anyone else noticed the service is much slower since they have introduced this new delivery method. I have always confirmed my order and pretty much had the delivery the next day. I try to time it for my work from home days so that I'm here for it. This time I paid everything Sunday night presuming it would be ready and picked up Monday to be delivered to me today. But since Sunday all my DPD tracking says we have been told that your epharm parcel will be dispatched shortly? Last month it was delayed too but I put that down to the protests at the time.

Has anyone dealt with Vinted refusing to return their item unless they pay for a shipping label? I sold a laptop on Vinted for 126€. Because of their new verification process, the laptop was sent to their verification hub in Vilnius. It allegedly failed verification (didn’t bother to give me any details, it simply ‚failed’ 🙃) and was returned to me but Vinted sent it to a DPD pickup point located around 2 hours away from my home. I contacted support before the pickup deadline and explained that I couldn’t collect it from that location. They told me to wait for support assistance, but nobody actually helped before the parcel was automatically returned to Vinted in Lithuania. ...

I bought an iPhone 17 Pro Max from the Apple website, and DPD (courier) were supposed to deliver it on Saturday. I waited all day for it, but it was never delivered. In the evening I checked the DPD app and saw the tracking had been updated to say "the parcel is being being return to the sender", even though no delivery attempt was ever made. I contacted Apple yesterday and they said they were sending a replacement, but the estimated delivery is end of May/beginning of June, which feels way too long to wait. I called Apple again today and they said they're going to investigate whether the original phone can be redirected back to me instead of being returned to Apple, so ...

Only UPS has this ridiculous system of having to create an account and register your address in order to be able to control your delivery. Oh and make sure you use the exact same address format everywhere, because if you even make one slight mistake, the parcel does not show up on your account and there's no option to reschedule. Whereas with Royal Mail, Evri, DPD etc I can literally go to the tracking page, enter the postcode that it's being delivered to and make changes to the delivery. I have moved house and I cannot register my new address as apparently UPS My Choice is not available! And guess what? My previous address, where I did register with UPS My Choice is also not ava...

I have purchased a kettle from ninj- shark. I asked them to deliver my parcel using DPD locker. Dpd given me pickup pass and pin number, when open there was no item in the locker. Now i need to escalate this issue.

I purchased a computer from CyberPower (London, England) less than seven months ago. It hasn't been working properly since I bought it, so I sent it in for warranty repairs. DPD have now "lost" the parcel. This is my work computer, so I'm in a difficult position. I also had a Windows Pro licence tied to the machine that can't be transferred, so I'll need to purchase a new one. I do have a spare computer, but it's significantly slower — and even if I receive a replacement, restoring everything will take considerable time. What are my options here, and what are my consumer rights in this situation?

i’m concerned as I sent a parcel using a Royal mail/Evri/DPD locker- I entered all the correct information as well as a confirmation email for the receipt, I usually get it as soon as I close the locker door, however this time I didn’t and on Vinted the shipping status has not updated from ‘ print shipping label’ I’m very concerned since I don’t have any proof of sending it since I didn’t get sent the email! Hi everyone, I'm asking for my sister, who isn't very familiar with Vinted. She ordered a package from France (around €60), which was delivered to a parcel locker. On the day of delivery, the seller apparently started fussing about the pickup, my sister said she could do it the next day. As fate would have it, her baby was born the following day, and in all the chaos, the package pickup simply slipped through the cracks or was forgotten.
