​I wanted to share this to help others who are stuck in the "Support Loop." I just spent almost a month going back and forth with Amazon support over an error that wasn't mine, and I refused to let them get away with a generic bot reply this time. Apparently, our local post office is now refusing to deliver our mail. For the second day in a row, a package has not been delivered, and has been marked in the tracking as, "No access to delivery location" which is a LIE. The mailbox is not full, and there is no fence or gate on our property. The carrier just doesn't want to bring the packages to the door. This happened yesterday as well, with the same LIE about "No access to delivery location" (I do understand that there are only so many choices for delivery exceptions, but it's still not true). No notices were left in the mailbox about either of these packages, so I have no idea if they'll be redelivered...

I want to share a bad experience I’ve had with ZenMarket regarding an Amazon Japan order. I placed an order on April 10 for 13 units of an item sold on Amazon.co.jp. The item was in stock when I placed the order. Amazon’s estimated delivery was around 1 day, so this should have been a very straightforward domestic delivery to ZenMarket’s warehouse.
