Online DPD Tracking

I genuinely do not know what else to do at this point and I’m wondering if anyone else has gone through something similar with Vinted. I was the seller in a transaction where the buyer failed to pick up the parcel, so it was returned back to me through DPD. Here is where everything went wrong. According to DPD, the parcel had already been returned. However, Vinted’s tracking continued to show that the parcel was still “being returned” and neither Vinted nor DPD notified me that it had arrived. Because of this, I had absolutely no idea the parcel was already at my apartment location waiting for collection/retrieval. By the time I realised what had happened, the parcel had been lost...

Got this error on a DPD parcel, dosent mention any address problems or anything, any help would be appreciated!

I’m on the second day of not having a parcel delivered because the same driver has twice pulled into an adjacent wrong address and then left. I saw him pull in yesterday to next door from where I was watching at the window, thought it might be for me (it’s a common mistake, their entrance is a bit more obvious but they do have their business name in big letters so it’s pretty obvious if it’s not the right place) but until I could see it was a DPD uniform when they got out (van is just nondescript white van), couldn’t be sure (it’s a business, all sorts of vans and lorries pull in to deliver stuff there too). eBay has announced that Royal Mail is withdrawing its age-verified postage service for private sellers. According to the update, sellers must now use UPS, with prices starting from £11. While DPD offers an age-verified service, it is restricted to business customers. My understanding is that DPD requires a significantly higher parcel volume to qualify for an account than I currently send. Given that roughly 25% of my sales require age verification, I am concerned that these increased shipping costs will make lower-priced items unviable for buyers. Is anyone else navigating this, or are there other compliant couriers available for lower volumes?

I sold an item through Vinted. I’m in Poland and the buyer is in Sweden. The shipping method is DPD, but Żabka wouldn’t accept the package. So I went to a parcel locker and sent it by registering it directly through the DPD app. Of course, I downloaded the label through Vinted, printed it out, and attached it to the package. With InPost or ORLEN, the parcel to send usually appears automatically in the app, but with DPD it didn’t, so I feel a bit uneasy. I’m a beginner seller. Is this normally how DPD works?

Anyone else noticed the service is much slower since they have introduced this new delivery method. I have always confirmed my order and pretty much had the delivery the next day. I try to time it for my work from home days so that I'm here for it. This time I paid everything Sunday night presuming it would be ready and picked up Monday to be delivered to me today. But since Sunday all my DPD tracking says we have been told that your epharm parcel will be dispatched shortly? Last month it was delayed too but I put that down to the protests at the time.

Has anyone dealt with Vinted refusing to return their item unless they pay for a shipping label? I sold a laptop on Vinted for 126€. Because of their new verification process, the laptop was sent to their verification hub in Vilnius. It allegedly failed verification (didn’t bother to give me any details, it simply ‚failed’ 🙃) and was returned to me but Vinted sent it to a DPD pickup point located around 2 hours away from my home. I contacted support before the pickup deadline and explained that I couldn’t collect it from that location. They told me to wait for support assistance, but nobody actually helped before the parcel was automatically returned to Vinted in Lithuania. ...

I bought an iPhone 17 Pro Max from the Apple website, and DPD (courier) were supposed to deliver it on Saturday. I waited all day for it, but it was never delivered. In the evening I checked the DPD app and saw the tracking had been updated to say "the parcel is being being return to the sender", even though no delivery attempt was ever made. I contacted Apple yesterday and they said they were sending a replacement, but the estimated delivery is end of May/beginning of June, which feels way too long to wait. I called Apple again today and they said they're going to investigate whether the original phone can be redirected back to me instead of being returned to Apple, so ...

Only UPS has this ridiculous system of having to create an account and register your address in order to be able to control your delivery. Oh and make sure you use the exact same address format everywhere, because if you even make one slight mistake, the parcel does not show up on your account and there's no option to reschedule. Whereas with Royal Mail, Evri, DPD etc I can literally go to the tracking page, enter the postcode that it's being delivered to and make changes to the delivery. I have moved house and I cannot register my new address as apparently UPS My Choice is not available! And guess what? My previous address, where I did register with UPS My Choice is also not ava...

I have purchased a kettle from ninj- shark. I asked them to deliver my parcel using DPD locker. Dpd given me pickup pass and pin number, when open there was no item in the locker. Now i need to escalate this issue.
