I'm really struggling here, been nearly a decade user of Amazon, and use Prime video almost daily, I had a fairly large delivery early in march that was delivered to a completely different address unrelated to mine, and I was unable to retrive it or locate the items. I reported the issue to Amazon immeditely and was offered a refund straight up i accepted, and went about my day, only to get an email over the following weekend that i had "Breached Amazons return policy" and my account is now restricted to digital only, and no refund occured, I tried Live Chat but they endlessly transfer you to "the right team" in hopes you will disconnect, and calling i wou...

I just attempted to deliver five parcels all 5 parcels had different names on flex, the pinned locations were coming up different there was different blocks of flats. i was about to leave then a guy drove past me then came to me asking if i was delivering amazon parcels i said yes then he showed me his emails about the parcels he was expecting. I had to then deliver the parcels to his address no fifty eight The strange thing is all five parcels had fifty eight and then area or building name on them also before that when i rang one of the numbers and someone answered to me sayingthis is wrong number. I received an amazon parcel that I didn't order. I wasn't expecting a parcel, so this sat outside the front door that I did not use for a while. It's gotten wet and dried multiple times. The recipient address on the label was so faded that I couldn't read it. I wanted to share my experience with JPFans and, to be honest, overall it was pretty good. The whole process went smoothly. A couple of months ago an Evri courier left a package on our front door, our front door opens straight out into the street with no garden. I told her it’s unsafe to leave there we’ve had parcels stolen that were left in the same place. She become confrontational and tried to take the package back. Am I the only once experiencing Amazon delivery don’t even bother to knock on your door?? Twice this week I had ordered some things of Amazon. The first package was delivered during horrendous weather and all the bins had been knocked over and there was heavy rain. I was in the building and not even a knock!! I’ve had to whinge at Amazon because I’ve had several parcels marked delivered but never appear. I think my local drivers are leaving them at my door - which is often so helpful when you miss them, but now less helpful because I suspect there is parcel thief at large. I’m so worried that In seeking refunds for the items I hadn’t had, I’m going to get some poor driver into bother.
