I’ve recently had my Amazon account restricted to digital purchases only due to “multiple violations of returns/refund policy” and I am honestly quite shocked/confused by it. I am a long-standing customer and genuinely feel like I may have been caught up in an automated system rather than intentionally doing anything wrong. I wanted to ask if anyone has had a restriction like this successfully overturned after appeal/manual review? If so, what helped? My notes were dispatched from a store in Delhi through Amazon shipping and were supposed to arrive on 22nd May but it arrived in the Nagpur facility on the 21st itself. But the main issue here is since then I have been receiving calls from the delivery associate but there is no response when I speak. Either they will cut the call or they put it on hold first and they cut. If I try to call them back they say it's busy or can't reach. It has been very frustrating as the notes are very important for me so I want to go to the facility and receive my parcel. So please help?

Hey everyone, I'm not too sure if the title makes much sense, but essentially I wanted to ask what's going on when a parcels delivery estimate is continuously moved later into the day, and then suddenly its moved to a different day? I don't order much off Amazon, maybe 3-4 parcels a month for stocking up on some cheaper household items. But the past two weeks every parcel has been delayed, some even by two-three days in total.
