I’ve been using Aliexpress for a long time now, and after dealing with way too many shipping delays, I figured I’d share a few things I’ve learned. The cheapest option, Economy Shipping, is usually also the slowest. It’s fine for small stuff you’re not in a rush to get, but a lot of the time the tracking basically disappears once it leaves the country. Are any of you actually receiving your orders if they get delivered by Cainiao? So this is the second time that my order gets marked as “unsuccessful” when being delivered. The note says, “no one was home”. Idk about y’all but once that happens my package never gets re delivered. I’ve been home all day plus I’ve check surveillance video and no one ever came. I’m getting tired about this makes me not want to order anymore. Everything is great from shipping time and getting to the US but once it’s handed over to a delivery person they never make it to me.

As per my screenshot, my item which was sent by cainiao. Has not updated it's status since 12/04. Meaning it's still in China and not even boarded a plane yet. Once it's in the air it would take another 2 weeks for it to arrive into the Netherlands before reshipping to me in the UK. Estimated delivery date was last actually 12/04! Like it says in the title. 21 days have passed since the supposed delivery. Details on tracking seem to make sense, not seeing any issues there. (Delivery country is France, if it has any relevance) What's weird about this is, the delivery service took these pictures (1 and 2). So when i requested a refund in Aliexpress for each article, they ask you to describe the problem and to attach pictures or videos of proof. Hello I placed an order from taobao to send to cainiao to ship it to US. I linked my taobao to caninaio and then copied the warehouse address including the phone number to my taobao shipping address. I just got a notification saying delivery not possible due to incorrect recipient phone number. I am including a photo of the tracking details. So I am not sure what I can do to fix this. I’m ordering from the west coast using the fast air general option. I usually get my orders pretty fast and already received a tracking code from uniuni, but I haven’t received an update for a few days and getting nervous. Comparing this order logistics to my previous orders, this is the first time I’ve ever been notified/delayed for export customs. Just ordered a multimeter and some soldering supplies like flux and a uv light some kapton heat resistant tape. joystick sensors for my ps5 controllers. Nothing crazy. Some of my items show the passed clearance and all aready in route. But about half my orders are still being inspected by customs with this weird new "package excpetion saftey" Anyone know anything about this?
