I have not opened the package due to some horror stories from this company [like this one here](https://www.reddit.com/r/Silver/comments/1qw1zou/dont_buy_from_bullion_expressshorted_13_of_my/). I would have never ordered from a fraudulent company had I known about this. Per Google, 15 troy ounces of 0.999 silver should weigh 466.5525 grams. The box Bullion Express shipped in is a ULINE 6 X 4 X 2 (model S-20491) and again per Google weighs 59 grams. So the total weight for my package should be **at minimum 525....

So I on Saturday near end of day I dropped off a package at the UPS Store. I got the shipment receipt which stated shipment date would be February 9 with expected delivery date February 11. I input the provided tracking number and got this message. It still says this as of noon CST. What is going on?

So I’ve sent 3 urgent emails to orders@severin over the last 2 days, because the shipping address they have for me is no longer valid (I was trying to use stowfly, but been screwed) and the tracking number shows pre-shipment right now, so I’m trying to stop them before it moves forward in the process and becomes a package I have to hunt down for another week or so. Sadly this was originally a package that went missing, bought during their Black Friday sale. They’ve been good with customer service so far, but I haven’t gotten a response yet… Just wondering if anyone knows of any alternatives to try to reach them. Thanks in advance.
