Greetings.I want to share my experience with Ultimea company.Before 1 month i took the risk and bought the Apollo S40 from banggood mainly cause it's sub output.Soundbar is just superb regard the money i paid.Now i decided to give it to my father as he also wanted one and i ordered the Apollo S70 model from Ultimea's original site.I placed the order at 10 January 2026.Next day an email from a company called ecsc came to me with a tracking number.I watched it these days,till now is stucked somewhere i don't know..I contacted Ultimea before a week without any response.So i emailed them just yesterday again to ask what happens with my parcel.And here are the most unprofessional n...

Jan16 pa na nakalagay ready to ship. Jan21 na wala pa ring pagbabago. Sabi ni seller nabigay na raw nya sa cainiao. Matagal ba sila magupdate or talagang hndi pa naibibigay ni seller? Tried cancelling kaso sabi ni seller na naibigay na raw sa courier kaya declined yung cancel request.

I put in the right address so I have no idea if this is a Bug or something. Should I just wait to see if it gets delivered?

Ali support asking to cancel a paypal case i opened on an item that was marked delivered by cainiao but never received anything with no picture proof of the delivery in order to help further or refund. Its been a week of no support response from the seller or cainiao about this so i opened a paypal case. should i close the PayPal case? Im not sure if i will get a refund or if cainiao will deliver the package when the tracking shows as delivered.

So I made the mistake of not knowing what is cainiao heavy parcel line and now my package which was shipped in mid october with end of november delivery deadline is still not here. What can I do? But today it was marked as delivered, but a universal tracking website I use frequently shows it as "waiting for you to pick up". I bought 2 items on AliExpress, both to the same delivery address (From China to Vietnam, btw). 1 package I already received on 25th, this one got stuck with this status on 19th... the shipping address was incorrect so i was notified to change it, only problem is i'm unable to? this has happened before and i was able to change it instantly, so whats the issue with this? do i just wait for it to request again? or do i contact someone? thanks!
