Online Cainiao Tracking

I swear UniUni and/or Dragonfly is the absolute worst. Have had nothing but issue with them delivering to a street address. I just want it delivered to my secured community mailbox, not left on the doorstep at whatever random time... But fine, you're going to use a IC courier for street addresses, I'll do FlexDelivery, but no, they'll still 'accept' PO Box addresses and "attempt" to deliver. Like WTF!?!? Honestly, you're walking into a retail store, what do you think? And honestly it shouldn't have even made it to a driver - both outfits know its a PO Box that they cannot deliver it, it should had been flagged prior, at the very least...

Aconteceu isso duas vezes recentemente. Minha última compra antes dessa já está 1 mês parada depois de ser decidido que vai voltar pra China. Mas pelo menos, tenho o resguardo de ser dos correios, então mesmo que o serviço seja PODRE eu consigo acompanhar o produto. Agora, essa entrega é feita por uma empresa Chinesa que não tem nenhum suporte além de um bot (que não é nem se quer uma IA, ele simplesmente manda a mesma mensagem toda vez, independente doq pergunto). Só espero até voltar para China daqui papo de 2 meses? Ambos os problemas foi por "Falta de informações do destinatário" sendo que todas as compras feitas nos últimos 5 anos tinham exatamente as mesma...

Ordered an IEM on Linsoul and chose Standard delivery, it says the parcel arrived and a delivery attempt was made but apparently the delivery address was incorrect but it is correct. I need some help as to what to do. I contacted Linsoul to ask the last mile number but didn't get a reply. What should I do now ? I checked on 17track and global tracking but I can't find the last mile tracking number.

I placed an order from Glitch Production and they originally used Yanwen to send my package. However on Nov 9 I received a message saying “Delivery attempt unsuccessful.Delivery attempt unsuccessful.Delivery delayed due to local delivery restrictions” even though they never arrived (I checked my security cameras they never showed up) and now it looks like that Cainiao is delivering my package but the tracking number doesn’t show anything for form of activity. It is now Nov 28. Is my package just not going to show up or am I just worrying about nothing and this is just normal with these companies?

I already contacted Aliexpress support to see what’s going on and they just repeated the same thing over and over again, that it was within it’s delivery timeframe and that it’ll be delivered by December 4th. WHICH DOESN’T ADRESS MY ISSUE AT ALL! MY ISSUE, IS THAT IT’S IN THE WRONG FREAKING STATE!

Hi everyone, I'm having trouble with my Cainiao shipment According to the tracking, was delivered on 28-Nov, but I never saw a courier, and no call or notification was made. Previous delivery attempts were also marked "failed address unknown/wrong" which is inaccurate. Has anyone experience before? How did you resolve it? Hey, just need some advice from people who’ve dealt with this before. (Been in Sg for 8days ) My Cainiao parcel has had 6 “delivery attempt unsuccessful” updates even though my address is correct and I was home the entire time. Well this is a first but this china post package was apparently being handled by this cainiao company, they marked it delivered yesterday and I aint got **** so Im kinda trippin because this was not a cheap knife. The seller was HuaHua Store and I'm just wondering if anybody has run into this with this delivery company? I read somewhere that they sometimes use fedex or ups to do their deliveries but if they handed it off to a courier that doesnt mean they should mark it delivered.
