Hearing stats like a parcel being stolen every 7 seconds, 11 million deliveries a day, and over £100 million lost a year is honestly lowkey concerning. Seeing a video like that hits even harder when you’re an Amazon Flex driver. Getting dinged over a single delivery is actually sad, especially when all we do is deliver and somehow we still get the blame. Amazon delivered parcels today which included my sons entire christmas presents. Not much as on a tiny budget this year and they decided to just leave it on my doorstep to get stolen. I'm not even mad at our poor amazon driver, I know how busy they are and how little time they have, but definitely angry at the scum who decided ny parcels were fair game. Faith in humanity is well and truly gone at this point and I'm going to have to explain to my autistic kid why santa failed him (me). Devastated.

I have recently done a couple of Amazon Flex deliveries. And today I got an email saying 2 parcels across 5 days didn't get delivered to customer. When I have been delivering, I've noticed a lot of the deliveries have multiple "safe locations" and I always deliver to the first one on the list, is this the right thing to do, or should I go through all of the options, what does everyone else do? It's actually ridiculous how many options some of them had. I'm wondering if I got 2 flagged parcels because it wasn't the customers ideal safe space. Also, a side note, will the 2 parcels affect me being able to deliver in the future?

Hello, Was anyone in Canada successful in receiving a parcel from a US merchant recently, especially through APC? My parcel is stuck at « label created » since November 29th.
