Online Canpar Tracking

Waiting for a gift for my husband, and the status from Canpar Express has been the same for 4 days - “Handed Off to a Local Delivery Partner”. Package coming from Montreal, I’m in Nanaimo. Can’t find anything else, nothing about who the local delivery partner might be - any thoughts??

So long story short, I ordered a Delta 3 Ultra Plus through the current sale on the Ecoflow Website along with 3 - 500w solar kits. Solar Panels were shipped through UPS and were delivered on the Monday after I ordered them on Oct 18.. As for the Power Station and Extra Battery, here is where the frustration begins. Canpar is the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with… We got a 65-inch TV from Bestbuy online and it was delivered by Canpar. An additional 60 dollars was charged for delivery. The delivery guy delivered on 11:30am on Tuesday when we are all at work. So I'm waiting for a package that was shipped Canpar. Their tracking says it's out for delivery by the end of the day. It never shows up. No change in status on their website. No ticket on the door. The next day it says out for delivery end of day. I wait and at 5pm I phone customer service and after waiting on hold for 40 minutes they tell me that the driver has returned to the depot and the package will be delivered tomorrow. I leave my office and though only grinding my teeth a little bit, I drive home. I get a text message that the driver attempted delivery at a closed business 4 minutes after I hung up with customer service who said he wasn't coming. \*facepalm\*

Just bought something and its getting delivered by canpar. It said it was out for delivery on saturday (20th) and its sunday (21st). Not only did it not arrive end of day saturday like they said it would, but it still says it will arrive YESTERDAY on the tracking page?

It was great when they were sidelined for a few years. But now that Amazon left the province, intelcom is back in full force. They are garbage! I was expecting a delivery yesterday. Didn't show because "no door code"....even tho I had ups and canpar deliver huge packages yesterday...now today they have my door code and still fail to deliver my package even tho they have my door code and phone number. It's a garbage company and Amazon should use someone else.

So I had an order from Canpar and they left a delivery notice and said they missed me, even though no attempt to contact me was made, and they left a piece of paper at my door with the tracking number and all that But when I check the website it doesn’t tell me where to pick it up, how am I supposed to find out where to pick this thing up? I got a call from Canpar regarding a missing apartment number for a delivery. I called back the same day and provided my apartment number and my phone number, I was told the delivery would be attempted during the same week. I never received any notice slips, did not get any subsequent call backs, and now come to find out my delivery was returned to sender. After seeing this tracking update, I spoke to customer service yesterday, was told they would sort this out. Today I found out it had been sent back. What has your experience been like with them? I ordered something from Peloton on Dec 23rd, it said that I should expect the delivery on the 30th, nothing came. There’s been no update on that package since. I called Peloton this past weekend they sent out another package but it’s been sitting in Label Created since the 6th. I know from the various threads on Reddit that many people have been affected by Canpar Express's slowness ostensibly caused by huge volumes resulting from the Canada Post strike. A shipper sent me a package from Vancouver on 12/09, which arrived at Canpar's Calgary distribution centre two days later. It sat there until it was delivered today around 10:45 AM, 12/31. Luckily I was home when the driver showed up at my condo building. Based on the tracking information when I last checked it early this morning, it hadn't been rescanned since 12/19. I was expecting a delivery from Canpar last Thursday, missed the delivery attempt (as per the online tracking) but they didn't leave a delivery notice saying where to pickup the package.
