I am going insane trying to work out how Evri determine which parcels are handed over to Australia Post and which ones end up going through DAI. Previously, I've always used my Aus Post Locker for all Fairyloot orders and subs with no issues but in recent months some orders have been coming through DAI who won't hand over to Aus Post as they use their own couriers. I end up having to run in circles with DAI customer service to try and get them redirected to my workplace which I really shouldn't be using for personal parcels. Item was sent through eBay International Shipping and as far as I can see the seller did a good job getting it there in one piece. I'm wondering if I'm alone in my current frustrations with the WOTC Secret Lair customer support team. I ordered the April Pools' secret lair at the start of April and have since not received anything. Upon further inquiry with my local courier here in Australia (DAI) they've notified me that the parcel was short-shipped essentially meaning it's lost and did not arrive in Australia in the cargo that it was meant to arrive in.
