I purchased a computer from CyberPower (London, England) less than seven months ago. It hasn't been working properly since I bought it, so I sent it in for warranty repairs. DPD have now "lost" the parcel. This is my work computer, so I'm in a difficult position. I also had a Windows Pro licence tied to the machine that can't be transferred, so I'll need to purchase a new one. I do have a spare computer, but it's significantly slower — and even if I receive a replacement, restoring everything will take considerable time. What are my options here, and what are my consumer rights in this situation?

i’m concerned as I sent a parcel using a Royal mail/Evri/DPD locker- I entered all the correct information as well as a confirmation email for the receipt, I usually get it as soon as I close the locker door, however this time I didn’t and on Vinted the shipping status has not updated from ‘ print shipping label’ I’m very concerned since I don’t have any proof of sending it since I didn’t get sent the email! Hi everyone, I'm asking for my sister, who isn't very familiar with Vinted. She ordered a package from France (around €60), which was delivered to a parcel locker. On the day of delivery, the seller apparently started fussing about the pickup, my sister said she could do it the next day. As fate would have it, her baby was born the following day, and in all the chaos, the package pickup simply slipped through the cracks or was forgotten. Need a little advice about an online purchase I made last week. I bought a relatively expensive drone which cost £1300 from Dji last week and it was showing as out for delivery on Saturday by DPD.  DPD delivered a parcel at about 4pm. I've ordered a bag at the start of April from a seller based in France on Vestiaire Collective. I'm based in the UK in Borehamwood. Paid to receive it at home. I saw it was sent by Chronopost. I ordered the item from Bolt. DPD gave an hour-long delivery window, but it's now past that hour and still no delivery. I understand delays might happen due to unforeseen circumstances, but DPD sent no updates regarding when the next delivery will be, if the delivery will still push through, or where the heck the parcel is. Hi, I recently ordered around 250 GBP of items from Nike. When I received the order from DPD, it had tape over it that said “resealed by DPD” indicating that the box was damaged/potentially opened. One 32 GBP t shirt was missing from the box. I contacted Nike and sought a refund for the missing t-shirt (I don’t want replacement as I’m traveling soon and can’t accept a new delivery).
