As I try and think how to word this - it becomes challenging because of the polarizing nature of “care” when applied to this scenario. I’ve tried to read up on horse and pony ownership but wondered if people here had good experience of looking after ponies. I think the owner has the real issues - with herself, and the pony suffers because of it. The neighbour rents a sand school for her pony nearby (high traffic tenant is a better word for her - not neighbour) She doesn’t ride it as she says she is too heavy nowadays. I was hoping for some opinions, today I received a parcel that was opened and empty, I pulled up the delivery on my ring camera, and I clearly see the delivery guy in his van, opening the parcel, taking out whatever was in it, and then coming up and delivering it to my door and you clearly see that the bag is empty he flung it and he left, what do I do? I came here to rant a little because I am SO FED UP with all last mile delivery from pretty much everyone now being sent through USPS. I live in a rural area where my mailbox is in a large bank of small slots at the intersection of my dirt road and the local highway. It is about a half mile from my house. There are about 6 small package lockers in the bank, which fit moderately sized items which you can retrieve with a key left in your mail slot. Sometimes customers make us do things beyond just picking up and delivering parcels, aprt from ask us to pick up extra items on the side during delivery. I'm genuinely confused at this point and want to know if anyone else has experienced this. I live in a flat, and over time I had a couple of Evri parcels that were marked delivered but I never received them. I reported those as missing. Since then, every parcel sent to my address via Evri gets returned to the sender - sometimes without any delivery attempt at all. Different retailers, same outcome. Tracking is vague, no courier shows up, then it's suddenly "returned to sender". Other couriers (Royal Mail, Amazon, DPD) deliver to my flat with no issue, so access isn't the problem.

--Amazon uk-- I ordered a package on Amazon, on 24th December, it was via prime delivery, and was expected to be here 27th December it never turned up, and said is delayed in transit, fast forward to today, I still do not have a delivery date, I've contacted support who claims will look into it internally and will not issue a refund or replacement until 3rd January, has anyone encountered a similar issue? And if so, did the parcel/item ever turn up?

Ever wondered what would be cheapest and safest courier or parcel services for used Furniture / Electronics etc., This is just like ordering in Amazon or Flipkart. But you would be ordering from your known person who is the direct owner of the item. Do use Bludart / Speed Post from India Post, and there is DTDC if you want fast parcel. I would definitely chose this way, if the item is valuable to me and it is in budget that I am comfortable with. Getting it delivered to me using these methods, I feel safe and convenient. What are your thoughts people?

I’ve specified that deliveries be to our front door but stated that the storm door opens outwards and requested that drivers place parcels to one side. The next to last delivery was left at our basement door between our garage doors! The most recent delivery was stuffed into our mailbox, all the way out to the street, some 60 feet away. By the way, delivering USPS packages there is illegal! I’m disabled and cannot easily get to either of these places - I have to wait for my wife to get home from work, etc. to get them. Also, today I noticed that the “How was your delivery” message wasn’t sent and I couldn’t find a place online at Amazon to leave a delivery review. Do they not...

Does anyone know the location of the Amazon fulfilment centre in Panchkula? Previously, it was located near Amartex, but it has since moved. I have a parcel that is required for tomorrow, and delivery has been delayed by 2 days. So, thinking about collecting it myself.
