Has anyone else not received their order? I placed mine on November 4th, and Couriers Please was unable to deliver due to a labelling issue at the fault of LOREAL, I have emailed multiple times and am unable to get a real answer and I’m starting to lose my mind! When the order was placed the shipping window was 1-4 weeks and I’m now well over that frame. Anyone else with the same issue or a solution?

Is there a different type of email you received? Also if you applied for multi entry, did they approve it? Hey everyone, hoping someone here has had a similar experience because I’m at a bit of a loss. I ordered a vacuum cleaner online (anko one); I didn’t realise at the time it was actually coming from Target Morley (Marketplace seller). The tracking said it was delivered, and the driver even took a photo of the “delivery”… which was a plastic empty bag!!! There was literally NOTHING inside. Just an empty envelope. No vacuum. 😩 even the label said “weight: 4kg” - so you would have thought the Couriers Please driver would have cottoned on. Nebula PC has finally shipped my OzBargain build after a long wait of 25 business days. I originally placed the order on November 3rd, and early December they told me it would take around 2–3 weeks. I've sent them multiple emails and called Carl many times so if you have any questions about it, I am happy to answer! It looks like the delays were bigger than they expected. I’m guessing they brought in extra seasonal builders and also faced some backlash over the long wait times, which might explain why orders are now starting to move again. I have an order that Taobao is reporting as "Waiting for the package to arrive at the warehouse" since the 24th However, the YTO tracking number is showing that "Your package has been successfully inspected and accepted at the \[Australia Consolidation Warehouse\] and will be transferred to its destination from the transit warehouse" and has been like this since the 26th. I haven't received any messages or anything from YTO or whomever looks after the next stages about shipping. Is this normal? Should I just wait a bit more?

Delivery drivers seem to struggle with my address and I've had enough of popping into the post office on Saturday mornings so I decided to input a parcel locker address to save myself the hassle. I always let it unmatch because I use to try to match it, especially the big orders with good pay to mileage/time. But when it says "order has already been taken" it sorts messes with your mind. So I'm always patient and let it skip. Not worth me "hoping" for these orders, when I know I'll get a decent to good to awesome order coming up because I know my market, times and traffic. Education is the key to keeping a stress-free mind when doing gig work. I'm in it for the long run but eventually be backing off on my hours. So annoying when it doesn't happen in a while but when someone disconnects I forget to make sure it goes on my courier and then when they reconnect (after numerous disconnects) the items stay on the ally courier and then they never realize they have to push RETURN to stash to give it back to me.

My institutions have been sending them my documents and I received an email from WES a few hours ago that another document arrived.
