What's the best broker to use for infrequent (say one a month) trades of $10K-$20K? I want live data that includes real time buy/sell bids. Must be CHESS sponsored. I only need ASX shares and ETFs. Hi trying to return this iPhone bought off giffgaff. It's been booked in for return and emails received of how to return the phone following the steps. It says in one of the options to take it to the post office and show them the QR code. There is no QR code in the email received. Nor is there any QR code in the attachments. Contacted Giffgaff and they told me to re-book another return. Did this and received the same email with no QR code. It's now been 3 days messing about like this. Am I doing something wrong or is giffgaff at fault here?

I'm having some difficulty receiving an eBay parcel that, according to Royal Mail tracking, was due to be delivered last Wednesday (then Thursday then Friday and now Monday). On each attempt I have been home and listening out, but did not hear anything. No "sorry we missed you" cards through the door. On Thursday night I gave instructions on the system that if there's no answer to leave it in the porch. I also pinned a notice saying this on my door with clear instructions. Trying to post a large box sized 120x70x70. Which I believe is too big for 1 man to carry. How will Royal Mail pick it up? Will they send 2 people to pick it up?

Parcel got returned to sender, seller said they never got it back but then they relisted the items? The orders been suspended since the 21st.

I don't like InPost and EVRi, so they are toggled off. In some categories (Art/Paintings and Art/Prints are examples) medium parcel is the largest size offered, which is daft in itself. So a painting or print over 61cm long is too big for any postage option offered. This has been infuriating me and chats with eBay have only made it worse with the arcane workarounds they have offered (alleging the Post Office will accept it on behalf of Royal Mail if oversized, or offering free postage on the listing, then not using the Simple Delivery label, posting it myself and applying to eBay to get the Simple Delivery amount paid by the buyer refunded .... they pointed me to a form they have for ...

Hello so I ordered something on Amazon on the 5/1/2026 and it’s being delivered by UPS. So I never ordered to the collection point and it says they can’t deliver to my address and left the item at collection point. The collection point is quite far away from my address and I have no transport to get there, so I called them up on the 7th and ask to redeliver to my address and on the UPS tracking it has been pending and finally confirmed on the 9th but now it’s showing I have to pick it up at the collection point again. Does anyone know what can I do now?

I'm returning a parcel to amazon and they've given me link to arrange the return via royal mail collection. Get to the end and now I need to print the label off and I'm unable to even view it. Checked all emails for QR codes or anything that I can use to access the label, cancelled and rebooked multiple times and cannot find a way for me to print this label off. Any ideas?
