Online Collect Tracking

Had a package collected from my house (in England) to send to a colleague (also in England - different city) (it’s a laptop - packed inside plain packaging) This was collected Friday 20th tracked 24, so should have arrived Saturday or Monday. However the tracking only says “collected 20th March \[my location\]” and that is the last update - nothing to suggest it’s even made it to the depot or sorting office in any way. Is it safe to assume it’s been lost/stolen? Or is it likely to just show up randomly tomorrow? I cannot get any sense from the chatbot nor the phone line.

I sold an item and shipped it via Mondial Relay. The buyer never collected the parcel, so it was marked as being returned to sender. I've recently ordered two items separately from sellers on Vinted and selected InPost locker for collection. On both items the status has changed to 'Parcel on its way back' after the sender has dropped it off. It hasn't even reached the locker i'm supposed to be collecting from. Has this happened to anyone else before? I raised with InPost and they said my contract is with Vinted and to raise with them. Vinted told me to wait 25 days before raising an issue. No idea if the item is actually going to turn up or not...

I run a small business hiring out equipment and up until very recently have used a business account with Parcelforce Worldwide. I have since been migrated over to Click & Drop and have been advised I am no longer eligible for a business account. I can send equipment out without a problem but I'm told I must now arrange collections through the Royal Mail website as a private individual. It seems to suggest on the Royal Mail website that collections are being made by postal workers on their ordinary rounds, but as the equipment weighs around 25kg and is a metre in length I can't see that being feasible in my case. I sent 3 parcels yesterday using Vinted's QR code, the label was generated and stuck onto the parcel along with the other 2 consignments. Its been over 24 hours now and 1 of the parcels is still marked as 'Shipping label sent to seller' I went to the shop and they confirmed that the parcels were all collected and the labels were stuck on... My normal postie is always happy to take collections not booked in, and actively tells me off if I book them all in online as it gets confusing with more than one label. He prefers me to book one bring a label, and print the others myself so he can just scan the others in quickly without me having to read off tracking numbers to match the parcel to the label.
