It boggles the mind how it's such an utter gamble of 'will I get my parcel?', no matter which courier is being used. It used to be that unless you had Yodel, you had a reasonably good chance of receiving your parcel; it might take a few 'we missed you' cards, but you'd get it. Now, it doesn't matter who the courier is: Evri, DPD, Royal Mail, DHL etc, there is a strong chance it will either never arrive, get stolen from your doorstep or arrive damaged - or just arrive very late if you're lucky. I booked a parcel collection with Evri, and the very next day I received a message claiming “the packaging wasn’t suitable.” That’s simply untrue. No one even attempted to collect the parcel. Since then, I’ve been completely ignored. There’s no way to reach a real person, just endless automated messages and no response for days. No tracking update since Sunday, been in touch with the so called "customer service" again just a bot, that keeps telling me it's escalated to the couriers manager about this item, what are my chances that this item will even get to me? Or should I just called it quits. Lucky enough I can claim for a refund on the 19th as it's ordered though depop.

I live in thailand and the customs here gives hard time to international parcels (looking to collect customs duties or seized fake).
