Online Amazon Tracking

Delivery instructions said to deliver to mailroom but I didnt know how to use the parcel locker so I delivered to their door instead. It’s my first time seeing lockers like this.

I had to drop my parcels off at an unfamiliar USPS location yesterday, not my local one. There were just two windows open so a long line formed and a lady who was some kind of manager came out to open one more window and help with the line. One of my shipments was in an Amazon box and she said "we won't accept Amazon boxes anymore, for your future reference". I asked why, she said company policy. She also made me cover with a marker the bath & body works logo from the other box I had cause "they don't allow advertising". I've never had issues with reused boxes at my local USPS location and haven't heard of logos not being allowed, but at least ...

3.5 hr block completed in 50 mins. even 12/25 of the parcels were to drop off at 1 amazon counter

I’ve just purchased zego insurance for Amazon flex , but not sure how it works , when do I get charged, is once all parcels have been scanned? Also what happens if I finish early , Amazon app takes a while to update or just waits till block finishes?

Shout out to the Amazon delivery drivers working in Birmingham yesterday and today. They tried in vain to get through last night as the snow storm was in progress but failed. I didn’t think they’d make it today but the guy was an absolute star, he carried my parcel. Not sure how far he’d had to walk but what a great effort.

I’m reaching my breaking point with An Post. I sent an Amazon return to Poland back on December 10th. It’s now nearly a month later, and the tracking hasn’t budged. I just got off a chat with their customer service (shoutout to "John") and the response was basically a shrug and a "we’re busy with Christmas". Apparently, they have a "dedicated taskforce" working through the volumes, but my package is just sitting in Dublin with no estimated delivery date. The worst part? Live on a major road in a large city. Work from home. Doorbell has my name on it with huge letters, cars are allowed to short term park on the right lane so there's never a situation where you can't park. Every other courier service delivers to my place no problem, but UPS so far has a 0% delivery rate, they always claim delivery was attempted but I wasn't at home but I never get a ring or a knock. Example: today, I was supposed to have a delivery between 10:15 and 1. 10:30 I get a notification my delivery was unsuccessful and my parcel is being taken to a pickup point nearby. Has anybody had ongoing problems with Amazon Couriers / delivery Drivers . My experiences with these guys is hugely frustrating they don’t put the parcels at the door , they say they have attempted to deliver when they haven’t attempted at all . These guys are lazy and they are liars . Amazon Customer service also make promises to rectify their Policy’s and Procedures to make sure they deliver correctly. Nothing is ever done. For two years now these people have been wasting my time. The bottom line is Amazon do not care. I am a Prime member but not for long . Goodbye Amazon, EBay Plus will get my orders from now on.

Hi all, I sent a parcel from the post office to Amazon fulfilment centre yesterday registered with insurance but have received no tracking updates at all since. Just a bit concerned as I’d expect it to be delivered by now given it was next day shipping and registered. Luckily got the extra insurance but still a bit annoying. Anyone had a similar experience?
