The status hasn’t changed and it still looks like payment is pending. Is this supposed to update immediately, or does it usually take some time for their system to reflect the payment? I just want to make sure everything went through correctly and there’s no delay with my package.

So last week we received an invoice that was addressed to my 7 year old daughter. Somebody shipped a heavy and large package from Florida to Alabama. In paper it looks like my daughter initiated the shipment, but obviously she didn't. Hi, I dropped my item off with USPS (Friday @ 2PM) and handed it to the clerk yesterday. I didnt ask for a receipt because I didn't think I'd need one (I'm new to this) and because of that, he didn't scan it. Now the order just says "Pre-shipment label made, USPS awaiting item" today and I'm worried that they won't scan it/ they'll lose the package. Should I wait until next week for any updates before I contact them? Thanks.

Ordered the FUN60 Ultra TMR (wireless) on March 6th. As the picture shows, it was shipped from LA March 12th. The tracking order with UPS updated showing the package was expected to arrive on March 19th. The package is now in limbo somewhere. I'm not sure if the package is moving and not being scanned due to being in a truck across country (I'm from the Midwest) or if it's still in LA. Any thoughts?

Says it includes fertilizer. I make my soil a mixture of compost (multiple varieties) perlite, peat moss. That’s my plan for my new bed (though I think I’m going to use coco coir instead of peat moss this time). Maybe I'm crazy but I keep receiving orders with figure boxes that have creases and dents all over despite being wrapped in a thick sheet of foam as well as the shipping box being completely unharmed. I suspect that some of our figure boxes are getting damaged by GSC US handling and storage before being shipped out. It's definitely the shipping carrier's fault when the entire box gets destroyed and mangled but this specific scenario feels off to me. Does anyone have this same experience or notice this pattern?

FINALLY found an SKD Yoshikane 240mm Gyuto in stock, but it's at an Australian dealer and I am in the US. I am seeing mixed messages on whether I will get hit for 10% or potentially 56% (Excuse me wtf) on the shipment. The knife is a little north of $500. With this email they said because I had pre order items it will most likely be shipped early February to mid February. I was expecting this. A few days later I got an email because in the address section I had extra numbers.
