I ordered an item (£300+) a couple of weeks ago now that has been lost because it was tracked with DPD but has instead been picked up by royal mail. I've been reading the reviews on trust pilot and have found that this happens A LOT, how have they not yet sorted out a system or something that can make sure this never happens?
