Having an eBay parcel delivered to an Argos for click and collect. Was shipped on the 25th, arrived at the delivery office on the 27th, said it would be delivered on the 29th and then I’ve heard nothing since. The Argos and the delivery office are about 2 minutes walk from each other. Can I just go and get it from the delivery office?

I’ve been having issues collecting my parcels with Inpost. My local lockers often full so oftentimes the parcels will just get delivered to the premier (corner shop) right by it.
