Online DAI Tracking

Hi! I’m based in Eastern Sydney and I’m having issues with a parcel shipped from the US through DaiPost. My tracking suddenly shows “attempted delivery” but I didn’t get any notification at all and I’m only able to see updates when I manually check the tracking page. I’m guessing they weren’t able to deliver cz my apartment doesn’t allow direct delivery but ask them to be delivered to a parcel locker located right next to the building. I’ve tried contacting DaiPost with no success, and the shops I purchased from hasn’t been much help either. Hey! I’m having an issue with DaiPost, the courier SKIMS uses to ship within Australia. My tracking says “attempted delivery” but I didn’t get any notification and they keep sending my parcel back, and the only way I can see updates is by manually checking the tracking page. I’ve tried contacting DaiPost with no luck, and I also reached out to SKIMS but haven’t heard back yet, and I doubt they can really help with domestic delivery issues anyway. Hi guys, just looking for help since I don't seem to be getting anywhere with any company. So around a week ago my parcel got stolen, the delivery company DAI left it in front outside of the gate of my apartment building and I live on a busy main road in Sydney. I was at work the whole day so I couldn't be home to grab it. I have the police who have accepted the case, however the camera's in the building don't apparently cover the front gate. Bro, I forgot my laptop charger in the office and had the guard dai send it to me through InDrive. He sent it immediately around 10 AM. My package is coming all the way from US and I’ve never had a problem with APC or DAI Logistics, they have always given real time updates and real customer service. This new courier that passport has handed too is so horrible which is PFL(Parcel Freight Logistics), horrible customer service and I can’t even get real time updates about where my package is. I am going insane trying to work out how Evri determine which parcels are handed over to Australia Post and which ones end up going through DAI. Previously, I've always used my Aus Post Locker for all Fairyloot orders and subs with no issues but in recent months some orders have been coming through DAI who won't hand over to Aus Post as they use their own couriers. I'm wondering if I'm alone in my current frustrations with the WOTC Secret Lair customer support team. I ordered the April Pools' secret lair at the start of April and have since not received anything. Upon further inquiry with my local courier here in Australia (DAI) they've notified me that the parcel was short-shipped essentially meaning it's lost and did not arrive in Australia in the cargo that it was meant to arrive in.
