Online DAI Tracking

Hi all, I ordered something from the UK and it's being handled by DAI Post. I'm in Sydney and the parcel has cleared customs and at DAI's depot in Chullora, Sydney according to the tracking. Since the last 7 days they're "locating" my parcel in their own warehouse. The customer care team is based in the Philippines and they're not giving me any location on where the depot is so that I can go there myself. It's getting out of hand now. What do you think I should do? I even emailed the COO and the Managing director of DAI Post but they're not responding as well. What should I do?Should I call the cops?

I'm also buying from mandarake so the total pice is around 3500 yen (1000+2500) (assuming 50% customs of 1750), total of 5250 yen and convert it, it's ~3000 inr Any experience and opinions on this kit and mandarake would be helpful such as their payment methods, refunds, how long they takes to deliver. Also suggest me if there are better kit than this for starter bcs i only built 2 bootleg kits (freedom and barbatos lupus) from amazon. I ordered two items; both were marked as save on combined shipping - coming from different ebay sellers using the global shipping USA to Australia. Both items arrived Carol Stream, IL, on a weekend which from my understanding is a USPS location; and were delivered to Glendale Heights, IL, which is the EBAY location the Monday morning after "Delivered to Agent, Left with individual". I had two separate USPS tracking numbers of this incoming delivery, which makes sense (two sellers, different locations, converging on one). Trying to figure out where my parcel ended up 🫠 supposed to be delivered to the southern suburbs. Don’t want to dox myself with more details! Hi! I’m based in Eastern Sydney and I’m having issues with a parcel shipped from the US through DaiPost. My tracking suddenly shows “attempted delivery” but I didn’t get any notification at all and I’m only able to see updates when I manually check the tracking page. I’m guessing they weren’t able to deliver cz my apartment doesn’t allow direct delivery but ask them to be delivered to a parcel locker located right next to the building. I’ve tried contacting DaiPost with no success, and the shops I purchased from hasn’t been much help either. Hey! I’m having an issue with DaiPost, the courier SKIMS uses to ship within Australia. My tracking says “attempted delivery” but I didn’t get any notification and they keep sending my parcel back, and the only way I can see updates is by manually checking the tracking page. I’ve tried contacting DaiPost with no luck, and I also reached out to SKIMS but haven’t heard back yet, and I doubt they can really help with domestic delivery issues anyway. Hi guys, just looking for help since I don't seem to be getting anywhere with any company. So around a week ago my parcel got stolen, the delivery company DAI left it in front outside of the gate of my apartment building and I live on a busy main road in Sydney. I was at work the whole day so I couldn't be home to grab it. I have the police who have accepted the case, however the camera's in the building don't apparently cover the front gate. My package is coming all the way from US and I’ve never had a problem with APC or DAI Logistics, they have always given real time updates and real customer service. This new courier that passport has handed too is so horrible which is PFL(Parcel Freight Logistics), horrible customer service and I can’t even get real time updates about where my package is. I am going insane trying to work out how Evri determine which parcels are handed over to Australia Post and which ones end up going through DAI. Previously, I've always used my Aus Post Locker for all Fairyloot orders and subs with no issues but in recent months some orders have been coming through DAI who won't hand over to Aus Post as they use their own couriers.
