Hi I’m coming here because I’ve tried everywhere else. I am a Vinted seller that sold a pair of shoes on Vinted. I went to my local dpd locker to send the package I followed all of the instructions on the locker (scanning the qr code and then the locker opened) I thought it would print a label but did not so i asked some staff at the shop nearby and they told me dpd doesn’t need a label and that the courier will put one on when he picks up the parcel, I now know that’s not the case. So my parcel is in the locker and I received no confirmation code or any update to the Vinted app. As this is through Vinted I never received the buyers address, only a qr code. I genuinely forgot I’d paid extra for DPD’s Choose Your Own Adventure delivery feature. Instead of a simple “expect it tomorrow,” I now have a full‑blown quest to unravel. My account is set up with a photo, a three‑word location, special instructions and a “safe place” for delivery. Yet the house with the gigantic number disappears from the map from time to time. Hi I wanted to buy a 55" TV from Amazon UK, this particular model is not available if my shipping address is Dublin but is available when I put a NI address. Parcel depots in NI will take it but wants me to book a courier myself to bring it to Dublin. I tried Dpd, anpost adresspal and evri but seems like they won't take TV's for some reason. I love my Evri delivery guy. He is amazing, yesterday he delivered 250 parcels and didn’t get to me until 8:45pm, his car broke down and he got a family member to drive him round so he could still make his deliveries. I’ve never had one dumped parcel, he always makes sure it’s left safe (unlike DPD and other companies). He always has a smile and a bit of a chat with customers (he will say there are bad couriers too). So please remember there are some amazing guys doing this job.

Hello! I use business click and drop for sending out large letters and parcels. I have started to use the DDP option for sending customers parcels to Ireland so they don’t get an unexpected customs charge from An Post, which worked really well when I first started using it. However, a few weeks ago I sent a load of parcels to customers who were very annoyed when they received a customs charge even though it was sent duty delivered paid. I have spoken to Royal Mail and they say it is a technical issue which they are having problems fixing, so I have had to start sending Irish parcels via DPD which is a right pain!! Started a claim with a supplier/retailer in regards to my missing parcel that DPD claim to have delivered, and have recently received a letter from “Delivery Investigations LTD” who claim to be acting on behalf of DPD, asking me to complete and return a slip telling me to confirm I have not received the parcel. I’m pretty sure this firm is just DPD posing as another company, but there are no contact details other than a PO Box address so I’m not entirely certain. Hello I been home all yesterday waiting for my parcel from Lego and it states that it was refused delivery and now it’s being held at depot. I messaged Lego about it. Do you think they will be able to help as it’s now a retired and out of stock set and I was really excited for it. Has anyone else had any problems with DPD doing this? I wonder if it’s to do with Black Friday and the extra work load. I just don’t want my Lego going back and being cancelled. 😢

I'm in the UK and I ordered the Disney castle set over the weekend. It was dispatched in 2 separate parcels. One for the set itself and one for the GWPs. I got an email yesterday saying it would be delivered today by DPD. I asked to send it to my local post office for me to collect. They sent the GWPs to my house. But the set was going to the post office. They close for lunch for half an hour every day and I think DPD attempted delivery during the lunch break. When I go to track it now, it says "Your parcel is on its way back to LEGO Shop." Am I screwed? I know it's sold out now. I also used all my points to get it.

I had scheduled U1 delivery by DPD today. Got a text with delivery time. A driver arrived, started to rummage at the back of the van. I asked if there is a problem and he said that the printer is under other parcels and can he deliver those first and come back to me in two hours. I'm an easygoing person, so I said sure. A few minutes later I got a tracking update "unable to contact customer" and few hours later parcel changed its status to undelivered with a comment of "we are sorry but your parcel couldn't be delivered as arranged". Should I be worried?
