Hello, We have a legitimate commercial warehouse in Setques, France (Pas-de-Calais, 62380), and we are trying to understand a strange FedEx pickup issue. The same warehouse address seems to support FedEx pickup for some cross-border EU shipments, such as France to the Netherlands, but not for domestic shipments within France. For domestic shipments, FedEx is unavailable and the platform only offers Chronopost CHRONO C18 at around EUR 8.35 per parcel, which is not viable for our business. I then received an email from bouyges on the 29/10/2025 that there’s a ‘rupture de stock, votre commande est annulée’ my order was cancelled due to no stock. I have seen many posts rightfully complaining about how **** chronopost and vinted are. I had a similar problem to many people, where the package is apparently in a locker but vinted never sends a code to unlock it, so I just want to share what I did in case it helps someone. Similar to someone else who posted on here a while ago, I went to the partner locker website (in my case seur.com) and I created an account with the same email I used on vinted (important). When the account was created the packages I was expecting were already there under "recibidos" with the code to use to unlock them. I really hope this helps someone!!

C’est vraiment abusé : certains acheteurs nous pressent pour qu’on envoie le colis au plus vite, négocient parfois jusqu’à la moitié du prix, et une fois qu’on a tout envoyé à la va-vite pour leur faire plaisir… ils ne vont jamais le chercher. Résultat : colis retourné. Vinted devrait vraiment mettre en place une notation pour ce genre de comportement, ou au moins une compensation. Ça fait perdre du temps et c’est super irrespectueux.

In February I ordered 2 parcels on temu and accidentally put my number down wrong I contacted chronopost and to let them know and after a week of tryna reach them they said both my parcels would be delivered yet only one came and temu refunded me the other one. Now same story ordered 2 parcels that made it to mauritius around the same time in March and they were both out for delivery around the same time yet only one made it. I contacted temu and chronopost and I believe chronopost is blatantly lying. How come a delivery was done and my number was just fine but now (this order has more items) the driver apparently contacted me on the older wrong number and could not reach me?? this does no...
