I already processed the return on the app and they already arranged for it to be picked up from my place. I just don't know how I should pack the item since I already tossed the mailer pouch it came with, tho I still have the SheIn pouch with the SKU attached to it. Nag chat ako sa mismong store regarding sa warranty and they honored it, then binigay yung address nila kung saan i-dedeliver ng courier. Am I responsible for the shipping fee? Since they told me na yung shipping fee is excluded for warranty claim?
