I then asked for my sister to help me order it and she agreed, we did the purchase which was pretty expensive due to shipment + currency taxes, but ok. When it started being prepared to shipment my sister received an e-mail with the tracking code, then clicking on the "track my order" button on the official website you are redirected to the Boxc website, inserting the tracking code on the website and clicking on "track", you'd see a timeline of where your product is and what's happening, everything was ... I want to share my ongoing experience with Youtooz Collectibles and maybe get some help in understanding. So, it is my first time ordering from Youtooz. The toy had to arrive on 9th of april, but in parcel tracking system it was said, that it failed to deliver and NO reason specified. I saw it only on 24th of april and right away started writing to Youtooz support. I was frustrated by that I didn't get any message or a phone call regarding failed delivery, even that i have specified my phone number in the order. But, i didnt want to pinch it out in the message to support, because i just wanted my order to finally come and thats all (it had to be a gift). I presume, tha... If you haven't heard from us by 4pm with a delivery time window, come back and I'll get this escalated for you" i know for a fact im gonna have to get this escalated. Has anyone else had issues? Finally Giving Daggerfall a Serious Try: Day 39813d agoIt's been a while since I last did a Mages Guild quest, so I headed over to their branch in Kirkwold to remedy that. They sent me to go deal with an escaped atronach. The dungeon wound up being inhabited almost entirely by ornery critters (grizzly bears, sabretooth tigers, spiders). That included [this large room](https://imgur.com/FygBOxc), which had a few beds and shelves along one wall and almost nothing else in it. Now, I can't speak for anyone but myself on this issue, but I personally have a non-negotiable "no tigers in the sleeping quarters" criteria when evaluating places to sleep. Killing the stuff in this dungeon wasn't particularly difficult, but navigat... Got a notif saying "Out for Delivery," but now tracking says "Couldn't Be Delivered/Insufficient Add...840d agoSo I bought the Fnaf Sun and Moon Shoulder riders and while I was heading to work I got a notif from email saying that they were out for delivery (hooray!). Get home from work, check the community mailbox and my front door and there were no packages. I check the tracking on both the Youtooz page and BoxC and I see "Couldn't be delivered" and "Insufficient Address." My folks that were home said they didn't see a delivery truck come by, nor hear any knocks on the door. This is my first time buying from Youtooz and I've never had any problems getting items delivered to my home, even by USPS. What the heck does this mean, and what should I do?? I had also pre-... I guess this is a BoxC problem but couldn't they choose a better shipping service? If I had ordered it on Amazon it would've been here already, but I realized that way too late.
