Ugh! I’m expecting a Parcelforce parcel and only have a 9-digit reference number. A delivery was attempted, but no card was left. I can’t arrange a redelivery or nominate a neighbour online because the system won’t accept tracking numbers with fewer than 14 digits?? Parcelforce are unreachable by phone. I’ve waited over an hour in the queue with no answer. The parcel is from an Amazon seller, and I’m unable to collect it from the depot. What are my best options?

I haven't shipped anything from Neokyo in about a year and a half, so I'm a little fuzzy on how it works. I've consolidated everything, filled out the shipping info and paid for the shipping. And now I'm on the "waiting to ship" step. I'm pretty sure I don't have to do anything else, but there's this red button at the top of the my shipments page that says "+shipment". Am I supposed to do something or is that if I want to add something to the shipment?

My dad (63M) has a very bad problem with spending. This has been an issue since I can remember. He constantly spends money on pointless gadgets, useless pieces of tech that he never uses, literally hoards items and fills the house with stuff. It’s gotten to the point where the cellar is completely full and unusable, along with the spare room. My mum (58F) and I (27F) have done our best to sort this out to an extent, but he literally doesn’t let us throw anything away. Hey folks, I want to ship something from Amazon to an online friend with the destination being a parcel locker in the UK (there's a reason but it's irrelevant to my question). It looks like I need a UK Amazon account for this, or UK prime even if I want prime shipping benefits. I was just planning to send them a screenshot of the parcel locker barcode when it gets generated at the time of delivery. I'm posting this to check if ther are any details I'm overlooking with this process, or if it sounds like it would work. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It sounds like we recently acquired contracts to support delivering the last mile of UPS and Fedex parcels while Amazon parcels are being delivered by UPS and Fedex (mostly). So, why are we still delivering UPS and Fedex parcels for Amazon? Seems like they can’t handle, and we’re picking up the slack. I don’t care about the extra hours; I’m just trying to make sense out of this nonsense. Maybe it jus don’t make sense… and I need to stop tryin’a make sense.
