Online DPD Tracking

I’ve ordered from Amazon yesterday and after couple hours I received this message. Of course I have not clicked the link and completely ignored the message but I wonder how is it possible they could be able to track my purchase activities???

I sent a parcel on Monday through DPD locker for £40. On Tuesday morning the item was out for delivery but at 8pm the buyer and I both received a notification saying that the item was being returned to me. Today the parcel was out for delivery back to me however upon contacting DPD there's 2 issues that I'm not sure how to go about. 1) The return parcel has been sent back to me however upon checking with DPD, the driver delivered the parcel to my 'neighbour' 40 DOORS AWAY so essentially the parcel is missing. 2) DPD has accidentally created duplicate tracking numbers. Earlier this year I arraigned for the sale of £1000 worth of camera equipment to MPB. was all set and ready for ship but when DPD driver arrived I was asked to parcel all items together or be charged additional costs. Had to find something that would contain all the items and resulted in a carrier bag that was wrapped up. So I had an order earlier and the shipping option was to send to a relay store. 1, I’ve never heard of this courier I’m guessing it’s a newish company and 2, I thought I’m sure I don’t have this as an option. I went onto my shipping options and I don’t have it available. Then I noticed that despite me not offering it, vinted can still offer it to the buyer. Seems a bit naughty if I don’t offer that courier and sellers will obviously not offer them for a reason. They do say you can do a cancellation without receiving negative feedback, just wondered if anyone’s come across this before?

Hi all, I'm feeling lost with my current postage setup. I send around 20+ parcels a day mostly for items sold on eBay but I get 1 or 2 orders a day from tiktok and amazon. I currently use eBay integration for posting. Expensive and not really scalable for a large amount of orders. I have recently made a sendcloud account and a royal mail business account. Sendcloue seems good but I want to be able to put items in a grey mailing bag that royal mail has sent and just send them out that way. Not sure if sendcloud orders allow that. Hi, I sold a pair of shoes to someone, they chose dpd drop off point, they’ve arrived at the drop off point today but they’re claiming that when they went to pick them up the shop said the parcel isn’t there, they’ve said the shop scanned the QR code a few times and still said the parcel isn’t there? They’ve sent pictures of the confirmation email to pick up the parcel and the location of the shop etc. I’ve put it in google and it’s the correct information but when I put the postcode in on the dpd website it just keeps saying try again, when I go on the app it just says the town of where the parcel is in and that it’s ready to collect. I am moving to different city and I need to parcel luggages stored in 2 IKEA frakta bags. Is it possible to parcel the bags just like that or do I need to put it inside a cardboard box ? Also, dpd and hermes are charging lesser than DHL, are they reliable or should I just go with DHL ? Your suggestions for parcel services ? Thank you.

Hey. Heads up peeps. I have 2 parcels in transit with relay and both are delayed. Went to drop off a relay parcel at the same store last night and they stopped doing relay a week ago and tell me they are no longer receiving any parcels from relay either even this is transit. When I’ve looked up relay drop offs there seems to be 2 or more closed in my area. London Bromley. So avoid relay and chase any in transit with them directly. Last month it was yeep an DPD that lost me £50 for keeping a parcel but not registering it as dropped off so that was gone. Now relay. ****** exhausting!

DPD delivered it to my address, and they later provided a delivery photo showing my housemate taking the parcel in. As the title suggests, we were sending some packages from Norwich, Norfolk, to Cork, Ireland via DPD's international collection service ahead of us moving.
