Online Amazon Tracking

Hi all, I dropped off an Amazon return to Asda customer service. They scanned the parcel and I received confirmation email from Amazon that it had been scanned in but did not receive a confirmation receipt from Asda. It’s been 9 days and the items are still in transit. I have already been refunded but am worried that if the parcels go missing, i won’t have any evidence. And they will take the money back out. Even though I have confirmation email that they were scanned in. Thank you.

So I use the Royal Mail app to track parcels, moreso now that Amazon seem to prefer RM over their own DSPs at the moment. I had a long deleted tracking from Amazon that was delivered back on 30th January, so I obviously remove it from the app. Fast Forward to Good Friday and I get a ping saying that an item had been received at Norwich Mail Centre - I was not expecting anything so watched my emails.... nothing. This morning the package has been delivered by Dereham DO, I have the proof of delivery which is a pile of Post Office sacks and Amazon boxes, so probably a business of some kind in Dereham. No email, nothing paid out of any of my accounts, so clearly the package is not mine. Sure...

I have been an Amazon Prime member for years now, and honestly, I have always been very satisfied with their pricing, delivery speed, and overall service. But over the past week, I have run into a really frustrating issue. I placed 3 separate orders with multiple items, and in all 3 cases, the app marked them as “delivered” the next day. I just attempted to deliver five parcels all 5 parcels had different names on flex, the pinned locations were coming up different there was different blocks of flats. i was about to leave then a guy drove past me then came to me asking if i was delivering amazon parcels i said yes then he showed me his emails about the parcels he was expecting. I received an amazon parcel that I didn't order. I wasn't expecting a parcel, so this sat outside the front door that I did not use for a while. It's gotten wet and dried multiple times. The recipient address on the label was so faded that I couldn't read it. I wanted to share my experience with JPFans and, to be honest, overall it was pretty good. The whole process went smoothly.
