Today i saw an post calling out scout , for holding a female action figure which was gifted by his gf kaashvi .OP’s entire outrage is based on one simple fact: **they don’t know what an action figure is.** The skirt on that figure is **fixed, transparent plastic**. Just seems crazy to me that in this day and age I have to queue up behind Mary sending tea bags to her daughter in the US and John collecting his jobseekers just to scan it in and give me a receipt. Is there really no other way? I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to bail the queue as I only have a short window to get it done. Our local post office is particularly bad. Standard post I’d just throw in the letterbox and take a chance without a receipt, but registered post with any item would value I wouldn’t. How they are so behind that they don’t have any drop off self service points that give receipts? I’ve already done the declaration of contents online.

As above the Vinted app is totally not helping me understand what happens next, I sold a coat it was for 4euro posted the coat, got a message from the buyer some time later to ask what was going on and I was able to track the parcel which they never collected from the post office and was sent by an post back to me. Do I need to do anything? Obviously the buyer has lost the 4 euro and postage which was their fault for not collecting but do I need to send them 4 euro? Sorry totally no clue

Heya i was hoping to send my friend some old computer parts that im not using anymore for free but looking at the an post website do i understand correctly that he has to pay customs even though he's receiving free items? It was intended as a gift as i have way too many and i have no use for them and he needs them but if im reading correctly he will get charged customs on whatever they decide its worth?

I am dead-serious; whoever AnPost employee can help me find my parcel and successfully deliver it to its destination I will be showing my appreciation! I gave my parcel up in Limerick on the 9th of November (Express might I add) and as of now it still hasnt been delivered (Jan 7th). This parcel contains five analog films that documented my whole study abroad experience and I would be devestated if they were gone. Bit of a rant, but I've just had tracking information on a package update and tell me that there was an attempt to deliver to my house at 10.59, but no one was home. My wife was home working in the front room, we have a doorbell camera, and at 10.58 I can see myself on that camera out the front with the dog. No one came near the house, or the road even. Whoever's doing the rounds has clearly marked a bunch of deliveries as attempted to give themselves an easier route. I am suffering a problem with DHL and I want to know if anyone has/did experience before or either have experienced this now. I bought a package on the 13th of Decemeber from Amazon that was being delivered by DHL Express. On the 19th of December it stated that it was "delivered" I followed through with amazon customer support and followed all their instructions such as checking safe spaces, neighbours, and asked family members about the packages arrival. Hi all, can I get peoples options on what the best ways of painting miniatures? When I started the I used to paint each piece, ie arms, body, head etc separately then glue them together. I then saw some videos ans posts mentioning its best to put the miniatures together then paint, which I started to do. Now I am seeing videos of people doing incredible detail, for example on Azrael's power sword, but it was not attached to the figure. Just want to see if there is a common consensus of which methods works best
