Online Canpar Tracking

I had a $2000 item shipped and the delivery agent (Canpar) forged my signature and left it at my door. Luckily I noticed the delivery had been made as nobody was home. My neighbor was home and I was able to contact them and they secured it. Beyond contacting Canpar to complain is there anything else that is reasonable to follow up on this. The item should have been carded for pickup in my opinion as it required signature to deliver.

Yesterday was my package's estimated delivery date. On the tracking, at 9:14:09, it says out for Delivery. and at 9:14:50 - literally, 41 seconds after per their system, it says Package was sorted to the incorrect driver. And today at 9:45, still no progress. On their chat, every time I ask for a live agent, it happens because when I require tracking on the chat, it shows the status as "Connect with live agent," and it boots me out. Meanwhile, I am on hold with them for 2.5 hours and counting at this moment!! So, they put packages on a random driver's truck, and don't know where it is? I need to warn other Canadian shoppers that ordering from Beis luggage is like throwing your money into a firepit, due to their choice of delivery service: Canpar. Canpar is the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with… We got a 65-inch TV from Bestbuy online and it was delivered by Canpar. An additional 60 dollars was charged for delivery. The delivery guy delivered on 11:30am on Tuesday when we are all at work. So I'm waiting for a package that was shipped Canpar. Their tracking says it's out for delivery by the end of the day. It never shows up. No change in status on their website. No ticket on the door. The next day it says out for delivery end of day. I wait and at 5pm I phone customer service and after waiting on hold for 40 minutes they tell me that the driver has returned to the depot and the package will be delivered tomorrow. Just bought something and its getting delivered by canpar. It said it was out for delivery on saturday (20th) and its sunday (21st). Not only did it not arrive end of day saturday like they said it would, but it still says it will arrive YESTERDAY on the tracking page?

It was great when they were sidelined for a few years. But now that Amazon left the province, intelcom is back in full force. They are garbage! I was expecting a delivery yesterday. I called back the same day and provided my apartment number and my phone number, I was told the delivery would be attempted during the same week. I never received any notice slips, did not get any subsequent call backs, and now come to find out my delivery was returned to sender.
