So for context: on 12/09/25 At 1:49 AM, I requested for the package to be held at Walgreens location. At 3:54 AM, the package departed FedEx location At 9:11 AM, the package arrives at next FedEx location. At this same time, “Hold at location request accepted, Shipment is being redirected as requested to FedEx OnSite” At 9:32 AM, “On FedEx vehicle for delivery” At 5:06 PM, “Shipment arriving On-Time” Now it’s 12/10/25 (1 AM) and the package still says out for delivery. It shipped a bit earlier and was going to be delivered on Nov 19, but DHL rejected the package from their end, citing "doesn't meet our shipping conditions". Fine, raised ticket at the support. Received this U1 OP with Miyota 8215 from Lena today. U1 is getting awfully good! Oh and her delivery guarantee? She stands behind it. This was shipment #2. Number one spent three weeks in US Customs, then on the way for three days and suddenly “package lost”. My theory is sticky fingers at the CBP…. Reeally important mail was sent via overnight express on 12/3. It’s now 10pm on 12/9, and still no package. i have talked to so, so many reps - and EVERY time am told it’s out for delivery! Adding insult to injury, when I expand shipment details I see the package was 15 min away on 12/5 - and then for god knows what reason left and went two hours away. WTF? Shipping details states the package has “cleared customs and has been released by the government agency” but it’s in Louisville, KY and delivery date still says today in an hour when I live across the country from there. Is my package being sent back or does it need further review by customs? Or did UPS just forget to scan it?

I've been trying to get a friend to ship me my PC from France to Mexico and I've really been struggling. The shipment label was created and "cleared customs" even tho the package was never sent, and now I'm trying to voice that (it's been under 90 days) . It says: Shipment Cancel Failed. This shipment cannot be voided. It may be completed or may be in transit. I stress, this was never sent, it never was picked up by a UPS worker or taken to a UPS store.
