Enough is enough. My Amazon packages are constantly being left unattended and stolen. Yesterday, the delivery agent tossed my package over the gate and sped off. No doorbell, just gone. I have it on CCTV. Today, "Sahil Shaikh" just dumped my parcel on the porch wall. When confronted, he said, "This is how we deliver." Seriously? I live right by the road—who pays when it's stolen? Amazon Customer Service is useless. Agents Alviya, Shubam, and Supervisor Abhishek provided no real help, only vague "escalations" and refused a direct contact for follow-up. So, yesterday, our new PM curtailed 3 pallets of Amazon. This is a 3 city, 1 city aux, 9 rural office (5 H, 4 J.) It’s important to note that my office lost Amazon over a year ago, so, 3 pallets of Amazon is a drop in the fkn bucket compared to what we’re used to. We only have two clerks right now, and it seems the PM curtailed due to not wanting to pay city OT. So, we all got sent out with metrises that were 1/3 of the way full yesterday. Apparently city regs came in early this morning to do parcel runs for their own routes, to make up for the curtailed **** from yesterday. I had a delivery from the US left on the doorstep of my terraced house in South Wales this afternoon - unfortunately as I wasn’t expecting the package - I was out. Our Ring Doorbell recorded the parcel being stollen along with two from Amazon that had also been left. DHL on the app state that the parcel was left at the back door - impossible as we don’t gave an accessible back door. I attempted to use the AI chat bot on the website but that was useless and directed me to the original vendor… despite it being their employees negligence and mistruth lead to the parcel being stolen. So I have any avenue for recourse here?

Delivering for another company, if we left a parcel in a safe place or could not deliver, the customer would receive notice via email. Very rarely we we would get a message to leave a 'missed you card'. Is this the same with Amazon or do you always leave cards.

Some of my relatives are doing genuine Amazon shipment-tracking work for FBA sellers, tracking parcels, updating sheets, and monitoring inventory. So the delivery driver decided to put my parcels in the blue bin outside my garden this morning that due to be emptied by bin men. I've been awake, extra early. No knocks in the door. Is anyone having as much luck with Paack as me? For one week straight I've now had a parcel "out for delivery", never to reach me. I'm kind of used to this happening for 2 or 3 days in a row, but that's a new record. Are they so badly struggling after the BF? I feel pretty bad for those self employed drivers doing 12 hours stints and still running out of time. I'm seriously considering not using Amazon for this reason.
