Online APC Tracking

Item purchased on Thursday at 5pm, to be delivered between Friday and no later than 1pm on Saturday. Friday 8am tracking number provided by seller. Friday 4pm item collected/picked up. Tracking page shows 'item delayed, estimated Monday'. I'm fairly confident the seller did everything right on their end but the courier (APC Overnight UK) has problems. Can anyone please tell me if I have any grounds for a refund on shipping if my parcel is delayed? I paid £12 for express delivery which would have otherwise been free 2-3 days

This post is for Australian collector's, perhaps other international collector's too. I've been having so many issues with delivery from VGP lately and I think I've figured out the issue. Parcels shipped via APC are problematic, whereas parcels shipped via PostNL, I have had no issues with them whatsoever. Has anyone else noticed this issue? Surely other Australians are having the same issue as me.

Im planing on buying the welcome to new vegas secret lair and i want to have more shipping options like UPS and others is their a way to get other delivery options cause i dont want to spend $11 CAD on shipping?

Hi, I was expecting a parcel from the US via APC. Evri sent tracking code last Friday via email. I also got 6 other ‘we are expecting your parcel’ codes from APC via email.. (I’ve not ordered anything else). my US parcel arrived no bother and these other 6 are sat in the app with we are still expecting it.. so bizzare. Anyone else experience this ? Is it a scam?

Hello, Was anyone in Canada successful in receiving a parcel from a US merchant recently, especially through APC? My parcel is stuck at « label created » since November 29th. I contacted the retailer, they apologized for the inconvenience and claim they have re-shipped my order, but the same situation seems to be happening again with the new tracking number also not progressing from « label created ». I’m now wondering if the retailer is struggling with the new forms and restrictions needed to ship to Canada with the current tariffs? Hello! My husband and I have purchased in november the SL Encyclopedia bundle from WotC, who shipped it through APC with UniUni as final carrier. However, since UniUni received the package (as stated by their tracking) on november 12nd, the package has not moved an inch. It says 'Parcel sent to local UniUni warehouse for delivery' and hasn't updated at all. Hello, I ordered an Owlet sock on 11/28 at Black Friday from the official website, and it still hasn't shipped, but my credit card was charged at the moment my order was confirmed. Hi {Look at these 2 photos of my tracking and response from PostNL in Netherlands} So I live in Ireland, And I ordered something from the US to be shipped to Ireland, 1 month ago tomorrow, { worth 117 US Dollars } { Irish money - Over 100 euros}. My package is coming all the way from US and I’ve never had a problem with APC or DAI Logistics, they have always given real time updates and real customer service. This new courier that passport has handed too is so horrible which is PFL(Parcel Freight Logistics), horrible customer service and I can’t even get real time updates about where my package is. Has anyone from Canada recently bought from ThredUp? I bought one shoulder bag and am now being asked to pay duties three times (they’ve been put under different tracking numbers by APC logistics, while remaining as the same order number and item under their descriptions). A recent subject of discussion came up at my office, would it be considered crossing crafts for city carriers to be required to open an APC and remove trays of DPS that are bricked from the plant? I had previously found something that lead me to believe that removing/staging the DPS was defined as craft work for clerks but management is stating that it is a duty for carriers. I have done some digging to try to find anything stating it's either 1) Not a duty of the city carrier craft or 2) clearly defines it as being a duty of the clerk craft but most of what I find are posts that state it is clerk work but never anything concrete cited. So basically I ordered like 6 hijabs on july 28th, and the last update i got was on august 3rd. So I like emailed APC, who are saying they haven't received the parcel, even though it's been 2 weeks. I emailed VELA and they like basically said, well the website says shipping can take up to 15 days. But while it's been 14 days, since APC claims to have not received my package, im very much doubting it will come tmrw or even the day after(I live in Canada). If anyone else has experienced this, please let me know if you are able to, should I be stressing😭

Has anyone experienced a service from APC recently? I ordered something from the US to Canada and was shipped on February 27th. But up to this date, my parcel isn't moving, and they said they don't have it. It's kinda frustrating!
