Online Cainiao Tracking

I just got this alert for all of my orders that I'm waiting for. Do they usuausually appear after a day or two or? ​

My package has been sitting at this last mile station for two weeks now, and then randomly said delivery failed for being outside of business hours? Every time I contact support they keep saying oh it'll come in 48 hours, which comes and goes. Anyone having problems with cainiao recently?

What can I do about this?? I've contacted customer services 4 times. they said it's normal to have some delaying. Those are not the onlt packages there are 2 more. all of them are marked as (package arrived at local airport) when I check on Egypt post as usual, nothing appears.. when I look up the packages in a different tracking website (Like mailamerica or 17track) I find they still didn't arrive, still waiting to fly. I haven’t ordered in a while from AliExpress and I’m getting problems with cainiao. The last time I ordered was like July 2024 and April 2026. None of my orders were ever from cainiao even the one in April… I’m so confused on why it is being delivered by cainiao… how do I know where my delivery is coming from / shipping company so I can avoid them !!! They are annoying and tried to deliver my package yesterday and updated it as failed delivery attempt even though I was home all day no knock or anything at my door !! 😡😡

Edit: today cainiao finally provided a proof of lost to me. No word from the seller yet. Bruh. I've been in touch with them, they said it was lost, they said it was found. They say to expect it any time. This isn't out for delivery, is it? The seller said they'd reach out to me within 3 working days... 6 days ago. I'm gonna request a refund again and hope it works this time. Cainiao has not been helpful. I asked who last mile was, they told me YxY Express, which has an address in the next state over but the website for them is fake as ****- ai pictures and all. Who is last mile for cainiao in Arizona??

Ugh there’s this new delivery service by AliExpress with the carrier cainiao… I tried to contact them bc I guess they tried to deliver my packages at 4 pm but I wasn’t home… a robot answered when I contacted them and said they’ll try to redeliver in 7 days it’s Sunday today so what day would that be ?? Just a heads up: there has been an increase in fake delivery proof from shady delivery drivers who claim they delivered packages but actually stolen them. I ordered a couple of items from Temu, and the delivery driver submitted a fake SMS conversation screenshot using an app that made it look like I said, “Okay, drop the delivery in front of my door.” Then submitted another screenshot showing the package on the floor as proof of delivery. My AliExpress order has been stuck on “Awaiting Flight” status for 20 days without any new tracking updates. AliExpress says the estimated delivery date is May 27, but the Cainiao app says June 11. What should I do about this? I’m moving around June and need the package before I leave. Would this situation qualify for a dispute? If so what type?

I didn’t recieve 3 of my items. It’s marked as it arrived at the delivery center but NOT delivered I contacted Ali express support for help they said they won’t refund me even tho it’s passed may 6th which states they will refund me. I'm very worried because an aircraft could have crashed somewhere while flying from China to Europe and nobody would have noticed.

i managed to restore my taobao account, and tried to connect it to cainiao app to see if it's possible to use it for delivery for me, but i can't find the option to switch the language anywhere and all the directions i have seen must be outdated because i can't find it. i also found the option to put my address in "address book" but it only lets me choose chinese provinces. how do i set the language and country and even check if my country is available?
