Like the title says, I received approval for my IRP about a month ago and have been waiting for it to be delivered to my address. I raised multiple queries with the support team about the dispatch, and today they finally responded saying it was delivered on the 13th of November. I called An Post and they confirmed the same, but they also told me there’s nothing they can do since the incident was a month ago. They said the ISD team would need to raise a complaint from their side to investigate further. I’ve torn my place apart and I still can’t find it anywhere. I ordered a present for Christmas last month. An post never sent me anything about a customs charge and have no sent it back! I have been tracking the parcel every day but the only update they gave me on the tracking was that they received information about it. Customer care useless also. Did this happen to anyone else?

That bit is somewhat expected but my problem is with customer service. Hello, on the 25th November I sent a parcel out to the UK of Christmas presents to friends and since the 26th November my AnPost tracking number has had no update. I understand it's the Christmas period and they're taking on Fastway deliveries now, but I'm just wondering if this level of a delay where it's still saying "we have your item and will process for delivery" 2 weeks later is normal? Apologies if this post feels repetitive to ones posted here before, I'm just a little worried they've lost the parcel. Thank you in advance :)

I try to search something that already exist in our time, that isn't a book for it to be different from already exisiting source of religion like quran or bible and with a story abstract enough to give it many interpretation.

Just wanted to give a shout-out to whatever system is used for Christmas cards, as it seems every year a load come in the door without getting stamped. These are my first two that arrived today, and they will be used again when I send my own cards next week. Careful cutting, a bit of tape, and they are good to go again. A handy tip for these challenging economic times.

I posted a parcel to France by registered post on Tuesday last week (Dec 2nd). These are the only scans on the tracking. It was even scanned at the post office when I handed it in at the counter (they messed up the printing of the barcode and had to issue a new one which is where I think things started to go wrong). An Post said on Monday that it was in a sorting office but couldn’t elaborate any further. I’m concerned about these scans because they don’t make any sense. Why is it being sorted for delivery while still in Ireland? Anyone have any ideas?

Has anyone else noticed any issues with deliveries lately? I know it's the busy time of year for all postal/couriers etc. But in the last couple weeks I've had an item get lost by UPS, the retailer sent another one from a different warehouse with dhl, that's now lost. I've had neighbours drop in deliveries from an post that was just left at their door. I had a holland and barrett order not even dispatched, when I called them, they were as confused as I was. I ordered some Tonies for my kid from the Tonies website a couple weeks ago, absolutely no sign of them. I had an order from Micks Garage turn up with something broken in it, I emailed them a week ago and got no respon...

I think someone posted about this a while back, but is anyone facing abnormal delays with An Post? I have 3 Amazon orders “in processing” for 2 weeks even though they normally deliver within 2 days max. Also have not received any actual post for 1-2 weeks even though I know letters have been posted from within Ireland. I’m new to the area so wondering is this normal this time of year?

I am an Post op MLD therapist. I’ve been working with my client (60 year old female) after her reduction surgery on the front of her legs and she is due to have it on the backs of legs soon. She’s a very valued client and so I want to put together a hamper for her for Xmas and in prep for her surgery and I want to get ideas on little things that can help her in the run up / after surgery. Genuinely, what does one have to do to get delivery drivers to not leave parcels at the front door? We have tried asking our postman but it seems to be a different one every other week, we have tried talking with customer service, we have left instructions. Parcel worth €120 of sound equipment left at the front door this morning, we were both home. An post, just rang the doorbell and could see on the camera he didn't wait for even a second.
