Dilemma of opening times due to work. Parcel was meant to be delivered midday, but was delivered just before the post office closed. Now I’m at work until the deadline. Is there any way to prevent it getting sent back and have it maybe delivered or redirected? I can’t exactly take time off work to get a parcel 😅

So my partner ordered me a Christmas gift that came today. We've had deliveries all week and still waiting kn more for the holidays from my relatives overseas. Today the postie gives the tiniest little knock on our door, so we weren't even sure. Then the dogs start barking, so partner yells out 2 minutes, cos she has to go grab her keys from her wallet. He gets irritated at being held up. I guess praise he actually gave us the parcel. But he left it on the bench and stormed off. Slightly better than amazon who have twice left our packages by our front gate out of site of the door, however, the product box inside was damaged.

Came in different parcels. The packaging looks slightly different on each. So, yeah, should I be worried one of these are fake or is this normal? Thank you.

Last night I found an expected parcel on my doorstep from Amazon, but no one rang the doorbell and I only realised it had been delivered when I checked my phone. I looked at the delivery notes where it said "handed to resident" which it hadn't. I then went to the delivery feedback section only to find it was saying I'd already left feedback!
