Not sure if I should ask here but I ordered a backpack on Black Friday and the tracking stopped 16 dec. I know there’s Christmas in the middle so maybe it’s normal but the tracking stopped half a month ago with no updates. I really want to know if it’s normal or I should send a message to cs to see if it’s lost.
