There automated phone bits keep hanging up on me. And when I try to report a stolen parcel (photo taken in the courier's cab) the bot says that their system has technical errors and won't let me report it. There's no way to talk to a human. Bits are blocking all routes through. This company rebranded from GB ermes because they had such a bad reputation and they're still terrible. They shouldn't be in business. So I ordered something on 25th November to an Inpost locker in the city I go to university at. The parcel took ages and didn’t arrive until yesterday, conveniently the day after I had traveled home for Christmas. I now can’t come and pick it up. I’ve heard if you don’t collect it then the parcel will be returned to the sender and the buyer will get a refund, but do I have to press the “I have an issue” button? I only have 24 more hours to press it until the payment gets released to the seller, and the package won’t arrive to them before that, so I’m assuming I should press it but I’m not sure!!

Hi! I need help with answering a question: Basically, a few days ago I bought two things off Shein and I set delivery as to send it off to the Post Office as I want to collect it there. I just got a notification that my delivery will be arriving in a few days by Yodel, so I checked if I could collect a Yodel parcel from the Post Office and apparently I can't. Here we go, the finale. The return finally reached the seller, and you know I had to notify them to collect it immediately just like they did to me. Only difference was, I had to come across as genuine, because you never know when vinted might turn the tables and say I’m being pushy!
