Online Amazon Tracking

Hey folks used sendico for many orders in past but recently not having very good experience. Ordered an item from amazon and the item was delivered as expected. It is in warehouse but recently created a parcel for same item and it is taking too long for packaging and dispatch. It has been about 3 days but my parcel is still showing 'AWAITING PACKAGING'. Also raised a ticket with support team about a day ago it is also showing awaiting Sendico response. Does anyone having same trouble. What was the solution to this issue. How long do I need to wait for their response and for my parcel packaging and dispatch.

The delivery experience today was highly unprofessional. The Amazon delivery agent called in the morning but disconnected before any response, repeated the same behavior on a second call, and later in the evening delivered the parcel by simply throwing it without any intimation. This is unacceptable.

Amazon offers "ready to post" option - already packed - so they would've to just stick the shipping label. But because they're eyeballing dimensions - my product will "get" thicker than 25mm. Elo Elo Elo. Anybody else experiencing a glitch when returning parcels this morning? I had an Age Verified parcel yesterday and they wasn’t in so obviously had to return it. Got to the depot this morning, and the app won’t get to the screen to scan the parcel. Signed out and in again etc etc. Called support they said take a photo of me putting it in the blue box and email it to the Amazon Flex email. Had a block with a route where it is clearly the route has been halved. It was supposed to have 45 parcels and I only got half, loads of skipped numbers on parcels like 1,2,5,6,9,11,14 etc. So there were two parcels left over, they were not on my itienary, I noticed it midway this parcel number 6 was still in my car, and I was on parcel 12, and I had a look on google maps to see if I was close by, maybe I'll do a pick up and deliver it. In short, I dropped off an Amazon parcel to return, printed the label and never received a follow-up. Two weeks later the seller asks if I’ve returned it. I go back to the store and they say that unless I gave them my email at the time (which I didn’t), it won’t have a tracking number, so there’s no way to track it… parcel lost. I said surely you have history of devices you’ve scanned though… they claim otherwise. Does anyone know if that’s true? My packages have lately always been Intelcom for Amazon. But I noticed my latest order is going by a company called BNI (aka Post Media Parcel Service) . I wonder if anyone has any experience with them delivering especially in the Conception Bay area as I've never even heard of them before.

pata hai aaj kya hua My Nani recieved a parcel today under my aunts name. It was a lip gloss and it was a cash on delivery so she did give 100 rs thinking my mom would have ordered something, only then she saw the name of my aunt. Now the thing is my aunt passed away years ago. So I checked the amazon sticker on the box, it had my aunts name I can think of two possibilities 1. This is a scam just to obtain some money bcz my aunt used to order stuff when she was alive to this address, so it is possible they made a fake parcel with her details or 2. someone is doing rlly bad prank. I’m facing a serious issue with Amazon deliveries and wanted to share my experience. I ordered a product which was supposed to be delivered on 11/04/2026. On that day, the app showed the order as delivered, but I never actually received the parcel. I immediately contacted customer support, and they processed a replacement order. I've been waiting for a "Royal Mail Signed For™" parcel for over 10 days. Is there a good chance of it arriving someday or is it most likely lost? Could the sender have redirected it back to themselves somehow? It was an Amazon purchase for something advertised with next day delivery and valued over £500. Just quick rant to say how incredibly bad things are here. The Amazon depot was damaged in the storm in January and hasn’t reopened, since then we been getting hammered! More parcels than we had at Christmas and it’s not getting any better. Seen some Amazon drivers coming down delivering in the towns but they don’t do the rurals, and they come down from Plymouth so there’s only so much they can do. Surely Royal Mail is making mega £££ off this… we should get a bonus but as if that’s going to happen.
