Consider this a warning about both the company and DHL Morocco’s customer service. I honestly haven’t encountered this level of ignorance and laziness from any company anywhere else, and I’ve been to many places. I bought a €7 book on Amazon as a gift. I've created a CV yesterday on that site and I've added my email and number on CV as you would usually do. Today I got a scam call from a company pretending to be Revolut and I've never got any scam calls. Sometimes messages that were already marked as scam, but never a call. This is not a coincidence. They definitely sell your data straight away. That's why you have all capabilities of Ai free there. The issue I have is they don't sell the data for advertising but to anyone and that includes scammers. They said my Revolut was charged 79.99 for Amazon parcel, and if I want to talk to the agent to press 1. If you have a similar call, just to let you know.

Two times I bought this phone but first time it got cancelled and second time it got delayed as you can see. Last week I ordered an iPhone 16 for my sister in exchange , when delivery man came to delivered that phone and when he opened the parcel he said " Agar mujhe pata hota ki iss parcel mein phone hai toh mein leke hi nhi aata , delivery accept hi nhi krta ". Was due some parcels from amazon. Got the notification, delivered to letterbox. Our letterbox is a locked box on the wall by the front door so I went to get the parcels to find it empty. I ordered two different variations of the same item on Amazon. They arrived one day apart, and one of them is around twice as heavy as the other. For context, the product normally comes in a larger box with other small things inside (example in second pic). I’m wondering if it’s possible that the box for one of the items was thrown away. I’ve already packed both items together into a single parcel, and I don’t think it’s really an issue worth contacting customer service for since I don’t want to delay sending the parcel either, I was just curious.

Hi flexers, I've accumulated since starting 2 months ago 3 dings for non delivery, but these were caused by customers not being home. 1. The app specifically said to ONLY deliver it to the person at the address and wanted a OTP from his phone. He never answered us or Amazon and the parcel was returned. 2. But has this ever happened for an expensive item that would usually require a photo and password for? So there was stormy weather, given my normal area - some roads closed and start time was 1hr 20 later than normal, I know it’s peak time now. I had to return 33 stops (this was like 2 whole bags of parcels), no one batted an eyelid as I guess this was expected - my question is this: Will this affect my future routing as in give me less complicated deliveries as Amazon notice the route was too crazy yesterday?
