En janvier, j’ai commandé une Honor MagicPad 2 reconditionnée. Elle présentait un défaut d’uniformité OLED (zones grisâtres visibles au lieu de noir ). TLDR: had to pay extra for mover to label my packages because Chronopost didn't say beforehand that QR codes aren't valid for international shipments, would like compensation from Chronopost After reading horror stories of folks using Eurosender & similar to ship within the EU, I decided to buy my labels directly from Chronopost to ship my things from France to Sweden when moving. I got the QR codes to print the labels at a La Poste location as stated clearly on the Chronopost website and in the emails with the labels. Hey all! a week ago i was asking if someone had the same chronopost delays as i did. well, i came back with an update. i asked the seller to visit the store in which they dropped of the item. it looks like the store went permanently closed the day after the seller dropped off the parcel. ANY ideas what we can do about it? vinted support only says to wait for a month more. im a bit worried cause it is a kind of an expensive MM item :(

J’ai contacté le service client de Chronopost car ils ont perdu deux de mes colis depuis décembre , ce n’est plus rapide comme avant, la dame m’a expliqué qu’avec le service shop2shop il y a moins de livreurs qui passent entre les différents sites de tris. Ma conclusion c’est que plusieurs colis restent coincés dans ces sites de tris, et ne seront jamais livrés !!! Quelle est votre expérience avec chronopost ces derniers temps ?

Chronopost have a package to deliver to me in Ireland for nearly three weeks now. The Amazon tracking says they tried delivering four times on two different days when I was at home and there was no attempted delivery. Their own tracking on the Chronopost site claims I requested a delay ten days ago and that they have contacted me by SMS, none of this is true. Every day for the last 10 days the tracking shows a series of updates saying things like Possible delay, delivery instruction received schedule a new delivery etc. all the while sitting in Cork a 20 minute drive away. Hey all! Last Monday an item i bought was dropped off (in Paris) and since that nothing has changed. Should I be worried or anyone else is experiencing the same? I live in Spain and usually it’s 2-3 business days between dropping off and getting my item. I had other chronopost shipping delays but nothing like this. I also ordered another thing and it was dropped off on Thursday (in Paris too) and it wasn’t picked up yet too tho.

Hi expats of France! I want to send a package to the US, a gift for a friend. There’s not much value to it, it’s mostly trinkets. I am VERY confused by how the duties and paperwork is set up now. I used to just file a piece of paper at La Poste, they taped it to the box and that was it. Now on the website I have to file stuff like im a business (what is an SH code). And apparently duties will need to be paid even though this is a gift. I was thinking of using chronopost because delivery is time sensitive and it’s cheaper than UPS/FedEx but I’m just getting more and more confused. Does anyone have any advice ?? Were duties collected in your case? Any help is welcome! Thank you :)

J'ai essayé plusieurs fois de déposer un colis chronopost dans un point relais dans lequel j'ai l'habitude d'aller mais pas moyen. C'est possible que ça ait un lien avec la maintenance/bug actuel de l'appli?? Ça me paraît bizarre mais bon, si jamais quelqu'un sait pourquoi ça me fait ça je suis preneuse!

Ça fait 3 fois, 3 colis différents, que chronopost ne livre pas au point que je lui demande. Déjà que je ne peux pas demandé que ce soit livré chez moi. Jai essayé d'appeler le service client : cest une IA qui ne fait rien ni ne peut rien faire. Impossible d'avoir un humain. Ça m'énerve, je paye un service et je ne l'ai pas. Cest pas un organe pour une greffe que j'attends, je peux patienter un jour de plus pour qu'il aille là où je demande, cest pas pour rien que jai choisi. Je ne peux même pas dire : "je vote avec mon portefeuille" car les sites ne laissent que très rarement le choix du transporteur. Ça m'énerve.

Cependant depuis le retour je n'ai jamais pu le récupérer. Le livreur dit s'être présenté chez moi à plusieurs reprises alors que j'étais là sans pouvoir me livrer car j'étais absent selon lui. Je contacte Chronopost, ils disent que la livraison est reprogrammée et d'attendre le livreur sur place. Kleiner Rant, da denke ich gesetzt ist, dass ich das Paket nicht mehr erhalten werde. Aber ich wollte mal diesen Fiebertraum hier teilen. Habe einen Artikel aus Frankreich gekauft und zu einem Shop (so ein Kiosk, der auch Pakete annimmt) in der Nähe schicken lassen. Vom Verkäufer vor Versand sogar ein Foto vom Karton + Label bekommen; sah alles gut aus, Adresse passte auch. Denselben Shop hatte ich auch ca. 2 Wochen vorher schon für einen erfolgreich zugestellten Kauf über Vinted ausgewählt, und er ist auch noch offen (war da die Tage, um selber etwas wegzusenden). Moin, ich habe letztens ein paar Schuhe auf Vinted erstanden. Dir Schuhe kamen aus Frankreich mit Chronopost und sollten beim DPD Pickup Shop meines Vertrauens geliefert worden sein. Zumindest sagt das die Sendungsverfolgung. Ich bin also zum Pickup Shop hingedackelt (3-Mal inzwischen) und wollte es abholen. Jedes Mal hieß es, dass kein Paket für mich ankam.
