Nung Nov. 1 pa ganyan yung status ng parcel, di man lang gumalaw. Di na din pwede macancel yung order kasi naka “On the way” (2nd pic) pero sa status wala naman nakalagay kasi “Order will be handed over to… soon” lang. Product is removed nadin as listing. Anong pwede kong gawin?

The last mile courier falsely claimed they were unable to deliver at 11pm because the address was incorrect. That was a lie. I contacted dumpster fire- I mean Cainiao 3 different times, and they finally said the order would be redelivered in 5 days, which was a brush off because it never took place. I chatted with them on Whatsapp and they ghosted me after they said they would find a solution. So it seems pretty cut and dry that a refund is in order. I applied for both the orders in that delivery, and the $15 one was approved but the $29 one was rejected. How the **** does that work?! So I appealed it, of course. My package was supposed to be delivered by Cainiao today, but I got a notification that the delivery attempt was unsuccessful due to local delivery restrictions. What does this mean? Will they reattempt to deliver tomorrow? They delivered another package with no issue last week.

So this is the first time in ALL my years of ordering from AliExpress. Everything was just like normal until it hit the LA Cainiao warehouse. My items in all my years have never been delivered by Cainioa. Then...they started with the - wait 1 to 3 business days, then wait 3 to 5 business days, then wait we will see. And yesterday I got an email saying that my address is "out of range" and do I have another address to use. I emailed back and of course said, no other address, can they just drop it into USPS, they haven't responded yet. My question is, anyone have an idea on what I do next? Thx

I was never contacted and there's no contact info. The package seems to be drifting around a shipping hub. I attempted a refund for one item and the refund request was rejected but not further deliveries have been attempted (I spoke to the post office and they are keeping an eye out for me but USPS basically said they can't do anything without a USPS tracking number). What now? So...my package was supposed to arrive a long time ago. The last days, it showrd a notification that due some stuff the delivery could be 10-15days late but now it doesn't pop up anymore. Is there somewhere I can contact? I also looked it up on parcelsapp and there is the same info. On aliexpress it gives me the option to get a refund. Should I just do that and give up?

Why do I keep posting about this, you may be asking? Because I can't be the only person that's getting the shaft from last mile couriers. I'm hoping these will cause other customers to jump on the case when they receive similar bullshit delivery logs: the "wrong address" excuse for no delivery. I'm actually battling with Ali-X now for a refund that's clearly the only option left to me. I **** that it comes out of the pockets of the store when they actually did their job. It needs to come out of last mile couriers pockets.

Has anyone already had this kind of situation and could enlighten me on the procedure to follow because I cannot contact the delivery person I have no number or anything at all and Cainiao tells me that it is not their package Thanks in advance

i ordered an item i was expecting yesterday about a week ago but i received nothing, although today i received a notification and message through my phone saying that my package would be out for delivery today. the thing is that my local mail carrier delivered our mail, before i got this message that my package was out for delivery. i’m just wondering since my local mail did come already, would my package be still delivered through a different delivery company if its out for delivery or would i more than likely have to wait until the next day when my local carrier delivers it ?

I ordered some items more than a month ago, and they said they attempted delivery Oct. 7th. I was at home and never had anyone try to delivery it or anything. I contacted Aliexpress for a refund and they denied it and provided me with Cainiao phone number. I tried calling the number but it was not in service anymore. I keep complaining to Aliexpress but they just won’t give me a refund and keeps redirecting me to message or talk to the courier that I can’t even contact!
