Online DPD Tracking

Hi everyone, I'm asking for my sister, who isn't very familiar with Vinted. She ordered a package from France (around €60), which was delivered to a parcel locker. On the day of delivery, the seller apparently started fussing about the pickup, my sister said she could do it the next day. As fate would have it, her baby was born the following day, and in all the chaos, the package pickup simply slipped through the cracks or was forgotten. According to DPD, the package is now on its way back to France, and the seller said she won't take it back. It was a purchase through the Vinted system with buyer protection. Need a little advice about an online purchase I made last week. I bought a relatively expensive drone which cost £1300 from Dji last week and it was showing as out for delivery on Saturday by DPD.  DPD delivered a parcel at about 4pm. Immediately I noticed it couldn’t be a drone due to the weight and the shape of the parcel. It was in a parcel bag and not a box. I’m dealing with a really frustrating situation and need advice. I sold a valuable and pricey item on Vinted and shipped it with DPD. The buyer never collected it, so it was returned to me. The problem is that I was never informed that the return parcel had been delivered. The tracking on Vinted didn’t clearly show anything, and when I contacted their support during this time, they kept telling me to wait because the parcel had only just been sent out. so i ordered a parcel that never arrived, i suspect an issue with dpd as the locker it was supposedly left in was empty, however dpd wont deal with missing items from vinted as it is vinted that technically suppluieds the postage (the shipping label is created by them and not the seller) i spent weeks trying to get in touch with vinted to no avail, only getting robot replies, and then finally being told that because i did not raise the issue within 48 hours it cant be dealt with. I've ordered a bag at the start of April from a seller based in France on Vestiaire Collective. I'm based in the UK in Borehamwood. Paid to receive it at home. I saw it was sent by Chronopost. It took a long while and eventually DPD sent me a tracking link saying it would be delivered on a day I was at work. I ordered the item from Bolt. DPD gave an hour-long delivery window, but it's now past that hour and still no delivery. I understand delays might happen due to unforeseen circumstances, but DPD sent no updates regarding when the next delivery will be, if the delivery will still push through, or where the heck the parcel is. I advised Bolt not to use DPD. It's frustrating. Now I don't know how long the ice pack will keep the item cold, especially in this warm weather.

Ugh where to start. Ordered my first ever Honor equipment on friday, DPD delivered yesterday, great! Wife received the parcel, all in tact, I got home from work today opened it and TWO items missing. 1. Phone is missing 2. The wireless charger I bought Instant regret! Buyer received an email confirmation that parcel is delivered and ready for pick up. Buyer went to shop and shop said parcel is not delivered with them. Vinted updated already that parcel has been delivered. DPD app said it is delivered but shop adamant that it is not yet. What should I do?

Hi, I recently ordered around 250 GBP of items from Nike. When I received the order from DPD, it had tape over it that said “resealed by DPD” indicating that the box was damaged/potentially opened. One 32 GBP t shirt was missing from the box. I contacted Nike and sought a refund for the missing t-shirt (I don’t want replacement as I’m traveling soon and can’t accept a new delivery). This basically took one hour of webchat. I sent a photo of the box with the tape and the label on the box but they refuse to initiate an “investigation” “for me” unless I sent 360 degree photos of the entire box. As anyone been waiting all day for a new phone etc. to look on the DPD app to say driver is running behind and go on chat to see what’s happening, then to get someone from DPD to ring saying they spoke to the driver and the person saying to will deliver the parcel soon as possible. Then to get a text we’re sorry we missed you. Been waiting for iPhone 16 then been told the driver will deliver this afternoon 10 min later got a text saying sorry we missed you. Went on chat saying driver went to deliver my parcel at 1:08pm and left a card. Well no deliver came at 1:08pm and there’s no card

Story begins, I sold it to a brother in Spain and shipped it via dpd, with shipping fee of 30eur. However, they randomly charged me another \~100eur because one side exceeded 55cm, no warning, just straight up deducted from my account. Hello, I posted an order at a DPD locker on Monday. I scanned my QR code, put the label on the parcel and put my parcel in the locker. I didn't get an email confirmination for some reason so I took a photo of the parcel label as proof I sent it. Literally a minute later the driver comes and empties the locker and I can see him putting the parcel in his van. Made my first order on Vinted two weeks ago and waited patiently for the delivery. Yesterday, I was notified that the delivery was unsuccessful because there was no room in the delivery box and my parcel has been sent back to the delivery center.
