A month ago, I ordered a new Odin 2 Portal and everything was fine. The tracking was available until it left China. Once the package was shipped, there have been no updates for over two weeks.Does anyone know what to do, where to go?

I was wondering if anyone's order from 10/17 or 10/18 hasn't updated yet. It's been 5 or 6 days since it said last updated in Nancheng for me. I remember the other day someone emailed AYN about their order and they got a reply back saying it was a shipping delay due to a large amount of shipments going out. I didn't see an update after that. I emailed AYN and I'm just waiting to hear back.

Has anyone else had issues with shipping recently (over the last month or so)? I ordered an RP5 just about a month ago, and shipping has been just...... weird. Per 4PX, it was handed over to the shippers on the 28th, but then it sat in Nancheng for two full weeks. Retroid was unresponsive, and there is no way to reach out to 4px directly in the West (the listed email kicks back as non-existent). A full week after the national holiday the first week of October, Retroid gets back to me, and the shipment moves. Based on what I can see on ParcelApp, it's "progressing through post network," but that doesn't tell me *which* postal network (DHL, USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) it's...

I ordered the M2 case on 15th of September, today is 21st of October and I still haven't received the case. Hi everyone, I just wanted to know if I should be worried about this message or if this is just normal for 4PX. I didn't do any research on the shipping options before ordering, and yeah, this happened.

I ordered the rp5 and it shipped the next day and hasn’t moved since. Has anyone had a similar experience? I can’t get in contact with 4px or retroid and get a response. It hasn’t moved in 14 days.

My Odin 2 Portal order to Germany is in transit since 19 days. Is this normal? It didn't refreshed its status since day 1. I just can't wait until I have it here, and was hoping to have it faster.

So on September 6 a seller I bought from sent a tracking number from 4PX which it first said "Parcel information received". However, it has been 18 days since then and almost no updates, with the only update from the seller saying that 4PX ships in batches. Then came the 18th in which the seller said "accurately" that the next 4PX batch would depart the following day, however no movement has occurred and my package is still stuck at "Parcel information received". Sorry if I seem impatient; I am simply concerned as this package is a cosplay commission in mind that is 200-300 dollars
