Has anyone had a package sit at this step and still get delivered? Stuck in "In transit, it's progressing through Post network". I’ve been seeing a lot of posts about packages getting stuck or lost here, so I’m curious how long others waited. If you had a similar route and a successful delivery, I’d love to hear your experience.

It’s been showing cleared customs for 7 days now and idk what to do, there is no way to contact 4px they don’t answer my calls

I ordered AirPods from HiCity, but the package seems to be stuck. I contacted my local post office in Poland and they confirmed they never received it. I emailed HiCity and we exchanged a few messages. He said he would contact the courier and update me, but that was on December 17. Since then, he hasn’t replied to any of my emails. There are no tracking updates and I still haven’t received my order. Has anyone dealt with a similar situation with HiCity? What should I do next?

I placed an order from China that was shipped on December 27th via 4px. After arriving in Europe, the shipment is stuck in the same state from several days. Is this normal? I have a second tracking number (Poste Italiane) but it doesn't work actually. EDIT: Today, on 7/01/26, the parcel appears in Italy, after 10 days of nothing from Belgium. But to see the new state i had to use the second tracking number (local delivery code) that 4px gave to me from the begin.

Hi all, I purchased a Vivo x300 on November 10, and it was sent November 14 or 15 depending on the tracking. It reached import customs November 19 and started transit (presumably in Europe?) November 21. Then it stopped and there's no update until now. Support is not being very supportive as they kept all last week telling me that I should wait and that item would resume movement, which didn't happen. Now they aren't responding even tho they said I should reach them again if the item didn't move by Monday and I have no means to contact carrier as 4px doesn't have a contact form and local carrier doesn't have the parcel.
