Hi everyone, I've been reaching out to an post support for the guts of a month at this point as a parcel a friend shipped to me from america has yet to arrive. the an post tracker says that they have the item and that it's ready to ship, it also acknowledges that I paid the customs charge, but there's been zero movement since the 20th of february. I feel like I'm stuck in limbo as none of the support from an post have been particularly helpful (usually blaming it on the sender who needs to launch an inquiry which they already have). i posted my application and all my documents on the 13th of March with it getting to Ireland in the 16th. but then because royal mail was ******, it had been stuck at customs since. multiple live chats and phone calls to an post from the UK to find out why and to sort it. it got to the point I was told it was being returned to sender. because Royal mail forgot to correctly declare it as documents, instead put it down as other £0 documents, as well as apprant leaving off "foreign births registration section" from the label. but after checking today to see if the tracking would update for its return I saw that it was delivered. so I contacted an post again to confirm and found out w...

Fibre is installed in my house. My neighbours already have it live. The cable is here, the Eir box is here, everything is ready to go, except Open Eir has my Eircode recorded as N.A., so apparently I live in a fully wired house that does not exist. It gets better: my address is already in the OpenEir Broadband Checker API, just with the Eircode set incorrectly. Hi, as the title of the post, I sent out an international package, yet an post didn't even try to deliver it (as seen in the screenshot). I paid for international express shipping so it really doesn't make sense that its just being returned, especially after almost 2 weeks of waiting. What do I do? I receive something by letter once a month. The sender is old school and doesn’t use email. It used to be fairly reliable that it would arrive 1 working day after sending. Absolutely petrified when I handed over my envelope to the USPS last week in Northern California, USA (so many horror stories!) but there was no reason to be. Four days later and it's in Dublin! Hi, I’m wondering if anyone has encountered this issue before. I had a vinted package delivered to my place of work and it was marked as delivered on 23 March. However I still have not received the package, I have called over to the mail room numerous times to check and they say its not with them. They said they have had issues with vinted parcels before and items are marked by An Post as delivered without actually being delivered and using the mail room managers name as a reference.
