Online 2GO Tracking

My parcel which contains my BDO credit card was not successfully delivered because of an apparently “bad address” but I was not even contacted once by the the delivery rider that there was an attempt to deliver it. There was no one from 2Go that went to my address. I was passed around to 3 different branches in Mandaue City only to find out that I could not pick it up and could only hope that it would get delivered. Has anyone ever experienced a similar case?

So first time kong maka-encounter ng delivery from FedEx, not that I'm used to it since the usual couriers lang naman na sumi-ship sa akin ay the common local ones like 2GO, Entrego, Flash Express, J&T, Shopee Xpress, LBC and such. Nagkataon lang na FedEx kasi I actually won from an online raffle through a platform server, *also the item is technically free since it's a giveaway.* The one who held the event or raffle asked me for my usual details for the item to be sent to my location, didn't ask me for any amount or sorts of payments kasi nga raffle prize. nakaka bwisit talaga tong more than a week na pero di parin nadideliver. dumating na sa location pero January 3 pa last update. pati shopee customer support napakainutil. aantayin daw na ma-tag as missing yung item bago iaapprove yung refund request ko. may iba din bang delayed deliveries from 2GO? i have 3 parcels na nasa kanila, lahat di na gumagalaw.

Idk why shopee is still choosing 2GO as one of their shipping couriers. 2GO shipping has been so underwhelming and disappointing for years now and im surprised that they’re still one of the couriers for shopee. SOBRAANGG bagal and tagal nila mag ship ng mga parcel dito. Tagal nayan andito sa ceb Pero until now wala parin nila denideliver. Dati pa itong 2GO na tagal mag deliver ng mga parcel. Way back in 2023, same **** happened. Dalawang parcel ko almost inaabot ng 1 month before pinag deliver saamin. Yung mga ibang parcel ko din na sa 2GO min of 9 days before ma deliver lol. This isn’t new and sobrang naiinis talaga ako pag 2go yung mag ddeliver ng package ko. SOOOBRANG bagal nila kumilos sa mga parcel. Yan, dec 23 payan andito sa cebu pero hanggang ngayon, wala padin nila pina deliver potcha. I Hope there will be an option on what shipping courier we can choose from 😭 they’re so annoying as ****. Dati payan silang ganyan. Dami kung mga parcels na sila yung nag deliver tas halos imabot ng 2-3 weeks before dadating 😭 I hope there is someone from shopee here that can raise a concern regarding 2GO shipping. i have a Shopee order that hasn't moved since Nov 25, even though the expected delivery date was Nov 29. i've already followed up multiple times through Shopee and asked for expediting. they said 2GO was contacted, but there's still no update and the tracking hasn't changed at all. i get that delays happen, but what's really frustrating is the lack of communication. no movement, no explanation, and no idea when it will actually arrive. just wanted to ask: has this happened to you recently? did your parcel eventually show up? is there anything that actually works to get an update from 2GO? at this point, i just want to know if this is a common issue or if there...

Eto latest update sa parcel. Gising ako kagabi nang 6pm pero wala naman nagdeliver samin. Wala rin ako narirecieve na text na idedeliver sya kagabi. Normal ba to sa 2GO? My mailing address is in Laguna.

Hey guys, so i ordered from a chinese shop. the parcel cleared sa customs. but after Nov 24, "Parcel has departed from MANILA HUB Mon, Nov 24, 2025", Wala nang update. i's now Nov 27 Is this a sign na fake yung shipment? and wala talaga shinip? Yung previous Chinese seller ne binilhan ko noon after ng MNL received, the next day ay andito na samen. 2Go rin.

anyone here po na ka experience nito sa 2go bumalik ulit parcel sa sorting nila. na place order ko siya nong nov 5 pa.

i ordered a few products from shopee last week, was supposed to arrive nov 5 2025, pero delays are expected due to tino, though im not complaining cause of typhoon tino, but just curious as to what time frame to expect. thanks

I recently got approved for a BDO Visa Classic. May text na sakin ang BDO na for dispatch na yung card ko and 2GO ang courier. Problem ia hindi ko matrack yung parcel ko kasi ilang araw nang down ang site nila. 1. Anyone knows kung may iba pa bang ways to reach out to them? I tried emailing, no response. Lahat din ng numbers nila cannot be reached. 2. Nearest 2GO branch is an hour away from where I live. 3. Any idea how long it will take to be delivered? Nakakaparanoid kasi yung card switching scams lately. Received the text last Sept. 29.

hello everyone! possible na stuck kaya toh at hindi ko na marereceive? may nga nabasa kasi ako rito na once overseas galing yung parcel tapos sa 2GO pa dumaan, hindi na nila na receive yung parcel nila eh.

so nag order ako case overseas sabi ng shopee tracker pati rin yung sa 2GO tracker dedeliver naraw nila nung 18, may message din galing sa rider. 20 na ngayon out for delivery parin, hindi ko rin macontact ang shopee for resched kasi hinde naga update yung status sa shopee, pati sa 2GO tracker din. hinde naman ganito ang 2GO usally, pero nakapagtaka lang ako at parang naga overthink na ako kasi antagal kong hinintay ang parcel tapus 2 araw na hinde na deliver. tinawag ang rider hinde sumasagot ayayay. may suggestions kayo diyan? or same situations?

Anyone na naka experience na delayed yung pag deliver ng parcel? Supposedly madedeliver na sya last week pa pero until now di padin dinedeliver ni 2Go at wala ding new status regarding my parcel.

This is in terms po sa pagiging courier ng parcels or cargo (kaya naman di ko ininclude sina J&T). For me mas convenient si LBC pagdating sa mga courier kasi mas maraming branches at mabilis lang ang process sa parcels. Tapos mas convenient mag track kay LBC online compared kay JRS o 2GO. Mas mura ang JRS at least in our area pero minsan ambagal dumating ng parcel. 2GO is the most expensive pero dahil affiliate sila ng FedEx dito ako nagpapadala kung abroad (especially US or Canada). Kayo, what do you think?

Just like what the title said, it has been out for delivery for days now, never once did it go back to the hub, is there something that I can do?? The delivery driver didn't text nor call me either, they did provide who is the supposed delivery driver is but that was on July 15, I'm not sure if they're the same driver now. I need this on Saturday because this is a gift and if it doesn't arrive tomorrow then I don't know what to do.
