Hi everyone, I’m a student based in Manchester and I’m currently struggling financially this month. Recently, because of the Iran War, my flight going back to my home country costs increased heavily and it used up most of my savings. Returning an item to Amazon, UPS picked it up last Tuesday. It was supposed to of been delivered on Wednesday as it showed 'Out for Delivery'. Instead of being delivered the status has changed to.. 'The status of your parcel has changed. Exception Reason: The package is being held for a future delivery date. We'll attempt to deliver on the date requested. A hypothetical, like today Amazon Sunday, you have 3 flats that will easily fit in a standard mailbox, as well as a standard oversized (maybe heavy) parcel. Do you put the smaller mailbox sized package(s) in the box, and then place the oversized package at the front door? Or do you do what I do and place them all together in a some what neat bunch at the porch? Just wondering what y’alls procedure is

Anyone got any suggestions for the suggested vans? We're a 2.0 DSP but practically all our prime vans are at the end of their lease so they're getting taken back. Since Amazon seems to have a shortage of prime vans, they're giving all the DSPs white rentals as a temporary replacement which includes this size van. Thankfully the area my DSP cover doesn't usually gets higher than 250 parcels. I've figured out how to organise oversize but wanting to know if anyone has any tips that can help

Had a pretty bad experience with a customer on a block today. It was an age verified delivery and when the customer answered the door, they gave me a year of birth that required me to ask for ID. They then tried to show me a photo of their driving licence on their phone but am pretty sure amazon requires the physical ID. I tried to politely explain that I couldn’t complete the delivery without seeing the actual ID. At that point, the customer suddenly lunged forward and tried to rip the parcel out of my hand. Hopefully someone has more information on remedies or how this happens. I live in an apartment complex that has an optional package locker with parcel pending. I have not had any issues with amazon delivery up until this week. Usually the packages are left to the side of the locker with the rest of the residents packages that are not assigned/registered to the locker service. I ordered 2 packages and both got delivered yesterday, the delivery photo shows its in the lockers, the tracking information also says it was delivered to the lockers. Hi all, I ordered the Zen & Sword MoC box set from HMV about a week ago. Yesterday it was finally delivered, but unfortunately the parcel was stolen from in front of my front door. I’m currently struggling to find another copy for MSRP or close to MSRP, as I still really want the set. On HMV it is now out of stock again and it’s gone at Amazon and Eureka’s direct site. It seems sites like Rarewaves have started inflating the price of this release to about £30-40 above MSRP so if anyone knows an UK online retailer that still has it available for MSRP or a shop in the London area that still has it in stock it would be much appreciated!

Amazon India has become a complete scam, my last three orders were marked as "Delivered" but never reached me, and despite customer agents promising refunds after repeated complaints, the money never arrived. Today was the breaking point when a delivery agent rang my bell, dumped a package, and ran away before I could even open the door, only for me to find the dinner set inside smashed to shards. I’m honestly shocked by what happened with my Amazon replacement return process, and I want to know if anyone else has faced something similar. On April 28, 2026, my replacement order was delivered, and the same day I initiated a return/replacement request through Amazon. On April 29, a delivery associate named Dulal came to collect the item. What felt unusual was that no OTP had been generated yet from Amazon’s official WhatsApp/SMS system. However, since he appeared to be an Amazon delivery person and already had the pickup details, I trusted the process and handed over the parcel. So I am trying to order a Ray Ban Meta Glasses through Amazon. When the Parcel is out for delivery the delivery agent is marking the item as rejected by me even though I haven’t rejected the item. This has happened twice for the same order. What might be the issue ? . I have filed a complaint against Amazon India. ps: for context I am exchanging my old iPhone XR where back panel is cracked, I have declared it prehand on exchange page. Is it because of exchange delivery guy is marking the order as rejected ?
