Does anyone have shipment from China via Sea Cargo to Sydney that stuck at Sydney Customs for over 3 months ? That China shipping Company keeps asking me to wait and I called ABF they said my parcel tracking number is not in their system so I have no idea what has happened. **UPDATE:** Finally got to speak with the case officer in charge of my issue with the TGA. They are releasing the shipment due to an error on the ABF end where they basically missed/"failed to identify" the attached scipt when they intercepted it. They further back this decision up with seeing that previous and subsequent imports had the scipt which is valid attached and also on file with the TGA (Yeah they keep records of these scripts btw). So this is now a non-issue in the eyes of ABF and the TGA, with the goods being released and sent to me without me even needing to provide the script myself. \-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------...

Hello. Recently got a letter from abf stating they had seized a shipment of nicotine pouches I made. I have a prescription, but the letter stated they did not find it in the database. It states I can contact them, fill out the claim form / provide a valid prescription that is in date (which mine is) within 30 days.
