Just want to ask around about shipping from aliexpress official store. I ordered a GameSir G7 Pro off of the official GameSir store on AliExpress about 8 days ago, and the whole time it has been moving and has estimated it will arrive 1st of april, which is accurate to other peoples orders from the same place. After finding out that 3rd party trackers are more accurate and sometimes show more updates i switched to those (ParcelAPP and 17Track). After looking up the shipping on these websites the estimated delivery is the 19th of April, not even remotely close to when they say its coming or when other say it arrived for them in the same country. TL;DR misleading pre-sale tactics, unresponsive customer service, terrible shipping. Would not recommend. I haven't seen much online reviewing this vendor. It appears they are a salon that also has a webshop. Thought I'd share my experience because I'm so frustrated I gave this company a second chance - they've ghosted me and I've been forced to file a dispute with my bank. If you’re an Australian business using Couriers Please to ship your products, be vigilant when it comes to additional charges. This is about the 7th time I have had to send evidence that the parcel dimensions I declared were accurate (photographic proof of the parcel dimensions with the label on it). At best they have faulty equipment to measure parcels, at worst they are deliberately applying falsified dimensions to parcels in order to charge customers more. 95% of the time they probably get away with it because a) customers can’t be bothered to contest the additional charges or b) the sender can’t provide proof that the dimensions declared were correct. I requested a refund/return on Lazada, which was approved, but I haven’t received my money yet. I initially chose the pick-up option, but the courier didn’t show up on the date I scheduled. I rescheduled the pick-up, and again the courier didn’t arrive. Now, when I tried to reschedule again, the pick-up option is no longer available. Will I still receive my refund if the parcel isn’t returned, or do I need to drop it off myself?
