Ordered a laptop from Lenovo on the 11th and was expected to arrive on the 19th. Today's the 21st, 3 days beyond the ETA and it tells me that it's stuck in the warehouse (3+days and counting). Is this normal for UPS?

Looking to purchase a few clothing items (country of origin is UK) things on the outnet. I have confirmed that they have a warehouse in the USA and Italy. The items I want are only available in non usa/canada countries so they are based in Italy right now. Looks like I can order them in any country for a $30 shipping fee (or free in Italy) then would need to have a parcel forwarding service send them to the USA. That gives me quite a few options and I've never done parcel forwarding. What countries and services are going to give me the least import hassle? I recently bought an item on FB market place and the seller ship the item using this **** *** courier. This is my first time ever dealing with this courier. Is it just a one in a time thing or is this courier just **** ***?

Hi. Is it normal for item stuck without update for days? First time buying large item to Malaysia. Before this no problem buying small items so many times from Ali Express and Taobao. Ive reached the seller and last record they have is the parcel already arrived the warehouse on 7th January. They even showed the picture of the item and its delivery form. I tried contacting the customer agent and they suggested for refund. I don't want to request for refund immediately as I want the item.

Recently Corsair reached back for my RAM RMA, however the shipping details they have provided is lacking Receiver's Name and also Phone number, i know they mentioned Attn: RMA Department, but then my courier suggest that I should at least put a name and phone number to it, if not there might be chance that the parcel get stuck at Malaysia's customs. Anyone got any suggestion or experience shipping back to their Taiwan's RMA Department? Seems like my package has been sent back to the warehouse due to not being able to contact me when i have not heard ANYTHING from them regarding my parcel. The company that i purchased my products from gave me the wrong courier contact info and I'm currently trying to connect to the information provided on the right side, Line Clear. I am not sure what does Last Mile tracking number means. I also tried to email Yunexpress multiple times with no answer. Any advice?

So my parcel arrived on 18 December at Kuching Mail Centre, specifically Jalan Tun Razak. The next day, the parcel delivery attempt was unsuccessful so I waited till next week. The following week, no attempt was made at all so I decided to self-pickup. When I arrived, they made me go to the back storage and ask another person to find my parcel. Then, in one of the rooms, while they were looking for my parcel, they barely searched the place while tossing around other parcels to look for mine. 10 days na po stuck yung parcel ko sa status na ito. I tried expediting it sa app pero wait lang daw. Perishable yung item and nag-ask ako sa seller if ok lang ba i-ship yon internationally and sabi niya no worries naman daw. Kaso 2 weeks na, pang ingredient sana sa pasko yung item pero wala parin.
