Online Amazon Tracking

I ordered my Manta and accessories on May 12 and I received an email on the 14th saying my order has been shipped. Since then, the shipper (Maersk) has only shown that a label was created and that they are awaiting the parcel. I emailed Supernote customer service to ask why the shipper is still awaiting the parcel and received a reply that the package will be delivered today. However, their own screenshot of the tracking info still only shows that Maersk is "Expecting parcel". I am confused how their customer service could have misinterpreted the tracking info. Good day lads, I ordered a desk lamp from Amazon approximately 2 weeks ago and on Thursday got the message that it was successfully delivered. Surprise surprise, nothing came neither to me nor to my neighbors. All I have is a low quality photo of a box and the text that parcel was left at the front door. Not the first time they lost something of mine, so I'm kinda curious if anyone had been in the same situation?

I don’t know if anyone else has noticed this lately, but ordering high value items from Amazon is starting to feel way too risky. Drivers keep ignoring delivery instructions, barely knocking the door, or not ringing the bell at all, then leaving parcels outside in full view. Half the time they instantly mark it as “handed to resident” too, even though nobody actually received it. This only ever happenes when the tracker for some reason says "arriving today", then all of a sudden is delivered. Usually it gives an estimated time, stops away, then boom parcel. I bought a pair of wrist wraps from Amazon two weeks ago. This was my first time buying something from Amazon. Since I live on the Peninsula campus, I set the shipping address to the MRS office. Usually, parcels are delivered to the front desk and we can pick them up later. However, this time the delivery guy left the parcel somewhere on campus, and neither the MRS team nor I could find it. Could you please take a look at the attached picture and help me identify the location? Also, if someone accidentally took my parcel by mistake, could you please return it to the MRS team? Amazon India Seller Support keeps rejecting my FBM pickup dispute based only on incorrect geolocation coordinates shared by their internal team. The coordinates they shared actually belong to a neighboring industrial/transit hub building, not my actual pickup location. This issue began last week. I had a delivery scheduled, and the delivery executive called me and rudely asked me to come and collect the package from somewhere he is sitting. I clearly told him that this was a doorstep delivery and that I had paid the delivery fee. He disconnected the call and canceled the order, falsely stating that I had canceled it. Has anyone else had serious issues with Amazon orders delivered by Airmee? This has now happened to me 3 times. I can literally see the driver on the tracking map driving around my apartment block. Then they call me, but hang up immediately before I can even answer, and seconds later I get an SMS saying the package was delivered. The problem is: it was NEVER delivered. I’ve checked everywhere, neighbors haven’t seen anything, nothing outside the building, nothing in parcel boxes. Just gone. At this point I honestly wonder what is happening. Yesterday was a **** of a day.. As the FedEx delivery guy cancelled my Delivery because there was no name on our door! Meanwhile we get our parcels very normally from Amazon, DHL and other courier companies! Most of the time I use a parcel collect address or location but it seems increasingly difficult to use that option. I just tested buying a few things online and as soon as you put in a parcel collect location, they're picking up on it. Amazon as an example. Is it me or are others also facing repeated delays in deliveries from Flipkart and mid size packages from Amazon?🥲

On Tuesday (12th) I ordered something that I need to get to me by tomorrow (17th) It wasn't eligible for next day delivery because it was slightly past cutoff so I went with 2 day delivery included with prime. I live directly above a shop that happens to act as an amazon collection point and, since I was going to be out for most of Thursday, set the store as my delivery location. On Thursday at about 3pm, the app said it was out for delivery, only 7 stops away, and would be with us by the end of the day. Has anyone ordered from the Amazon Japan store and never got their parcel? I have ordered it multiple times and never received anything. Note this is through amazon.sg. I have ordered from Germany and the US with no problems. I complained to customer service, and they could only refund and offer a free month of Prime. Maybe there’s a loophole to get free Prime!
