Just wanted to post to say someone commented on one of my tech bundle posts earlier to say they have had a delivery notification and thought it must be for the tech bundle. I just wanted to confirm I've also had a dpd notification to say they are expecting a parcel for me and it can not be left in a safe place etc so assume this is also my tech bundle . For me it would have been 42 days since I claimed the tech bundle and it seems that they have got their notification in just before the 45 days we were initially told for our tech bundle to be dispatched. Why were were told so many different things is beyond me. Hopefully we all get our tech bundle in the coming days.

Has anyone ordered from lotus since the website upgrade? Did you receive updates regarding shipping via email? I ordered after they dropped their prices this week as I had loyalty points voucher from my pendemic purchases. On the website it says it’s due to be dispatched via dpd. However, when I went out at lunchtime the postie had left a parcel on my doorstep which turned out to be my pen (dispensed by pharmalogic, I thought they used cloudrx). I ordered an item (£300+) a couple of weeks ago now that has been lost because it was tracked with DPD but has instead been picked up by royal mail. I've been reading the reviews on trust pilot and have found that this happens A LOT, how have they not yet sorted out a system or something that can make sure this never happens? At the end of last year, i preordered the lego ninjago character display set, it didnt arrive on launch, nor a week later or even a month later. Post office question - What if they hand an RM package to Evri/dpd? Hi everyone This isn't a where is my parcel but a more procedural one. What happens if the post office give RM packages to Evri or Evri packages to RM. Is there some agreement to swap parcels back? or are they gone in that system forever? Or do the 3rd parties agree to deliver on their slowest cheapest service? I remember when I worked for the catalogues if Yodel picked an evri one up or visa versa the catalogue companies/courier companies had a agreement to exchange parcels so wondering if something similar existed.

Which couriers are you finding to offer the best cost to reliability ratio? We ship a wide range of items from small enough to fit in an envelope to sofa size, but not huge quantities (5-10 parcels per day). In the past, I have found DPD to be great but they do sneak in a lot of unexpected fees (“Manual Handling Charge”, I’m looking at you) and they won’t ship larger parcels. I’ve been using Evri a lot recently but am aware of their awful reputation. No issues so far, touch wood, but maybe it’s just a matter of time I have also started trying some of the courier comparison aggregator sites, so would be interested if anyone is getting good results from them.
