Online APC Tracking

Has anyone from Canada recently bought from ThredUp? I bought one shoulder bag and am now being asked to pay duties three times (they’ve been put under different tracking numbers by APC logistics, while remaining as the same order number and item under their descriptions). I’ve sent a ticket to the parcel company, and am waiting to hear back. I am curious if anyone else has experienced this, how they dealt with it and what happened to their package?

A recent subject of discussion came up at my office, would it be considered crossing crafts for city carriers to be required to open an APC and remove trays of DPS that are bricked from the plant? I had previously found something that lead me to believe that removing/staging the DPS was defined as craft work for clerks but management is stating that it is a duty for carriers. So basically I ordered like 6 hijabs on july 28th, and the last update i got was on august 3rd. So I like emailed APC, who are saying they haven't received the parcel, even though it's been 2 weeks. I emailed VELA and they like basically said, well the website says shipping can take up to 15 days. But while it's been 14 days, since APC claims to have not received my package, im very much doubting it will come tmrw or even the day after(I live in Canada). If anyone else has experienced this, please let me know if you are able to, should I be stressing😭

Has anyone experienced a service from APC recently? I ordered something from the US to Canada and was shipped on February 27th. But up to this date, my parcel isn't moving, and they said they don't have it. It's kinda frustrating!

Got the email from WOTC last week that my duskmourn boxes have shipped. I checked the APC link and it said waiting for parcel to arrive but then a few days ago the link just stopped working. Anybody else experience this?

Bought this item from A US company shipped to uk, and they shipped it with apc. However, it is now saying on the apc tracking that it was meant to be delivered 2 days ago. When I check the tracking on the website it says my parcel hasn't even been handed over to evrj yet and that 'my parcel has left apc and is on the way to my country'. Tried contacting apc but their customer service is nonexistent, and when I asked the company I bought from, they said to ask apc. I then asked evri, but their customer service is **** and nothing more than a bunch of AIs. What should I do and am I cooked?

yo i ordered something on august 9th 2024, and the website said shipping week of 10/7, the shop shipped it to apc postal logistics and these guys haven’t given no updates no nothing i feel like it will come but should this long wait be expected with them? its almost 3 weeks now and im just wondering how a US parcel takes this long to get to canada

I wasn’t really sure where to ask for advice on this, but living in Ipswich I thought this community could help. I need to return a parcel that is massive - a bicycle. It came in a box 190x130x30cm and weighs 14kg. It arrived via DX delivery however I cannot see anyway of sending parcels via them as they seem to be business delivery service only. I used all the usual parcel couriers to check quotes (parcel force WW, dhl, ups, DPD, apc, evri) and none of them have managed to give me a quote online. Distribution Clerk, here. I don't know if this is nationwide, but our region just changed everything regarding trucks arriving with mail in the morning. At my office, we used to get 3 morning trucks from the Plant (4 on Monday) at about 4:30, 5:30 and 6:00 am, with an additional 2:00 am truck on Monday's. That changed 2-3 weeks ago. Now, there's no 2 am truck on Mondays. We just get a 4 am truck, a 5-5:30 am truck and a "later" truck. The first few days the last truck showed up at 7:30 am, after the 7 am Amazon drop. Collectors edition question Hi all! I'm wondering if anyone can shed some light on my situation here with regards to the collectors edition. I live in Canada and haven't recieved it yet. The tracking from APC says it was on its way to Mississauga on September 5th and was supposed to be passed on to Canada Post yet I have 0 updates since then from APC and Canada Post doesn't have it so I can't track it's whereabouts.
