Online Amazon Tracking

My packages have lately always been Intelcom for Amazon. But I noticed my latest order is going by a company called BNI (aka Post Media Parcel Service) . I wonder if anyone has any experience with them delivering especially in the Conception Bay area as I've never even heard of them before.

pata hai aaj kya hua My Nani recieved a parcel today under my aunts name. It was a lip gloss and it was a cash on delivery so she did give 100 rs thinking my mom would have ordered something, only then she saw the name of my aunt. Now the thing is my aunt passed away years ago. So I checked the amazon sticker on the box, it had my aunts name I can think of two possibilities 1. This is a scam just to obtain some money bcz my aunt used to order stuff when she was alive to this address, so it is possible they made a fake parcel with her details or 2. someone is doing rlly bad prank. I’m facing a serious issue with Amazon deliveries and wanted to share my experience. I ordered a product which was supposed to be delivered on 11/04/2026. On that day, the app showed the order as delivered, but I never actually received the parcel. I immediately contacted customer support, and they processed a replacement order. Now, the replacement was supposed to be delivered today (13/04/2026). Unfortunately, the exact same thing has happened again — it is marked as delivered, but I have not received anything. I've been waiting for a "Royal Mail Signed For™" parcel for over 10 days. Is there a good chance of it arriving someday or is it most likely lost? Could the sender have redirected it back to themselves somehow? It was an Amazon purchase for something advertised with next day delivery and valued over £500. I was somewhat worried when the tracking number said it had only been accepted at a Parcelshop two days after the delivery date, using an untracked service that offers only £20 insurance. Just quick rant to say how incredibly bad things are here. The Amazon depot was damaged in the storm in January and hasn’t reopened, since then we been getting hammered! More parcels than we had at Christmas and it’s not getting any better. Seen some Amazon drivers coming down delivering in the towns but they don’t do the rurals, and they come down from Plymouth so there’s only so much they can do. Surely Royal Mail is making mega £££ off this… we should get a bonus but as if that’s going to happen.

Long story short. It's about Amazon. *I've edited this as I've got a couple of offensive responses. Prob because I might've not stated it clearly. I initially created a Asda return request by myself, which clearly marked the items to be sent back. After like 6 attempts, the QR code still didn't work, so I rang CS and asked them to fix it. Then I was told that it's better for me to return via Royal Mail this time, and then a RM's code was given. More than one coworker at the USPS thinks the new contract with Amazon reads that we will get back 80% of the already lost volume from years past when we were all overburdened. No, it means we are losing 20% of the already low “adjusted” volume we have with Amazon. We are KEEPING 80% of the current volume. Or again losing 20% more. I ordered a package from Amazon a few days ago, tracked. 3rd party seller, and I didn't realise at the time, but delivered by Royal Mail. Today I went onto the order to see if it had been delivered as I hadn't heard anything and to my surprise it said it had been. I looked up the tracking number on RM and it said it had been delivered at 2pm today and signed for. The signature provided is not my signature, just the first letter of my name. Whilst I understand that the purpose of working a job is so you can be blamed for things outside of your control, I have never seen such an egregious example of this as I have with Amazon flex and their dashboard system. I started around this time last year and since then have received numerous late delivery hits. In the last few months I still receive these even when I deliver everything before the parcel deadline (normally 2200 for evening blocks). On top of this I get hits for customers not receiving items when I deliver everything to the customer in the first instance or to the safe place in the notes if they specify one. I have a friend who works at the flex pickup warehouse. He tells me that the number of parcels/drops has been increasing, and will continue to, as flex drivers are demonstrating that they can complete blocks well within the block allocation time. As long as this continues, expect parcels/drops to continue climbing into the 50's and 60's for 4 hour blocks, for example. it does not pay to complete your block at lightning speed , stop doing this ! You will only burn through your fuel quicker, increased risk of accidents + vehicle damage/wear.... no one at Amazon is going to pay you on the back !
