Online Couriers Please Tracking

Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right thread but I was wondering if anyone had the same experience with WES website saying I have no application with them. My institutions have been sending them my documents and I received an email from WES a few hours ago that another document arrived. Now tonight when I went to check my account, it says "You have no applications." By the way, this is for teacher certification. I tried sending a message through customer service but the system wouldn't let me enter my reference number (maybe because 'I have no applications' according to my account). I know I am just screaming into the void here but how is this business still in operation? This must be one of the worst couriers in Australia... Why do companies still choose to work with them? It's insane. They never deliver packages. I went to ZTO Express to see the updates on my package but it has been the same for 2 days. Is that because ACBuy has my package and now I need to find the updates somewhere else? It also says the package needs to be picked up in time so I just wanted to make sure nothing is going wrong and that I have no reason to worry.

I did mail my passport for renewal with my application. I realized later I made a mistake selecting the option for a Fresh passport vs "Re-issue". During the application process I paid for a fedex shipping label for $26 and I thought it was both ways. Today I received this in the vfs passport tracking. Email I received says below.
