I am actually fuming. I cant believe i placed such an order for an expensive item, I wanna kick myself. I knew something was wrong I tried to cancel and this person ignored my request but lied to me saying he didnt see it and said he sent the parcel but I dont think he did it because he never did. it was all a ploy to profit from me 😤😪 I know i will get refunded but that means he will get a high compensation for no item he never sent? been going down this rabbit hole of people who had seen their DPD tracking say this and either say it was delivered with royal mail and they had to pay an extra shipping fee or it didn't come at all. Hey. Heads up peeps. I have 2 parcels in transit with relay and both are delayed. Went to drop off a relay parcel at the same store last night and they stopped doing relay a week ago and tell me they are no longer receiving any parcels from relay either even this is transit. When I’ve looked up relay drop offs there seems to be 2 or more closed in my area. London Bromley. So avoid relay and chase any in transit with them directly. As the title suggests, we were sending some packages from Norwich, Norfolk, to Cork, Ireland via DPD's international collection service ahead of us moving. We moved far away from Norwich, so we were making sure we cleared everything out. There were 5 parcels - 2 suitcases and 3 boxes - at around 20-25kg each. I ordered my pod 5 and cover on the 16th February. The first delivery dpd lost my parcel completely after three failed delivery attempts. After managing the painful back and forth between eight sleep and dpd, eight sleep agreed to send a new pod. At this point it was well over a month after ordering. Got a message saying this, I had a delivery on the way and was a bit confused because neither deliveries I ordered used DPD, clicked on the link and said my address wasn't entered and that to redeliver it was 69p which is odd because here it says they attempted to deliver and to add my card details. I did make the mistake of adding my home address so not too sure what they can do with it since I assumed because the website is safe it must be the real dpd, but I havent put my card details.

I bought a perfume through Vinted and chose delivery to a DPD parcel locker in Germany. The package arrived at the parcel locker, but I never received the pickup code (no SMS and no email). After a few days it was automatically returned to the seller. The seller is in Belgium and the package is now in a parcel shop there. I have already received a refund from Vinted, but according to the tracking tomorrow is the last day for the seller to pick it up.
