Online Amazon Tracking

So I ordered mouse from Amazon and it should be delivered on 1st Feb but my phone automatically block the spam calls so I didn't get a call and now I want to know is there any way I can contact with them and get my parcel? (I have tried helpline and gave them alternate number but nothing happened)

I’m a long-time Amazon customer, 25 years for sure, and until recently I had no major issues. Over the past couple of months, I ran into a delivery problem that never got resolved — not escalated, not explained, just… stalled. I got drivers putting parcels outside the fence where porch pirates could steal them. Eventually, i figured out that Amazon‘s big AI system was blaming me for complaining, not checking their drivers. Roughly a month ago my graphics card from CCL (ASUS PRIME 5080 OC) had failed and wasn't displaying any signal on my monitor. So after hours of trying to troubleshoot myself, I had come to the conclusion that it has been faulty. And so I started an RMA process with CCL. Initiating an RMA wasn't the simplest of tasks - but it wasn't overly complicated either. You simply find the required email from their website and send them a request to open a case. Hi all, the apartment i’m currently living at doesn’t have any sort of parcel collection area and delivery drivers can’t enter the building either because you need a FOB to open the main door. I’ve tried using amazon locker, but half the items I’m trying to order aren’t eligible to be delivered there. Are there any 3rd party services I can use , where they take in your package and then you can grab it off them? I’ve seen one called InPost, but don’t know how to use it for amazon.

Around April 2025 I had ordered some Nintendo switch bundle, with a 256gb SD card coming in the same box. (NEW) It was strange what happened initially because I was tracking the driver, had a ring doorbell and I was the ‘next stop’, (he was already on my road bare in mind) but out of nowhere it said “the driver attempted to deliver your parcel and was unsuccessful” or something along them lines. I then immediately contacted support and explained to them what just had happened, and I found out that they were not able to get through to the driver, but they was able to add a note for priority on my order to the driver. I am relatively new to Hyderabad, like 20days or so, but What I have noticed recently is that the tipping culture is just going overboard. Like I had the shifting done, okay, so we tip the workers, it’s right there coz they are literally doing the hard stuff. But Amazon parcel guy, Flipkart parcels , Wifi installation guy literally every other service guy except the Swiggy or zomato are asking for “Chai paani” these days . Like Amazon delivery guys should not at least be doing that. Is it common in here?

so i live in an apartment where almost all parcels go missing. The solution was to use parcel collect at LPO... now Shein and Amazon won't deliver to it, demanding a residential address. The obvious solution is friends addresses... but no one lives within half an hour and I don't have a car... Any ideas?

Man today made me want to quit flex. \- Given an Amazon locker inside a mall that closed at 6pm… my shift STARTED at 6pm \- had to call driver support 5 TIMES as the geo location was in the mall car park which was closed I was unable to get to the location to mark as business closed. Here is my first sak mod. It is a cybertool m that the pliers got snapped on. I like the pliers so naturally I wanted to replace them and add a few things in the process. Ended up taking apart a swiss champ for the file and got the diamond file parcel hook and new pliers off eBay. The pliers from eBay were an older model without the spring slot and crimper so I ended up also pulling the pliers out of the swisstool so this knife would have the newer revision.
