Habe ein Paket mit DPD nach Frankreich versendet. Die Käuferin hat seit über einer Woche das Paket nicht abgeholt und antwortet mir auch nicht. Ich bin davon ausgegangen, dass das Päckchen langsam mal an mich zurück gesendet wird. Allerdings kann ich jetzt seit ein paar Tagen nicht mal mehr die Sendung weiter verfolgen. Auch nicht auf der Seite von DPD. Stattdessen wird mir nur noch diese Seite angezeigt. Weder auf der deutschen noch auf der französischen funktioniert die Sendungsnummer. My parcel had an attempted delivery last friday, of which the driver went to the wrong house and said i wasn’t in. since then the item hasn’t moved from the depot. it’s not like they’ve had any other issues as i’ve had parcels from dpd, from the same depot delivered this week, just not this one. it’s been over 5 days now

Hi, I often ship parcels to customers around Europe from England via Royal Mail but certain countries such as Spain and Austria always seem to have problems at customs. In mid December I ordered a Switch 2 directly from the NintendoUK website. It was 1-2 day shipping. After a week or so passed and the DPD tracking was stuck on “we’ve received your order details but have not yet received your parcel,” I requested a refund. I did same day pick up from Argos and purchased the switch that way so I could still come through for the fam on Christmas.
