Just a post to vent.... I ordered the Phone (4a) on March 5th, and it was supposed to arrive on March 17th, transiting through DHL (and Colissimo in France). When I picked up the package, it had been opened up (and closed again), and the phone inside was replaced with HDMI cables... Ever since, I've been struggling to get anyone to acknowledge responsibility. DHL and Colissimo deny involvement, so Nothing support asked me to file a proper Police report, that takes an extra month to process..... But I really do need a new phone NOW. Really hope your orders go better than mine....

Bonjour, Je suis destinataire d'un colis Colissimo. Problème étant qu'il est bloqué au centre de tri PFC Le Thillay depuis 1 mois. J'ai contacté la poste par téléphone, bilan : 4 réclamations qui ne mènent à rien, et des informations contradictoires à chaque appel. J'ai même eu un agent qui m'a raccroché au nez. Je réfléchis sérieusement à aller les voir sur place pour récupérer mon colis en main propre. Honnêtement, je ne comprends pas pourquoi et comment ceci arrive si normalement. Hey everyone, I ordered a coffee machine from the DeLonghi website last Thursday (March 26th). They marked it as "shipped" the same night, but my tracking has been stuck on "preparing" for 6 days now. Basically, the carrier (Colissimo) says they haven't even received the package yet. I contacted support and they just told me to wait until next Monday but honestly, 6 days without the carrier even getting the box feels like a lot.
