Online Asendia Tracking

I've ordered a booster box from a UK seller, I'm tracking the shipping and it says "The parcel is in transit to its final destination" from Asendia UK (Hounslow) on the 15th of this month, so I guess the package reached the pickup point thanks to DPD and Asendia is going to delivery it to a local delivery company. I've read a lot of negative reviews and complaints coming from 3 to 5 years ago, how much am I screwed for a package not coming this week? Ordered it on 13th november

Today I received a parcel that was marked up with Amazon labels and tape. I was confused as I hadn’t ordered an Amazon parcel but I was curious to see what was inside and if anyone in my household mistakenly ordered something in my name accidentally. The top of the box had an Evri label with my full name and address but underneath it had a DPD label with what it appeared to be addressed to someone else in the same general location as me (same first 2 letters in the post code). I’m waiting for a parcel from Amazon US, and it was shipped by Asendia (never heard of them, actually). Now the parcel seems to be lost (the tracking looks fake), so I’m wondering who Asendia’s partner is in Cyprus - I want to contact them and check if they have anything for me. Purchased something from Barnes & Noble (pre-Trump) that’s one of a kind and autographed by the author. Believed it would be sent by USPS/Canada Post. Now I find it’s being sent by some companies call Asendia and UniUni. I’m worried this will be like intelcom (saying it tried to deliver but didn’t) or Apple express (just returns it and eventually blacklists your future parcels). Item was purchased in December and was supposed to be delivered today to buyer in Germany. Tracking shows “delivery failed” and states that it is being returned to sender. There isn’t any information as to why the delivery failed. I had initially advised the buyer to contact DHL to see if there was anything that could be done to prevent it from coming back to me.
