Shout out to the Amazon delivery drivers working in Birmingham yesterday and today. They tried in vain to get through last night as the snow storm was in progress but failed. I didn’t think they’d make it today but the guy was an absolute star, he carried my parcel. Not sure how far he’d had to walk but what a great effort.

I’m reaching my breaking point with An Post. I sent an Amazon return to Poland back on December 10th. It’s now nearly a month later, and the tracking hasn’t budged. I just got off a chat with their customer service (shoutout to "John") and the response was basically a shrug and a "we’re busy with Christmas". Live on a major road in a large city. Work from home. Doorbell has my name on it with huge letters, cars are allowed to short term park on the right lane so there's never a situation where you can't park. Every other courier service delivers to my place no problem, but UPS so far has a 0% delivery rate, they always claim delivery was attempted but I wasn't at home but I never get a ring or a knock. Example: today, I was supposed to have a delivery between 10:15 and 1. 10:30 I get a notification my delivery was unsuccessful and my parcel is being taken to a pickup point nearby. Has anybody had ongoing problems with Amazon Couriers / delivery Drivers . My experiences with these guys is hugely frustrating they don’t put the parcels at the door , they say they have attempted to deliver when they haven’t attempted at all . These guys are lazy and they are liars . Amazon Customer service also make promises to rectify their Policy’s and Procedures to make sure they deliver correctly. Nothing is ever done. For two years now these people have been wasting my time. The bottom line is Amazon do not care. I am a Prime member but not for long . Goodbye Amazon, EBay Plus will get my orders from now on.

Hi all, I sent a parcel from the post office to Amazon fulfilment centre yesterday registered with insurance but have received no tracking updates at all since. Just a bit concerned as I’d expect it to be delivered by now given it was next day shipping and registered. Luckily got the extra insurance but still a bit annoying. Anyone had a similar experience?

So I ordered a jacket from amazon and the delivery guy gave me a wrong parcel. Now the problem is the jacket that I ordered it's still showing yet to be delivered. And I ordered the jacket on COD basis so I made the payment in cash. I don't know how to return this wrong parcel back to Amazon. If anyone faced the same please help me out.

Hi all, I have a question regarding a treadmill I purchased off Amazon UK over Christmas. It arrived and the packaging was damaged, the pins on the plug were all bent so that it could not be plugged in and the remote control to operate the treadmill was missing. I contacted Amazon and asked if they could send replacement parts or alternatively if I could return the item via their collection process. They told me they were unable to collect it (bear in mind it is huge/heavy and I don’t have a car at the moment to transport it). I told them I needed them to pick it up.
