Online Cainiao Tracking

Hi everyone, I hope you are all well. I made an order through AliExpress on the 3rd of January. The most recent update was on the 9th of February saying "Customs Duty Requested". I checked on the South African Post Office website using the tracking number and it says: "No tracking record found". So I don't think its coming through the post. Upon checking on [parcelsapp.com](http://parcelsapp.com), it says: "Delivery Company: MLA" Going to [mailamericas.com](http://mailamericas.com) and putting the tracking number shows me that it is registered in their systems. I've had close to 30 deliveries over the past couple years, mostly Choice items transported by Cainiao, with the last mile served by a variety of carriers, including CainiaoUP, their own attempt at such a service. Every one that I've caught, in person or on camera (not including those who carried wi-fi jammers and have evaded capture), has been a random person in street clothes making the delivery from a personal vehicle. Until the last one, which broke a streak of issue-free UniUni deliveries, and was delayed for a couple days. ( 13/2/26 ) shipping was alright up until it passed customs and hopped on a flight, i suppose im just being paranoid and impatient however all tracking sites have been saying the same thing - i dont believe its possible to have been flying for an entire day? i think the tracking is just seriously delayed due to average aliexpress below average quality but should i be worried? if its relevant, i used standard shipping instead of economy ( the second image is in the timezone for china, i think ) UPDATE (14/2/26) its at my local airport starting customs! thank you all :)

It is written that it got processed at a line haul office and departed and arrived at a new transit country. Could that country be my own and it is passing customs here?

What even is this? Parcel changed carriers in china? Has like 5 tracking numbers too?

First time ko ma experience na Cainiao ang gamit na courier for my parcel and so far, sobrang frustrating lang niya. I also feel like lazada is declining. I placed an order morning of feb 5. Everything was fine and it was packed by the seller the a few hrs later then the status changed to “Ready to Ship”. Typically my international order takes about a week to get delivered and that’s fine. Matagal na po ako bumibili sa lazada pero halos local lang Yung overseas na items ko sakanila years ago pa kaya bago sakin yung cainiao Sa shopee kasi madalas magupdate sa tracking kahit overseas kaya narereceive rin within 1 week Naninibago lang ako kasi di na naguupdate sa lazada halos 3 days na rin Experience niyo po pag in transit from overseas ilang days bago dumating sa Philippines? This is the first time that the final courier for my package delivery has been Cainiao, otherwise it's always been Swiss Post (or once DPD). I just got a notification that the package couldn't be delivered and that I can pick it up at a designated pick up point, but they didn't actually tell me where, and I can't find a way to contact them via email or anything, only Weibo and Douyin (I have neither of those). Does anyone know how else to contact them? Or should I contact AliExpress? Update: Package was found by my upstairs neighbour in a bush by our apartment building, none of us knows what happened here but I'm glad to have received my stuff 😭

Package hasn't moved since Dec 14 and it's well past estimated delivery date (Jan 9). Contacted the seller and ECSC, they all told me to be patient, wait and check for status updates from time to time.

So I did not do any research before buying the howls moving castle ring on their website but it shows that my item has been returned and it's been signed by the seller, what do I do now. Can I get a refund still? Theres 0 ways to contact them other than the email which they ignore.
