Online DPD Tracking

Guys Its been almost 2 whole weeks since Its been shipped and I didnt get any update or anything since is this normal? I tried tracking it on 17TRACK but there was no results

I’m honestly at my limit with DPD. Every single time Amazon or any supplier assigns them to deliver something to me, the same nonsense happens: **“We attempted delivery but no one was home.”** Except someone is home every single time. They don’t ring the bell, they don’t show up, they don’t even pretend anymore. Struggling to tell if the buyer is genuine and the parcel has been lost somewhere - I’ve done all I can on my end but DPD need her number and post code to investigate further. Not sure she seems intent on doing that. Anyone else had anything similar or am I making up a scenario ? A lot of the chat that isn’t included in the ss is me explaining how to contact DPD and how they can do more from her end. Parcel is there until Thursday and then should be returned to me. My sister brought me a sea bunny plush and had a voice message added (a recording of my boyfriend who passed last year). It arrived today, I was handed the parcel by DPD, and it was extremely battered. The certificate was crumpled inside. And I cannot get it to play the voice message, it does not even feel like there is a voice box inside the plush. I know we definitely added it to the order, I helped my sister with it and it is on the order receipt. How do we fix this?? Do we just return it and start over??

I had a text saying my parcel would be delivered around lunch time today to my nominated click and collect store. I saw it was delivered I saw the picture of the item in the hands of the driver. I went to the store an hour later and the shop keeper couldn't find it and when I showed the photo he goes yes the driver said there was a problem and they will be back tomorrow. I noticed the name of the person that received it was my name ! yet I never received it. I rang Dpd twice today and they told me that the manager has told the driver to deliver it at the end of his shift today. I need the code before I can collect the parcel. Does anyone have any idea why this happened? why go ...

Came home this evening to find a parcel on the doorstep. Bit weird - wasn’t expecting anything - but opened it up anyway to have a look. It’s a bladed kitchen utensil with a very niche, specific purpose. I did not order this. I’ve never owned nor wanted to own one. I didn’t know these existed until about an hour ago. Hi, looking for advice if anyone can help? Really stressing about this situation. I had two parcels for the same eBay order, same buyer, same address. I bought two separate Packlink (DPD) labels, each with its own QR code. However, at the parcel shop the same QR code was scanned twice and put it on both parcels. One of the parcels has been delivered but the other with the duplicate QR code has been collected but obviously isnt updating. I’ve contacted DPD but they can’t help because it was through packlink. What is the actual point of sending me a text with an hour slot, me taking the day off anyway to receive the parcel, just for you to not ring the doorbell and not put anything through the door. The only reason I knew there 'had been an attempt' was because I checked the app to double check the time slot midway through the time slot to see a message saying they tried to deliver but they'll be back tomorrow. I’ve never had any issues before but I sent a parcel last week via DPD, since then it hasn’t moved and DPD said vinted needs to raise an investigation. After speaking to Vinted the bot agent says to upload pictures of the item in box with label on which I of course haven’t because that never crosses my mind to take pictures before sending. I do however have picture of the receipt from post office. Is that enough for me to get my money back and for Vinted to raise a claim with DPD or have I lost my money?

I needed to return £200+ of jewellery and used the Vivienne Westwood DHL pre-paid returns label they provided, and I took the parcel to my local branch earlier this month, a location I believed was appropriate for DHL processing. The Post Office staff accepted the parcel, processed it, but mistakenly issued it under DPD (as stated on the Proof of Posting receipt).
