I just ordered an E10 for delivery to North Carolina, US. How will it arrive, do they drop off a pallet? Will they drop the pallet (if so) where I want it outside, or is it going to be left at the end of my driveway? I have a garage on the same level (i.e. no steps or level change, driveway the whole way), any chance they will bring it down the driveway (about 80' or so) and put it in the empty garage). Buna, eu si prietenul meu suntem in cautarea unei locuinte/apartament de ceva vreme si nu stim ce decizie sa luam. Am gasit in aceste doua locatii ceva care sa ne placa si la un pret cat de cat ok, dar nu stim care e decizia mai buna si de viitor. Just purchased an LG OLED G5 ‘77 for $2700 on January 16th through Greentoe. It was shipped pretty quickly through CEVA but has now completely stalled going on a week. My last update was on January 21st and it was leaving Chicago (which is roughly 3.5 hours away) and no updates since. The initial scheduled delivery was supposed to be yesterday so I stayed patient but still no movement. Is this normal through this CEVA service? Should I make attempts to call and see what is happening? Any input would be appreciated

CEVA had my machine on the 13th of January, sets the delivery schedule on the 16th for the 21st. Fails to deliver the 21st. Calls me on the 22nd to schedule for the 23rd. Fails to deliver again. No call from them to reschedule. Best part is you can’t even call them to get an update. I almost would not recommend purchasing this $4000 machine because of the shipping alone. Terrible communication. Speediance just said their logistics will look into it when they get back in the office. Messaged them at 3pm on a Friday.

We ordered a pool table off of Amazon and CEVA was assigned to deliver it. The box was delivered damaged with a giant hole in the box and when we went to open it, the pool table was completely unusable because of structural damage. Yes I understand things happen however the deliver drivers were cheeky in a sense that when they went to take a photo of the box to show it was delivered, they did it far a away at and angle so that the damages were unseen. I went with Gonped and my rep was Piper Ordered my Ultra Bee on Oct 3rd, it left Shenzhen on Oct 18, sailed on Oct 29, hit the port on Nov 12, got picked up on Nov 18. I messaged Piper for fright tracking and was with now ceva tracking. checked into Fontana on Nov 20, arrived at BDL on Nov 24, got an appointment set for Dec 1, went out for delivery this morning Took 58 days and happy with everything. Only part is you need to constantly bug your rep with new tracking updates. I got 3 different tracking numbers total and was able to follow it to the moment it was checked out of ceva.
