I have a package coming from America which has been sent by USPS and all I can see is that they have attempted delivery. I have no tracking number and not sure which courier the use in Australia. So here is my problem: I am in charge of my parents finances, which literally means that they don't have access to a debit card or bank account, mostly because my dad nearly got scammed and provided an unknown person with a lot of information through a "romance scam."
