Recently relocated to Norway and looking for CSM roles. The market here is very different to the UK and I'm wondering if my CV holds up for fully remote roles outside of Norway. Currently learning the language which is the biggest barrier right now. Does tailoring the summary section actually make a difference in the recruitment process? Currently getting a lot of auto rejections from roles. Of course, I know there are a lot of factors that would get me auto-rejected, but I'm applying for roles where I would be a good fit role with 70-80% of the criteria met.
