Holiday season talaga = peak delivery scam season 😅 fake texts, random calls, at yung mga “may delivery ka po” messages kahit wala ka namang inorder. Recently, nag-meet ang DICT at CICC with courier companies to address these issues, lalo na during peak delivery periods. Pinag-usapan nila yung sharing of best practices and mas maayos na coordination between couriers and government agencies pagdating sa fraud prevention. Kasama rin sa discussions yung ilang local couriers like GoGo Xpress, which is nice to see since both customers and legit riders yung pinaka-apektado ng scams. Sana talaga mag-result ito sa fewer scam messages moving forward.
