I’ve applied for a Maya Black Credit Card w/ Express Deposit last Oct. 2, 2025 and was approved. I’ve also purchased their Maya Wallet (Glitter Pink Edition) card, all on the same day. 2Go is the courier in charge of delivering my cards. The week after, first attempt for delivery was on Oct. 7, 2025 but was unsuccessful and they tagged it as “Unknown Consignee” even if I was in the house the entire day and same as goes for their second attempt. I just wanna vent out hahaha. This starts BDO offered me a additional credit card which was not necessary really for me but hey still I applied through text. Everything was good so far like it was enroll automatically to my app just like the before and I was excited. BDO text me the tracking number and after 2go text me they have pickup from BDO to somewhere hub etc. like it was convenient. Until when I check the 2go website tracking it was down for the whole month of September and everything went to ****. They provided contact number that were basically useless so I chatted their fb page just to gaslight me that no one was at home like there was no even an attempt to deliver and usually the...

I recently got approved for a BDO Visa Classic. May text na sakin ang BDO na for dispatch na yung card ko and 2GO ang courier. Problem ia hindi ko matrack yung parcel ko kasi ilang araw nang down ang site nila. 1. Anyone knows kung may iba pa bang ways to reach out to them? I tried emailing, no response. Lahat din ng numbers nila cannot be reached. 2. Nearest 2GO branch is an hour away from where I live. 3. Any idea how long it will take to be delivered? Nakakaparanoid kasi yung card switching scams lately. Received the text last Sept. 29.

I thought kahapon siya madedeliver since within Metro lang naman ako, sa North Caloocan lang naman. Pero 2 days ng walang update sa status, 2 days na ba byahe from Manila to Caloocan? Also I saw a post that I can pick up my parcel sa nearest 2Go Outlet pero how can I check which 2Go outlet can I pick it up? Thanks

hello everyone! possible na stuck kaya toh at hindi ko na marereceive? may nga nabasa kasi ako rito na once overseas galing yung parcel tapos sa 2GO pa dumaan, hindi na nila na receive yung parcel nila eh.

so nag order ako case overseas sabi ng shopee tracker pati rin yung sa 2GO tracker dedeliver naraw nila nung 18, may message din galing sa rider. 20 na ngayon out for delivery parin, hindi ko rin macontact ang shopee for resched kasi hinde naga update yung status sa shopee, pati sa 2GO tracker din. hinde naman ganito ang 2GO usally, pero nakapagtaka lang ako at parang naga overthink na ako kasi antagal kong hinintay ang parcel tapus 2 araw na hinde na deliver. tinawag ang rider hinde sumasagot ayayay. may suggestions kayo diyan? or same situations?

Anyone na naka experience na delayed yung pag deliver ng parcel? Supposedly madedeliver na sya last week pa pero until now di padin dinedeliver ni 2Go at wala ding new status regarding my parcel.

Earlier this morning, I received a call from a 2GO delivery rider. He was delivering a card I had signed up for last week from Atome. The call started out fine — I gave him directions to our house and told him he could leave the parcel at our residence. For context, my father works at SPX as the main account holder for our delivery area, and I work under him as a sub-rider. He’s often at home sorting parcels with my uncle, so I was confident someone would be there to receive the package, even if it was just left at the doorstep....

This is in terms po sa pagiging courier ng parcels or cargo (kaya naman di ko ininclude sina J&T). For me mas convenient si LBC pagdating sa mga courier kasi mas maraming branches at mabilis lang ang process sa parcels. Tapos mas convenient mag track kay LBC online compared kay JRS o 2GO. Mas mura ang JRS at least in our area pero minsan ambagal dumating ng parcel. 2GO is the most expensive pero dahil affiliate sila ng FedEx dito ako nagpapadala kung abroad (especially US or Canada). Kayo, what do you think?

Just like what the title said, it has been out for delivery for days now, never once did it go back to the hub, is there something that I can do?? The delivery driver didn't text nor call me either, they did provide who is the supposed delivery driver is but that was on July 15, I'm not sure if they're the same driver now. I need this on Saturday because this is a gift and if it doesn't arrive tomorrow then I don't know what to do.

Is anyone else experiencing delayed parcels on shopee? It’s been 2 weeks now since I ordered my parcel and it hasn’t arrived yet due to “port congestion.” I think it’s probably cause it’s just 2GO since they have a history for being the slowest courier in the Philippines but I wanna know if anybody else is having this issue.

Problem/Goal: I'm trying to send a trading card to China. I went to a 2GO branch in Marikina since they're an authorized shipper. Are there really so many requirements needed? Context: The clerk told me I need to: (1) make sure I am sending to a business address since China doesn't allow shipment to personal addresses; (2) that the recipient needs a 'China Entry Commodity Certificate'; and (3) that I need to declare it as 'TOYS' and that there is no category for collectibles in general. Hello! Bakit po kaya yung parcel ko nastuck lang sa 2go branch dito sa city namin? Understadable naman po na nagholy week pero ang pinagtataka ko yung isang parcel ko na 2go din sabay sila dumating dito sa branch na yan pero yun naideliver naman yun nung friday. Paid po yun at COD rito. hindi na gumalaw. May same experience po ba dito?

whats wrong with 2GO shipping and why is it so slow? its been in my city for 5 days and still hasn't moved or delivered. I've also noticed that some others also experienced this kind of stuff whenever 2GO is handling their package. why is it like this?
