Hello Friends I am launching my ecommerce store next month , I will be selling wigs and hair extensions in pan EU And my parcel weight will be maximum 300-400 gms . I have my company setup in Berlin and will ship products from here only . Could you please help me to choose the best logistics company . DPD, DHL , UPS or GLS ? Or any other in case you know ? Got a message saying this, I had a delivery on the way and was a bit confused because neither deliveries I ordered used DPD, clicked on the link and said my address wasn't entered and that to redeliver it was 69p which is odd because here it says they attempted to deliver and to add my card details. I did make the mistake of adding my home address so not too sure what they can do with it since I assumed because the website is safe it must be the real dpd, but I havent put my card details.

This morning, they called me once, I didn't answer because I was busy and didn't have time to call them back either until evening. Now I see this. They just sent it back 5 hours after calling me, is that normal? Dpd isn't my usual carrier so I have no idea how they work I wasn't concerned about it, because ALL companies give you at least a week to claim the parcel if the delievery was unsucceful. InPost lockers usually wait for few days and Poczta Polska keeps your parcel at pickup point for a week and you can come anytime (during open hours, I mean). But DPD just sends it back IMMEDIATELY? From England, I ordered an iPhone 17 Pro 1TB from Currys online using the finance option Creation. I later realised my mistake and should have ordered the Pro Max instead. I had already ordered the Pro Max with the same finance option and it had gone well. I called Currys before the order arrived and asked to cancel it. They said no, but I could return it to any local Currys when it arrived. I didn’t open the package and took it to a local Currys. They said they couldn’t take it and I had to return it to the sender. I bought a perfume through Vinted and chose delivery to a DPD parcel locker in Germany. The package arrived at the parcel locker, but I never received the pickup code (no SMS and no email). After a few days it was automatically returned to the seller. The seller is in Belgium and the package is now in a parcel shop there. I have already received a refund from Vinted, but according to the tracking tomorrow is the last day for the seller to pick it up. Hi, Just looking for some perspective as I’m getting quite upset about it. I sent large parcel via one of the main courier companies (DPD) from UK to Europe. I’m also the recipient of that parcel at the other end, so I got tracking information as a sender and receiver. Has anyone had any problems with DPD or Currys? I recently ordered a garmin smartwatch and my package was updated on dpd as delivered but I never got my parcel. Shipped two parcels with DPD on Sunday- Tuesday now and still says to pack parcel and ship it, when searching tracking code it says not found? Hi guys, Long story short I bought a watch (90 euro's) and DPD managed to deliver it to a parcel shop 120 kilometers from where I live. I contacted seller & vinted support. Vinted support told me I have to wait for the item to ship back to the seller before I can get a refund. Last day the order could be picked up was 15 march, and there is no status update on the tracking page of DPD since then. Is this even legal from DPD to refuse to refund me until item is shipped back. What if DPD/DPD shop loses the package or something goes wrong in the process. I’ve started to notice how fast delivery drivers are driving around our estate, the likes of DPD, Amazon, UPS and my milkman specifically it’s crazy every time I see them I wonder how there hasn’t been an accident with a child and worry about the kids out playing. Hey I need some advice on what to do as this situation is pmo I sent a parcel to a YEEP! Locker as the buyer chose DPD (I swear I had this turned off as my courier options) I scanned the barcode and the locker popped open and instructed me to put the parcel in there with no label which confused me.
