Online DPD Tracking

Buyer received an email confirmation that parcel is delivered and ready for pick up. Buyer went to shop and shop said parcel is not delivered with them. Vinted updated already that parcel has been delivered. DPD app said it is delivered but shop adamant that it is not yet. What should I do?

Hi, I recently ordered around 250 GBP of items from Nike. When I received the order from DPD, it had tape over it that said “resealed by DPD” indicating that the box was damaged/potentially opened. One 32 GBP t shirt was missing from the box. I contacted Nike and sought a refund for the missing t-shirt (I don’t want replacement as I’m traveling soon and can’t accept a new delivery). As anyone been waiting all day for a new phone etc. to look on the DPD app to say driver is running behind and go on chat to see what’s happening, then to get someone from DPD to ring saying they spoke to the driver and the person saying to will deliver the parcel soon as possible. Then to get a text we’re sorry we missed you. Been waiting for iPhone 16 then been told the driver will deliver this afternoon 10 min later got a text saying sorry we missed you. Went on chat saying driver went to deliver my parcel at 1:08pm and left a card. Well no deliver came at 1:08pm and there’s no card

So basically I ordered some Yu-Gi-Oh boxes and the seller took their sweet time to mark it as sent at 23rd, fast forward to 2 days ago, I discovered that the DPD tracking number is stuck at "We're exchanging the data internally" and "Your parcel is being prepared by the shipper", I contacted DPD and they said it means the seller didn't provide the items yet, I would have been fine with all of that too if the seller is responsive or assured me that they will eventually send them, but no, I'm talking to myself in the chat, The worst thing is that I ordered a box of the newly released Rarity Collection 5, it's a hot item, Meaning they might go up or down ...

However, they randomly charged me another \~100eur because one side exceeded 55cm, no warning, just straight up deducted from my account. Hello, I posted an order at a DPD locker on Monday. I scanned my QR code, put the label on the parcel and put my parcel in the locker. I didn't get an email confirmination for some reason so I took a photo of the parcel label as proof I sent it. Literally a minute later the driver comes and empties the locker and I can see him putting the parcel in his van. It is now Thursday and when I checked the tracking it's still saying DPD haven't received my order. Made my first order on Vinted two weeks ago and waited patiently for the delivery. Yesterday, I was notified that the delivery was unsuccessful because there was no room in the delivery box and my parcel has been sent back to the delivery center. Hi. My Parcel Force lady was told off for leaving a parcel in the post office for me at my request. It was the sender who made the complaint (said they didnt have a tracking number and was sent via DPD) so i had no idea where it was/expecting DPD. I have 4 names in a email that was provided to me on paper. Any idea what the emails for parcelforce is? Ie, [email protected] ? The lady deserves praise not a bollocking. Thanks

Hi everyone. I ordered a set recently from the official Lego website and apparently DPD still has not received my parcel. I find this a bit odd as I ordered a different set a couple of weeks earlier and it arrived earlier than expected (under 3 days). so with that in mind, I was just asking if anyone else is facing the same delays on their package at this time? I had a DPD delivery today. Driver look really stressed and miserable, but they turned up on time and nothing was damaged. But then DPD want me to review him. Anything better than pissing on my doorstep then booting the parcel over the wall is going to get five stars. I despise this stuff. What are they meant to do? Whistle a cheerful tune? I was drop 28, about 3 hours since he left the depot which is around 40 miles away. Which is pretty good going. Followed him on the tracker and met him in the road. Like you do. Last thing you want is waiting at a door when you've got another 150 drops or whatever.
