The sender took it to the PO on 14/11, took a pic of the receipt and box at the post office, sent them through to me. The details on the receipt indicate it was all done correctly as express post, with correct Destination Postcode, Recipient Mobile, time stamp for when it was scanned. It also included a tracking number that resolved to an actual package, so it all seemed legit. Just thought I'd share my recent experience ordering a Razr Ultra from Motorola.com to Canada. The ordeal isn't yet over and I can provide updates as they come in. It is, to me, a bit funny just how bad my customer support interactions have been. During a September sale the Razr Ultra was marked down by $400 so I pulled the trigger. Hi everyone! So i ordered myself a bag from JW PEI and to track my shipment, they use the SHOP tracking app. But the weird thing is that its been 9 days since the shipping (YunExpress) and it shows that my package location is in Carlton, Minnesota, US while I actually live in Carlton, Melbourne, Australia. (fyi i put in the address correctly). So I tried tracking using the YunExpress and SpeedX website, it shows that my package is in Australia. But the thing is, its been 3 days that my package is being ‘out for delivery’ but no updates at all after that. Anyone know what’s happening and who i should contact to find my package?

I want to know how long it will take for my parcel to be returned to the UK from its latest status on November 5th. Is it currently in the process of waiting to return or has it been returned? Is my parcel still in Australia?
