I ordered some books a week back, and it was supposed to arrive that week. However, it got delayed to this Wednesday, and now I have received a new email telling me that my order has been lost in the shipment, and that Amazon has ordered replacement items for me with no extra cost, without me even asking for a replacement. My main question is, has anyone had this happen to them? This is the first time I am seeing something like this. So I am a hosteller and that's why had entered the shipping address of my university. Now fed ex is asking to upload a declaration of the individual recipient from with signature of a person with authority from my university. I went to my HOD on Saturday but he sent me to the registrar office. In the registar office he made me write an application about it and get a print where it's written that the parcel is gonna be delivered in the university. I was looking to buy things off temu (****** I know but the exact same thing I want is ten times the price on amazon) I had made a new email account for this purpose and will be taking safety precautions and was wondering if i can use a different name when filing out shipping info? ​I wanted to share this to help others who are stuck in the "Support Loop." I just spent almost a month going back and forth with Amazon support over an error that wasn't mine, and I refused to let them get away with a generic bot reply this time. They kept sending me templates saying I "should have contacted support" when I clearly did. I had to keep catching them in their own games and tricks Amazon takes drivers lightly because they know most people give up after the second or third "Original decision stands" email. Apparently, our local post office is now refusing to deliver our mail. For the second day in a row, a package has not been delivered, and has been marked in the tracking as, "No access to delivery location" which is a LIE. The mailbox is not full, and there is no fence or gate on our property. The carrier just doesn't want to bring the packages to the door. This happened yesterday as well, with the same LIE about "No access to delivery location" (I do understand that there are only so many choices for delivery exceptions, but it's still not true). No notices were left in the mailbox about either of these packages, so I have no idea if they'll be redelivered...

I want to share a bad experience I’ve had with ZenMarket regarding an Amazon Japan order. I placed an order on April 10 for 13 units of an item sold on Amazon.co.jp. The item was in stock when I placed the order. Amazon’s estimated delivery was around 1 day, so this should have been a very straightforward domestic delivery to ZenMarket’s warehouse.
