My package was out for delivery on Sunday and nothing came. On Monday, I was working from home and saw a car pull up. They got out, rummaged through packages in their back seat, got back in the car & left. They never delievered anything. They then later marked my package as "undeliverable due to incorrect/unknown address" even though they were at my house... Regardless – the tracking has now updated to say thay my package has arrived at the pick-up point and is awaiting pick-up. AE Customer Service keeps telling me its ready for me to pick up, but theres no pick up location. They said CAINIAO should have texted/emailed me a location and pick up code, but it's been 3...

Basically the title, the supplier has a lot of good reviews so I thought it would be fine to order from. But today it was marked as delivered, but a universal tracking website I use frequently shows it as "waiting for you to pick up". I received a random amazon package today that had all my information on it, but the contents were not ordered by me. Did I get scammed? EDIT: Using the Cainiao tracking website it still shows out for delivery?

I’ve seen a lot of mixed comments about CAINIAO shipping, so I thought I’d share my experience after receiving seven packages from them since last year. I first discovered that they have an app for consolidated shipping. At the time, they were offering some pretty generous shipping coupons to attract new users, so I used an AU$20 coupon for my first parcel. The actual weight of the consolidated package was 4.3 kg (as shown in the app), but CAINIAO calculates shipping based on both weight and volume. I bought 2 items on AliExpress, both to the same delivery address (From China to Vietnam, btw). 1 package I already received on 25th, this one got stuck with this status on 19th... I tried to contact AliExpress 24/7 support, and receive not 1, but 3 times with the same result: contact "https://global.cainiao.com" to resolve the problems. And guess what? [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) said "The issue you reported is not within the scope of Cainiao's services" LOL. I tried to search package ID on some local post office website, but none of them worked. I am stuck at here right now, don't know what to do to ...

the shipping address was incorrect so i was notified to change it, only problem is i'm unable to? this has happened before and i was able to change it instantly, so whats the issue with this? do i just wait for it to request again? or do i contact someone? thanks!

Yung december ko na order yung phone pero hanggang ngayon wala pa rin update sa parcel ko kahit na sa website wala pa rin update sa package ko normal ba ito?

I ordered AirPods from HiCity, but the package seems to be stuck. I contacted my local post office in Poland and they confirmed they never received it. I emailed HiCity and we exchanged a few messages. He said he would contact the courier and update me, but that was on December 17. Since then, he hasn’t replied to any of my emails. There are no tracking updates and I still haven’t received my order. Has anyone dealt with a similar situation with HiCity? What should I do next?

Has anyone found a way to figure out who will deliver in the States? I ordered 3 packages beginning of December and one showed up New Year's Eve randomly by FedEx. My tracking numbers through all the normal tracking sites just say Cainiao and I've entered the tracking numbers everywhere I can and haven't found anything. Both my remaining packages are out of customs and with the local delivery services so I assume they will be delivered sometime within the next week

So I sent a refund request before the buyer protection. I went to help center, told them the carrier chosen by them in my country is showing the parcel will be returned to sender I have proof from website and the carrier agent and uploaded it to refund. AliExpress and Cainiao tracking is not showing this so they say just wait for an update or if I receive it cancel refund. Hey y'all. Anyone one else in the US have packages getting delivered by SwiftX? I used Cainiao to deliver my package and they used this company as the last mile delivery. It has been Out For Delivery since yesterday 11 am 🫩 I have read mostly negative experiences about it online. Anyone else experienced this? Is there any hope for it to be delivered soon? The taobao seller just contacted me that the logistic company(which i presume to be cainiao?) messed up and shipped a wrong item instead. The seller is saying to reject on delivery. The last mile delivery in Singapore is via singpost and the item does not have local SG return thingy Does anyone know if it is possible to reject the item when singpost makes the delivery?

hi all just asking for some peace of mind. i have a pretty high value package coming from ali, no issues with tracking otherwise and today it "delivered"... and failed. i as well as my family have been home all day with no sign of anyone trying to drop anything off. since it's christmas and upon doing some research into this issue i'm assuming this just means my package is delayed, however obviously i'm worried. i'm just wondering if i should leave it be and see if it's actually delivered within a few days or contact the courier. thanks and happy holidays!

So I ordered two things on 1 Dec at the same time. The delivery period was 12 December. The last recent update was 9 Dec that it passed customs but it also needed to go through my local carrier then it got stopped by them saying restricted item based on their guidelines. I checked with the local carrier agent on Telegram and their website both said "returned to sender" (could be incinerated based on one of their policies in another website). Hi guys, I ordered something from Aliexpress, and it seems to be delivered by Cainiao. It has been on the "Out for Delivery" status for over a day now. Today is Sunday, December 21. When can I expect my package?

Does the expected delivery date refer to cainiao shipping it and my country’s postal service receiving it or the package being delivered to me and fully arriving? I want to know if I should expect the delivery to take longer than taobao’s expected date, which I feel is more likely because it is christmas time. I’m a bit anxious because i will not be home for a few days at the start of January and might end up needing someone to pick up the package for me and because it’s my first time ordering from taobao.
