After about 50 complaints about late parcels, noone ever calling me back ever, multiple one stars for the driver, multiple angry replies and me continually calling Evri the worst company in the entirety of recorded human history, I finally got this which doesn't necessarily sound like a robot using one of the copy and pasted stock replies. I requested a refund/return on Lazada, which was approved, but I haven’t received my money yet. I initially chose the pick-up option, but the courier didn’t show up on the date I scheduled. I rescheduled the pick-up, and again the courier didn’t arrive. Now, when I tried to reschedule again, the pick-up option is no longer available. Will I still receive my refund if the parcel isn’t returned, or do I need to drop it off myself?

Should I be worried it’s been delivered at warehouse since Tuesday I’ve orderd 2 other things days later and they’ve arrived and had qc photos faster

My competitors offer free shipping to all over Australia. My store has $150 free shipping but only to metro cities or major towns as Aramex and courier please is very cheap. I can't post to a rural town in Queensland for free as it will cost me $64 for 12kg box. I can absorb max $30 shipping fee, anymore and I'm not making enough profit. Are my competitors just doing free shipping at a loss to rural towns? I am also on band 5 for my business post.

I was using a small fulfillment company in UK but they are closing down and gave me a month notice so I need to find alternative fulfillment company in UK fast. This is side business and have very little SKUs (only 2 or 3) with 2 pallet loads to re-allocate at the moment.
