Online An Post Tracking

So... An Post raises rates on Tuesday and apparently they're issuing all new stamp books so got some machine printed stamps from the counter. Monday is also a bank holiday, thus no mail... Really should have gotten the stamps at the higher rate but wasn't thinking lol.

I ordered some shoes from Ireland, I live in California. Does this mean it’s stuck in customs? And how would I get tracking on another site, if they didn’t give me it for the “other” site??

I did check the An Post site because they usually have a banner up top letting you know about delays. Ordered a custom printed jumper for someone's birthday and I didn't realise it was coming from the US. Any time I've used the site (RedBubble) before, stuff has come from the UK. Ordered on the 15th, shipped on the 19th, estimated delivery was 23rd-27th. Just slightly worried because it's for a birthday next Friday. Cheers

So wife's role was made redundant earlier this and she didn't get any severance as she was just 1.5 years with the company. She applied for Jobseeker's Pay Related benefit and got approved while she's applying for jobs alongside but the job market is tight as we all know. Nevertheless, she keeps applying daily. We had plans to visit her parents even before she got the news about redundancy and had made bookings and all that stuff. My question is if she's away for two weeks and cannot collect her payment and inform the DSP as well before leaving, would she get those two weeks paid when she's back? hi all, bought some items from the UK used addresspal and it seemed great for only a tenner, I was under the weight limits etc. However the company split my order into four, which means I've had to pay €40 to receive these items, customs was also €40. I am not saying it's addresspals or an posts fault but be wary of your order being split and getting charged a lot more than expected.

So, I know An Post have been going mad adding fees to AddressPal recently, but I want to buy something US only and now I'm not sure if I want to chance it. UK is one thing (Border Parcel Motel seem to be a popular option for that), but US is another, not to mention customs etc. Honestly I may skip it entirely, but wanted to see what other people's experience was before I did.

I ordered a walking pad off of amazon and I got an email from them saying it was sent today by DHL but i didn't receive it. Was it a mistake and amazon meant it was delivered to Ireland by DHL to then be given to An Post or did DHL deliver it to the wrong place. The parcel was sent from Istanbul, Turkey to Ireland
