Package hasn't moved since Dec 14 and it's well past estimated delivery date (Jan 9). Contacted the seller and ECSC, they all told me to be patient, wait and check for status updates from time to time.

So I did not do any research before buying the howls moving castle ring on their website but it shows that my item has been returned and it's been signed by the seller, what do I do now. Can I get a refund still? Theres 0 ways to contact them other than the email which they ignore.

Specifically the term "large shipment" concerns me here.

Ordered a couple of things in the past and always delivered by USPS. This time it used Cainiao but no idea who is the last mile. Location has a gate code but there’s a directory as well. Twice they claim “local delivery restrictions” Called them and they’ve entered tickets with the gate code to use but they again mention the same “local delivery restrictions”. I ordered a package on January first, everything was going smoothly until they tried delivering it and I wasn't home (January 14th). I contacted cainiaos WhatsApp that day and they gave me a bot response saying they would deliver it within 7 days. I also submitted an investigation with AliExpress and then on the 20th it completed. I posted a few days ago regarding shipping being expensive. My order to ship 7 items Direct Air 189 Yuan I ended up choosing consolidation air shipping for 7 items as I believe the items are fairly small in weight/dimensions. 2 of the 7 items have arrived at the consolidation warehouse and I wanted to get an idea of the fee. I went to the consolidation page and for these 2 items it will cost 233 Yuan to ship them. I am confused at this point because 2 of the 7 items are already more expensive to send consolidation vs direct for all 7 189 Yuan. Thing said it was being shipped from the USA. It's supposed to arrive by tomorrow, but the tracking shows a hit from some Chinese place on parcels app. What's the chance this actually arrives by tomorrow? When can I actually expect it?

Saw that my XTEInk got delivered on Cainiao, so, went outside to check maybe 5 minutes after the delivery was made, only to find absolutely nothing. The driver uploaded photos of my front door and of a package sitting there, but I guess he took it with him when he drove off. What do I even do?
