Bonjour, J'ai déposé un colis vinted Colissimo en point relais, et jai reçu une notification 20 min comme quoi l'acheteur a reçu son colis (ce qui est évidemment faux. Suite a ca colissimo renvoi un notification comme quoi le colis est en transit. J'ai même déjà reçu l'argent de la commande. Quelqu'un a déjà eu un probleme similaire ?

Salut r/france, Je voulais partager ma galère avec Colissimo / La Poste, parce que là, c’est franchement abusé. J’ai envoyé un écran PC (valeur \~550 €) en Colissimo International vers un SAV pour une réparation sous garantie. J’ai pris toutes les précautions possibles : papier bulle, angles renforcés, double carton… et j’ai même pris des photos du colis avant l’envoi, justement pour éviter toute contestation. Le colis est bien arrivé, mais l’écran avait un impact sur la dalle, donc endommagé pendant le transport. Hi, I have a package coming from France (Colissimo). Last update was on October 18 saying it left France and was on the way to Canada. It's now November 10 and there have been no new scans at all... I read that until Canada Post scans it on arrival, the tracking won’t update. For anyone who ordered from Europe recently, how long did it take for you to have updates? Just trying to figure out if this is normal with the strikes or if it was lost in transit. Thanks!
