My Amazon flex account was deactivated the other day, I only had 2 issues of customers apparently not receiving parcels from the 17th March & 2nd April I also had 3 missed blocked yellow dings from back in September when I first joined flex and hadn’t missed a block since! My account was never “At Risk” but went from Below Standard to straight deactivated. I was being really careful after I had my first ding making sure parcels were left where customers said and even knocking or leaving with a neighbour in terraced house situations. I ordered a birthday present for a relative on Amazon last week and, to my surprise, it was supposed to be delivered the 9 April. The delivery company is Colis Privé, which i didn't know yet. I suppose the Bpost strike made them choose this one over the usual, as i tend to get deliveries from them. Sadly, my parcel did not get delivered. I just got a "we couldn't deliver your parcel" mail from Amazon. Of course, i was at home all day and i didn't hear a single bell at all. I reprogrammed the delivery for the next day hoping for them to be efficient, but i'm a bit scared of them now. How was your experience with them ?

Hey guys, i am facing a problem with my amazon order and need help with it. Few days ago i placed an order (with pay on delivery option) and it was to be delivered on 7th April on the day i waited till night for my delivery and when i check the status it show me that delivery attempt was failed reason being that their was no payment available during delivery despite the fact that no one came for delivery or contacted me for delivery and it told me to wait for another day so they can reattempt the delivery, on 8th April the order page again showed me that the order is out for delivery again and this time to avoid any obstacle i used the option of pay now on the order page and made the payment...

I always send Amazon parcels to the local newsagent and my laptop filled the details in automatically and I didn't check. Anyway, the shop refused the parcel and Royal Mail immediately did their Return to Sender process. That means opening the package to find an address, which they wouldn't have done. i'm utterly fed up with this amazon courier service in my area. well i searched this and i think this is \*same\* for some other pincode. Never ever guys use amazon courier for anything in your life. Honestly, I liked the work. Doing what the PO calls "Amazon Sunday" was the best part of the job. It was at another office and chill. I like driving around and running parcels. Prior to my office gig, I did Fedex Express for 12 years. loved that gig too. (in the 1990s.) I resigned from the PO this week and start training for 2 days with an Amazon DSP. I know it's an interim job. But it's 40 hours a week, and a set schedule, not being on call 24/7 which the PO would not give me. I made a move, and will give it a go. I can do the job. I ordered a Wallhack SP-004 (Glass Mousepad) off of Amazon, shipping from Ontario to Nova Scotia, it was in New Brunswick, it was supposed to arrive today and has apparently "departed their sort facility" but I woke up to it saying there's a weather delay on my parcel and like I've said, the expected forecast for the next 2 or 3 days to be sunny.
