Online Collect Tracking

Buyer opened an Item Not Received case against me. Tracking (eBay Simple Delivery / Royal Mail) shows the parcel was collected from their post office on 31/01/26. On 01/02/26, they opened a case saying the parcel was ripped, empty, and taped back up. I packing photos of the parcel. eBay only gives me these options: • Update tracking (can’t, already delivered) • Refund buyer • Message buyer (already asked them for photos) What’s the best next step here?

i’m not sure to what i should do as i haven’t recorded me packing it. someone have any suggestions? the buyer has 0 reviews i should of knew to cancel the order as i knew something was fishy. what’s you guys take on this?

Hi all, the apartment i’m currently living at doesn’t have any sort of parcel collection area and delivery drivers can’t enter the building either because you need a FOB to open the main door. I’ve tried using amazon locker, but half the items I’m trying to order aren’t eligible to be delivered there. Are there any 3rd party services I can use , where they take in your package and then you can grab it off them? I’ve seen one called InPost, but don’t know how to use it for amazon.

Delivery was supposed to go to my local post office yesterday (saturday) which is open until 5:30pm on a saturday, item retained at 1:37pm at the delivery office. Delivery office is closed on sundays to the pubic, post office is still open Does anyone think the parcel will be delivered to the post office today (sunday) for collection? so i live in an apartment where almost all parcels go missing. The solution was to use parcel collect at LPO... now Shein and Amazon won't deliver to it, demanding a residential address. So I ordered an item off vinted last Sunday, and the seller sent it out on Tuesday. Since then, I have had no tracking updates, and when I checked, the vinted seller was blocked. Well...my T24 parcel shipped on Friday and arrived at Manchester MC same night, so I changed delivery preference to collect from DO on Saturday, but when it arrived at DO it's already afternoon...
