What’s everyone’s thoughts on how Asda handled it? They want to “rebalance section leaders to colleagues”. I’m currently a section leader at my store. Our options were - -Redundancy -Leave -Be demoted -Find another store with a SL vacancy -Or as it’s a new role for TL we need to re apply and be interviewed and basically fight for the position. 🤦‍♂️ My store doesn’t have a manager currently, so the neighbouring store manager had to deal with it today. i finally got some dolphin shorts today and picked them up from an amazon locker in town without anyone knowing !! they're sooo comfy but i think i ordered them too big because they aren't really skin-tight at the back 😞 however i don't know if i should return them. it's a lot of effort to collect these parcels from the amazon lockers (takes like half an hour to get to them) and idk how to return things from amazon without outing myself. so should i keep them or return them? any advice is appreciated 🙏

Hey, just something I've wondered. Occasionally, I would get a delivery with either: * an in-app location that says "Amazon Locker" * a customer's note that says to deliver to their building's Amazon-branded locker and not to their door/mailroom/etc. However, a bunch of times there's no provided check-in code. It's just a regular delivery. Just to make sure I'm not missing something, are there ways to use the official Amazon lockers without a QR code? In my early Flex days I was dinged a couple of times for leaving parcels in what I judged to be a safe place whilst the customer had apparently specified in person delivery. It’s curious that whilst the app includes a “no recipient required” message (the vast majority of cases in my experience) there isn’t a “recipient required” note on the app stipulating delivery to a household member in the minority of cases where this is a preference. It would be easy to include something (ideally in bold red letters!) and presumably there is some obscure reason why Amazon don’t do this. I honestly have no idea what to do anymore and I've tried every course of action I could think of. I've had two separate packages delivered to a "parcel locker" but I haven't received anything to retrieve them. I've gotten packages for years before without any issues. So I checked where my Amazon Haul parcel was as I thought they would be delivering it but it's Evri instead. Thought I wonder if any updates as checked during day yesterday and nothing after it was meant to be out for delivery on Monday. However, I just checked the app and says it was delivered to me yesterday at 18:30. However there is no delivery photo and no parcel to be found outside or anywhere. What do I do? Last few days I’ve noticed the routes and even the routing has been awful. Today was the worst for it though. Had a 1:30pm block from DHU2 Hull depot, usually these blocks aren’t bad at all but I got sent to near Doncaster which is absolutely insane considering the DDN1 Doncaster depot was literally 14 miles away from first stop and 12 miles from my last stop. I know a couple of people who have been sent this way, very close to other depots. To get to my stops today it was 31 miles and 36 minutes. Surely this isn’t normal? It’s been stuck at an Amazon warehouse the entire weekend then on Monday finally sent off to Royal Mail… but it’s via Tracked 48 rather than Tracked 24. The listing said it’s dispatched by Amazon. Isn’t prime meant to be a next day delivery service? Why are they using a slower service for this?
