I requested a refund/return on Lazada, which was approved, but I haven’t received my money yet. I initially chose the pick-up option, but the courier didn’t show up on the date I scheduled. I rescheduled the pick-up, and again the courier didn’t arrive. Now, when I tried to reschedule again, the pick-up option is no longer available. Will I still receive my refund if the parcel isn’t returned, or do I need to drop it off myself?

Autofil accidentally sent a pair of boots to my old apartment and I had sendle pick up the item to my new address a few suburbs over. The item was picked up and was to be delivered on the monday, the closure was announced on the saturday. The package was coming up as being delivered and was delayed a few times, another email saying out for delivery and would be late, then nothing. I am currently overseas which makes it harder. I though of posting this after going through the this process. And I was more nervous during this process making calls every week as I booked my tickets already in the 3rd week of February. Dec 4th(Thursday): Submitted the application with all the details and gathered the required documents and purchased VFS provided vendor courier service and handed over the parcel to FEDEx @ 7:30PM EST By that time which mail service shipping completed.
