The seller shipped the parcel on January 23. On that same day, it moved along part of the route, but since then it has not moved at all. There have been no updates for over two weeks. I contacted Nordpost, but they informed me that the sender needs to reach out to them directly. I also called DPD on the Polish side (parcel sent from Sweden to Poland) but they were not able to provide any information either.

Posting this today in the 4/2/26 as recently I bought a camera lens of CeX and thought that it would probably arrive within 3-5 days as they say on their website and they have also sent me a tracker to track my parcel with dpd however i cannot track the parcel and it states that dpd have got the order details however not received the parcel. I have e-mailed CeX multiple times about this for about 2 weeks now however they have told me to wait a few more days and now I have another reply which has told me royal mail has picked up my parcel accidentally but that has to be fake as the delivery driver has to scan the parcel right?. Scanned QR code and put my parcel in the yeep locker to be collected by DPD. Door shut, it then basically crashes and doesn't open the door for me again, no confirmation email and vinted still saying I need to send the parcel. My parcel is lockered up and I can't get it back out. Obviously too late for me, but I google and see that yeep are basically a **** show with tons of bad reviews. Anyone had this and any idea what I do next?

First (and definitely last) time using DPD pick up service. Tracking has not updated for 11 days. Seller dropped off at post office and post officr confirmed it has been collected. Post office where it would be collected from dont have it either. What is going on with DPD?!? Never had a issue with them until now. I'm regularly checking the tracking and DPD won't tell me anything as I'm not the sender.

I live in a WG. Yesterday, I received package from DPD at my address. From the packaging, I know it is a revolut card. It is addressed to one of my roommate but he used my name and address in c/o field. I didn't feel comfortable handing it to him and was also worried about the potential abuse. I contacted the local police. They told me to take it to DPD. They also "unofficially" told me that this guy is in jail right now for something computer related. So, this is the 4th time DPD UK have "lost" a parcel of mine, one of which was something rare that I got for a great price as well, which I've never been able to replicate again. Has anyone actually had their lost parcels turn up after they are confirmed by DPD as lost, I've not... These parcels can't just disappear, surely they must be found at some point and should be delivered. I do feel they are just binned and are insurance write off for them.

So I ordered a skirt off of pull&bear a few days ago and selected, and paid for, home delivery. In the tracking it also said that it would be delivered to my home address. Then I get a mail saying that my parcel is available for pick up. And the tracking changed to the address of the pick up shop as the delivery address. This is the 2nd time this is happening and item I sold on eBay was sent by parcelforce express48. They gave me a tracking code but whenever I track it, it says : Tracking status: Advised We have no tracks for your parcel yet. The status of your parcel will be updated in due course. It has been 2 days already and still status did not change. Customer was expecting it today and it was not delivered. Was it always like this? I did not use PF much before and definitely I am switching to DPD now, a bit more expensive but at least I can track it.
