I paid the fees, paid the import tax, and was happily waiting for my items. All the while, Amazon is jacking up the price of the exact drives I ordered, and all other drives are going up as well. Well it comes to about a week before my drives are meant to arrive, and apparently the drives are held up by customs - I think nothing of it, because a few days after that it reports that the drives are travelling around Australia on their way to me. Fast forward to 2 days before my order is supposed to arrive, and "A problem occurred" is highlighted on my order, an... Just a rant1d agoI’m a pse and on a Sunday 3 pse’s and a clerk were throwing Amazon. After Amazon we switch to the city parcels and go to our designated station. The clerk and one pse stayed at the station we threw Amazon at. On the pass machine they set the day for Sunday instead of Monday caused all managers and supervisors to come in. Understand that’s a huge mess up but why am I getting an investigative interview and a possible warning when I was NOT even in the building. When I received it, the package looked properly sealed, but after unboxing I noticed a small cut at the bottom and some powder was leaking out. I immediately contacted Amazon support and asked for either a replacement or refund. They processed a full refund the very next day, which was great, but nobody came to pick up the damaged package. Car stops outside my house and tracking shows that it's my driver. Driver gets out with amazon parcels. Goes to other houses on the street.
