I ordered a San Martin SN0008D and the courier texted me this? I ordered a SN017 4 years ago which is more expensive back then & yet there were no tax & duties Is the product really subject to tax & duties here in the Philippines?

Okay so I got my Solana Mobile in the Q4 of last year. At first it went well until just a few days ago when I am just charging my Seeker with my original charger.
