Online DPD Tracking

Has anyone ordered from lotus since the website upgrade? Did you receive updates regarding shipping via email? I ordered after they dropped their prices this week as I had loyalty points voucher from my pendemic purchases. On the website it says it’s due to be dispatched via dpd. However, when I went out at lunchtime the postie had left a parcel on my doorstep which turned out to be my pen (dispensed by pharmalogic, I thought they used cloudrx). Not impressed not having notification it had been posted, which is a shame as they were excellent in August.

I ordered an item (£300+) a couple of weeks ago now that has been lost because it was tracked with DPD but has instead been picked up by royal mail. I've been reading the reviews on trust pilot and have found that this happens A LOT, how have they not yet sorted out a system or something that can make sure this never happens? I probably won't ever be ordering online from them and the only reason I did order was because they are such a big company I thought I'd be the best way to get the item I wanted. Not to mention the fact I have to wait 14 days to find out what's going on and then have to wait again cause they said they're gonna look into this further. Curr...

Im admittedly more angry than i should be but i think im justified, especially when the multi billion dollar company refuses to get it right. At the end of last year, i preordered the lego ninjago character display set, it didnt arrive on launch, nor a week later or even a month later. Post office question - What if they hand an RM package to Evri/dpd? Hi everyone This isn't a where is my parcel but a more procedural one. What happens if the post office give RM packages to Evri or Evri packages to RM. Is there some agreement to swap parcels back? or are they gone in that system forever? Or do the 3rd parties agree to deliver on their slowest cheapest service? I remember when I worked for the catalogues if Yodel picked an evri one up or visa versa the catalogue companies/courier companies had a agreement to exchange parcels so wondering if something similar existed.

i have sold lots on vinted recently and today someone decided to pick dpd despite me specifically deselecting it as an option. i took it to the nearest yeep locker as i’ve done with all dpd parcels in the past, scanned the qr code on vinted and the door opened. i then placed the parcel inside the locker, and waited for something to happen on screen. instead i was just met with it telling me what to press if i want to change the size of the locker which i did NOT need to do. i then pressed enter as it was the only button that made sense to press and nothing happened. i then clicked 0 to abort the drop off and the screen just showed the number 0 and nothing else and was from then on complete...

I recently ordered a new Xbox controller from the Microsoft Store online. It was dispatched the same day and received tracking details for DPD. After a day or so the tracking still said DPD were expecting the parcel not that they had it. I contact MS support via live chat and phone and they concluded the item was missing so refunded the money to allow me to purchase a replacement. I was just wondering if people could let me know how long they waited for their ticket to be resolved through customer service? I ordered a 3DS XL (£310) through their app on Friday 20/02, both the app and the email I have received say that the parcel is dispatched but after a week now my tracking with DPD says "We've received your order details, but have not yet received your parcel" I emailed support 27/02 and they said to give them till today to find out the issue. I haven't heard anything back from them so is it worth emailing again or being patient till tomorrow cause they don't get back to people on weekends? Thanks for your advice

I had all digital options selected when selling as my printer doesn’t really work for ages, this has worked well for about a year. I upgraded the app today and quite soon after someone bought one of my items. The In Post option came through as a printable postage option, not the digital one I’m used to. I’ve looked in the Postage area to see if the upgrade re-allowed some postage options. I don’t see anything obvious, anyone got any ideas? It doesn’t seem to mention anymore if the postage options are digital only. Very annoying!!
