Hello, I am in Germany , I recently placed an order and selected an Amazon Locker as the delivery address because I’m unable to receive packages at home. I expected the package to be delivered to the locker so I could pick it up using the PIN code. However, today I saw that the delivery attempt to the Amazon Locker failed. I’m confused about how this is possible, since it is your own locker service. Could you please explain why the package could not be delivered to the locker? Also, what delivery options would you recommend if I cannot receive packages at home? For example, is it possible to deliver to a post office or another parcel locker instead?

Yes , it is right. Amazon delivery boys are crooked. There is a serious issue going on with deliveries . Sometimes, I am alloted to support Indian agent' s team of 30 when chat flow is low on North America server and 60-70% concerns are of delay even for Prime Customers. There is no bridge between Prime Customers and Normal customers in case of delay. We have already escalated the issue of "Marked Delivered " without sharing OTPs. I'd heard a lot of "tales of terror" abour Seagate's recovery services but had never used it before. I had a 2TB Seagate Expansion Drive from around 2014 and it's been pretty much perfect. The ports come off and it's had a few new casings but the same mechanical hard drive I have had since 2014 is still working perfectly. I ordered a parcel from Too Good To Go and Evri is delivering it. On the website, you can choose whether you want the parcel placed in a safe space or collected by a neighbour. I live in university accommodation, and there is a safe shared space as soon as you enter the building. The issue is: nothing like that is described in any of the options, and you need a ID card to open the door. When I’ve ordered things with Amazon and EBay, my package was put in the shared space, but idk if Evri will do the same. So, when the parcel arrives, will they call me to accept it or place it out/in the accommodation building? And do I need to give them this information somehow so I don’t lose my pack...

I order a lot from Amazon since we're so limited and/or overpriced here, and I notice that standard delivery often arrives two business days later with DHL. It's like getting expedited delivery at a standard delivery price. I haven't noticed anything different between the parcels chosen for DHL and those sent by MaltaPost. Would love some insight to this, maybe I could strategise because I'm tired of having to wait weeks for some items. Thanks.

I ordered an iPhone 17 Pro, but the parcel I received did not contain an iPhone instant a Shampoo. I immediately filed a claim with Amazon. I asked their support if I should file a police report, but they told me no 2 times btw. Now I have no phone and no money, and my account even got banned (it has since been unbanned).
