Online 4PX Tracking

I ordered from Amazon and 4px was the carrier. The only update was 23 days ago “Parcel information received”. 4PX website says the package is still in China. I am in the US. Is this normal for 4px? The product is not time sensitive, so I can wait. But at what point should I be concerned?

It‘s been 14 days with no update but parcel information received. Did anyone had this too? If yes did your parcel arrive eventually?

Can you help me please? I ordered a package from China, it's marked as delivered with 4px, and all the tracking sites show it as delivered, but I still haven't received anything... what should I do?

Hi everyone,👋 I’m not posting this to **** on Retroid, but honestly the situation has become unacceptable and I’d like some outside opinions. I placed an order on goretroid.com. The parcel was shipped via 4PX and has been marked “in transit” for over 60 days. It was never delivered. After multiple emails, GoRetroid’s customer service confirmed in writing that they are unable to locate the parcel. So at this point, the package is clearly lost. They told me the shipment was insured and asked me to contact their insurance (Seel). I did so, and Seel explicitly told me that I am not insured. Has anyone had a package sit at this step and still get delivered? Stuck in "In transit, it's progressing through Post network". It’s been showing cleared customs for 7 days now and idk what to do, there is no way to contact 4px they don’t answer my calls

I ordered AirPods from HiCity, but the package seems to be stuck. I contacted my local post office in Poland and they confirmed they never received it. I emailed HiCity and we exchanged a few messages. He said he would contact the courier and update me, but that was on December 17. Since then, he hasn’t replied to any of my emails. There are no tracking updates and I still haven’t received my order. Has anyone dealt with a similar situation with HiCity? What should I do next?

I placed an order from China that was shipped on December 27th via 4px. After arriving in Europe, the shipment is stuck in the same state from several days. Is this normal? I have a second tracking number (Poste Italiane) but it doesn't work actually. EDIT: Today, on 7/01/26, the parcel appears in Italy, after 10 days of nothing from Belgium. But to see the new state i had to use the second tracking number (local delivery code) that 4px gave to me from the begin.

I ordered the White Max model on Nov 21st right as Batch 1 ended. Since it showed "Batch 2 pre-order", I figured I wouldn't get it until January or February. So I finally pulled the trigger and bought a G2 last week...I've been checking the tracking info and it seems to have arrived in Carson, CA only to change direction and head BACK ACROSS THE PACIFIC OCEAN to Hong Kong. Waiting for delivery in California :/ Anyone else experience this too?
