Nag chat ako sa mismong store regarding sa warranty and they honored it, then binigay yung address nila kung saan i-dedeliver ng courier. Am I responsible for the shipping fee? Since they told me na yung shipping fee is excluded for warranty claim? Under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394) Shipping expenses related to the defect should not be passed to the buyer, particularly for items under express warranty. Anyone experienced this?
