Online Amazon Tracking

Hi, I'm 19 (F) and I'm looking to start working out, or at least just gaining a little more strength. I'm 5'7 and 55kg. I'm fairly active, 2 long dog walks a day, I work for Amazon and also film weddings so spend a lot of time on my feet. But I'm starting to really struggle with heavy film equipment and any Amazon parcels over about 10kg. I have pretty strong legs and abs (trained in ballet for years), but I have shockingly weak arms. I'm also hypermobile so my shoulders tend to pop out of place, and I pull muscles often. I was expecting 2 desk chairs for delivery on the 26th but 1 of the chairs arrived yesterday, on amazon its marked both chairs as delivered and on the Evri website tracker it says theyre expecting the parcel. As you can probably tell im wildly confused as to what is going on and wether ill even receive the second chair. Does anyone have any advice on what to do next? Do I wait until the 26th before I start following up? Am I likely to receive the second chair? Thanks Edit: There's no picture of the first delivery anywhere to be found either.

This is long, and it’s a rant, and frankly I just need to let off some freaking steam at this point, because the delivery of this Amazon order has been a complete clusterfuck.  (also, apologies if there are any mistakes in this, I have to use voice to text because I really struggle to type due to my disability affecting my hand-eye coordination. Amazon customer experience has been going downhill for a while and it’s not a secret. Just received my parcel today and there was no Amazon packaging. Some people say there is an option somewhere - there wasn’t. And on top of that, there is partially removed sticker from a previous order and you can see they tried to remove it with something, slightly damaged the box and gave up. I managed to remove it by hand, but still.. So the item I got has been once returned by another customer at some point, and sent to me today. I didn’t pay for a refurbished item. We’ve been renting in this building for three years and never had a single package go missing... until very recently. Over the past few weeks, we’ve started seeing random opened parcels (not ours) left around the building, ripped apart and dumped in weird spots. A few nights ago I had an Amazon delivery arrive late. I buzzed the driver in but couldn’t grab it straight away because I was dealing with my kid. By the next morning it was gone. Hi guys, hope you’re all well. I’ve just been thinking about creating a van organiser just for us drivers because sometimes finding certain parcels becomes such a stressful and time wasting thing. Especially when you have multi stops and despite putting them in order sometimes things get missed I looked around on Amazon but couldn’t find one that I think would make our life easier so I thought why not make one? I work at an Amazon sortation centre in the UK (England) and I had an incident today that’s stressing me out badly. A Flex driver came to pick up parcels, and I was moving a cage back into the warehouse. I pushed it inside, then stepped away for a moment. When I was outside again, I saw the cage rolling back out of the building and it hit the driver’s car. It was completely my fault — I didn’t leave it in the proper area and I didn’t put the brake on.
